This is my bad experience for the first time using Nokia x6 16 GB. Support from the local care is very worse. I Purchased my Nokia x6 in November and is just 2 and Half months old. Today it is nearly the 8th time am charging the mobile and for every 3-4 Hrs, it is loosing charge and also last night, when I kept my mobile besides and suddenly when I touched my mobile, it is very hot that I have talked for hours like so. If something goes wrong and if it causes any damage to me, you are the responsible ones and will sue your company. I went through all the blogs regarding the Nokia x6 and none of them have given a Positive feedback on this mobile. This might look like an essay for you, but it is a very very very bad customer experience with a newly launched mobile. I know even if I take the mobile to the local care, they wont do anything and will neglect the complaint. The touch quality sometimes works and some times not. The more disappointing is Battery backup which is not even giving 3-4 Hrs. I should be expecting a +ve reply by tomorrow with a proper action on my mobile. Dont know wat you are going to do. Replace or what ever repair. I need my mobile to be in good condition.

I bought nokia X3. today 23/02/11 i give my mobile nokia care jaipur new sanner road jaipur for format my phone. after 1 hrs care calling me and says my phn USB pord is courpt and USB pord is brokn is entranly. than i say I am used last night my phn with USB to save data. than phn is ok bt after 1 hrs you says USB pord is brokn.
Care Incharge says If you nt come at that time than my phn USB work at 1 years. you came at care for formatting than is broken.
so pls pls pls noteed my complain.

my complaint is about bad service offered in star comm nokia care. the engineers are bad the executive dont know how to speak
its very disgraceful to have that bad service in such a big company. my complaint it i have problems in my touch screen its not proper and smooth as it was
also fm issue, sound issue and updation. well i think that they didn't even touched my phone. anyways when i ask them to do it properly they
made it as bad as the can they locked the memory card option and said dont insert sd card. im very angry and losing my pations i want an action taken against them
sorry im not mentioning their name as i feel the whole group is dump.

This is one of the worst Nokia care centers I have ever encountered.The guys are not trained at all and every time they have the same excuse..."water poured into your mobile charging socket".Nokia should not allow this center to use their logo...they are far from being called priority center.
Nokia — NON Performance of Repair Even phone is under warranty
I have a NOKIA 5800 xpress music hand set which wasw purchased in 5th Oct 2009 but I had purchased extended warranty for two years as suggested by the Prority dealer. So my two years warranty expires on 5th Oct 2011. However mybluetooth is not working but phone is workingHowever when I took it to the NOKIA care centre as suggessted by the customer help line. Tghey informed that there or some moisture spots in thephone and hendce tehy cannot repair under warranty. These spots mayhavecomee under wear and tear and daily use. I can understand breakage or fault of m9ine for refusing to repair. Now I look like a fool ih two year warranty and no one to set right the phone. They say i have to pay for rthe repairs.Great company great service

I bought 5233 and in just 4 month the key board stopped functioning. On taking the set to the service centre - I was told that some sheet is to be changed and that's chargeable inspite of the fact that the set is under warranty ??
I dont know that have I done the right thing by purchasing Nokia handset - which went out of order in just 4 months when there was no physical damange or the set has been tampered.
I feel that I should stop using the set as after paying good amount and understanding the brand - I felt that I did not take the right decision.
