I have bought Nokia C06-01 on 13th Feb, 2011 from Nokia Priority Partner, Aurangabad. Last month it is getting Liquid damage due to sweating. I had submitted it at Nokia Service Center, Aurangabad on 28th May, 2011. They took 23 days and today they return it back saying that there is no option of repairing.
So please suggest me what to do next. You know, this is a very costly handset. I can't let it be like that. I am mailing this with lot of hope from your side. So please do the needful as early as possible!!!

All nokia service centers are Pathetic service and also their product are very Bad. I believe now even Karboon and MAX mobile are better then Nokia

I am amit kumar, i am working as a service administrator in allengers medical system limited derabassi. sir i have purchased a my new nokia x2-00 from derabassi(mohali) from gulati communication(my brother shop) with 01 year warrenty on 30.03.11 with a amount 5100 only without memory card, now i have faced a lot of problem from this set, in starting this set screen is whited some time when i am switched on/off the mobile than it's working ok, i have also registered a my complaint on nokia care mohali, but they says that your set is working ok & there is a no problem, but after passing a 15 days this set gave me a problem again than i told my brother to replace a this set & provide me a new one against that, we take this mobile again to nokia care again & handed over to the nokia person, he says that we have checked it & after a three hours, he says that it's working ok, but on 06.07.11 it got a new problem "there is a no sim in mobile please insert a sim" & sim is allready avaliable in mobile than i am shocked what's the hell with it. on that time i am visited on yamuna nagar than i have checked it to nokia care in yamuna nagar but he is refused to checked this mobile & he says me that it's new mobile & company gave you a 100% replacement. so please provide me a new set against this on urgent basic.

Today I have been to Nokia care centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for the repairing of my nokia X6 handset. It was not getting started from yesterday. My job sheet number is[protected]/110714/133. After a long wait of 2 hours(every-time they told me to wait for 30 minutes, then it became long 2 hours), finally, they said me it will take 15 days to get repaired, as it has to be sent to head office. And they have not provided me any temporary mobile. They told me to call after 2 days for the temporary mobile. I have to make another visit to Vashi for this and I have to reschedule all my works. I am not satisfied with the service they have provided.

Nokia — Nokia E5-00 handset issue since 4 months and no resolution from Nokia people
Sir,It has been 4 months, Nokia people are making me submit my hand set E5-00 for 4 times and there was no resolution for the issues that I was facing with
Every time, they say that the issue has been resolved and return it to me but again within a week time the same problems occur ; This is happening since Mar'11
I have again submitted the Hand set with the Nokia Care center on 29-Jun-11 due to the same issues that I was facing (Mobile getting Switched off automatically, getting hang, Very Very low battery back up etc)
My case# is 1-[protected] (Nokia Care Center)
I would request you to please look into this matter and resolve at the earliest as they are taking their own sweet time in responding back and that too without any resolution, now that if i carry forward with the same problems I will be exhausted with the Warranty period by this November
Yesterday, one of the executives from Nokia Care Center called me and was telling me that the Hand set is under observation mode though I have submitted the Hand set at Nokia Care - RTC X road, Hyderabad on 29-Jun-11 and it has been very clearly comminicated to them that this needs to be sent to their HO immediately; I am little worried about this now because I am sure, they will return my hand set by doing nothing and again I have to re-submit to them for the resolution and this is what happening since 4 months
I would humbly request to your kind desk to look into this issue and help me at the earliest

I m frustrated after taking the NOKIA HANDSET EXPRESS MUSIC 5130
I have visited 2 times NOKIA CARE, NET DOT SOULTION A-5/1 TILAK NAGAR OPPOSITED STATION NEW DELHI- 110018
THEY HAVE ISSUED ME A FIRST JOB SHEET ON DATED 9/06/2011 WHEN MY HANDSET WAS UNDER WARRANTY TO REPAIR IT BUT AFTER 7 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT SERVICE MY HANDSET because they have demanded to pay a sum of Rs. 750/- for repair than i denied that it was in warranty so repair it with a minimum cost now Mr. HEMANT who is the senior responsible person of nokia has contact me to pay a 50% of service charge than i agreed to pay and again deliver my handset express music nokia 5130 to the nokia care in Tilak Nagar but after a one week they have again return my handset without repair and my nokia handset has been dead by the nokia care and told me that it is non-repairable
i did not understand i have not made this handset at home, it has been purchsased by the nokia outlet than why it is non repairable by the nokia care who has made this product in the market .
When it is non-repairable than why nokia company has launched this product in the market when it is non-repairable
kindly replace my handset

I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking this issue seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of senior officer & nodal officer of NOKIA DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.
If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully.
I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.
I have already send my handset to the nearest NOKIA CARE (Mr. Baljeet,
Net Dot Solutins, Tilak Nagar ) for many times but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so the mobile is not properly accessed initially when I purchased than the FM and loudspeaker was not working than I visited nokia care to repaired it but now it is totally dead Its not working and its in warranty and today I visited NOKIA CARE, Tilak Nagar to repaired it but they have given me a job sheet without repair because the are charging Rs. 750/- for repairing even it is in warranty and I regret to inform u that I have seen four cases in front of my eyes the nokia care is demanding the charges of nokia handset which is in warranty and the care has given a excuse of component fault

I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wating an acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.
Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement. Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action either u replace myhandset or repaired it properly.

Since then time the mobile set is hanged problems for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

I had purchased a Nokia E-5 Mobile on 19.01.2011 from Mehndiratta Music World, Yamuna Nagar vide Bill No.1353 dated 19.01.2011 (IMEI No.[protected]). After 15 days the set turned off with a message on screen to contract the service provider. I take the set to the nearest Nokia customer care and they returned me the set after 15 days. After two months (April 2011) the digit No.7 of Key Pad start functioning at long push. I again contact with the customer care and they returned me the set after 7 days. The set was not functioned smoothly ever after this and a new problem arises in the set after one month. The out going sound of the set becomes very low. I had gone under heart Bye Pass surgery in May 2011 due to this I an enable to go to the customer care I and carry the same set. I took the set to the customer care on 16.07.2011 and they returned the set to me on 26.07.2011 and assure me it is completed OK. But the problem remains unchanged till today. I had again contacted to customer care and they given me a time for two weeks to repair the set.
The nut shell of the above is that in the period of six months I carry a waste paper weight in my pocket costing of Rs.10, 000/- made by Nokia. You are requested to give me your comments on the problem faced by me and why I should not go to consumer court for this inconvenience.
I will wait eggerly for your comments and early reply will be appreciated.

My concern here is that, when i install the Lotus Traveler, I get all these problems and the purpose of changing my handset from some other to E5-00 was to use the Lotus Traveler and if i am not able to use it with the hand set that I have currently with me, I do not think i should have it back and I would suggest you guys to keep it with you and do whatever you want with it as I do not understand what kind of Service Nokia is providing to its customers who has never used any other Mobile hand set but Nokia since I have started using the mobile phone (Year 2000)
I really doubt as how is that Nokia has been awarded the Most Trusted Brand for 2 years... the kind of service that you people are giving is Pathetic...

I AM FACING LOT OF TROUBLES VIZ.FREQUENT INTERNET OFF LINE MODE, CALL
DISCONNECTS WHEN ELECTRICITY LIGHT GOES OFF / CUTS OFF & HEATING WHEN NOT IN USE
IN NOKIA C5-03 MODEL SINCE ITS PURCHASE. THIS DEVICE WAS PURCHASED FROM ' ARENA MOBILE HUT ', MAHAGUN METRO MALL, SEC-3, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD ( U P )-201010 VIDE THEIR
RECEIPT NUMBER 627 DATED 25/05/2011 FOR Rs.8500/-. I AM HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE PERFORMENCE OF THIS MODEL. HAND SET WAS HANDED OVER TO NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE
CENTRE 'GUPTA ASSOCIATES', HIG-16, SEC-4, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD, UP, VIDE THEIR JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/110727/51 DATED 27/07/2011. REQUEST RETURN ENTIRE PURHASE COST OF Rs.8500/- OR ISSUE ME CREDIT VOUCHER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT TO ENABLE ME TO CHOOSE
ANOTHER MODEL OF NOKIA MOBILE BEFORE I LOSE FAITH IN NOKIA. THANKS.

Thanks for the revert but I did not receive any call so far from anybody from Nokia Careline or Nokia Care Center asking me to collect the replaced Mobile hand set
You have mentioned in the mail that the Issue has been resolved, what do i perceive as "Whether the Hand set has been replaced" or "The Issues has been Resolved"
If you are saying that the Issues have been resolved then I dont think I should take back the same hand set because I know how it works and again in the next 8-10 days I have to make couple of rounds to your Nokia Care Center
Would request you to revert on the status in detail

Nokia — my phone is in warranty and nokia care people are asking for money
