Nokia N72 — NOT WORKING

I HAVE GIVEN MYMOBILE N72 TO AFTER HAVING PROBLEM IN PORTBLAIR, NOKIA CARE DIDNOT REPARED MY MOBILEN72 AND DIDNOT RETURNING MY MOBILEN72 SINCE ONE MONTH.

when i give my mobile for repair to nokia service center thenafter they i.e.( nokia service center plot no-- at cidco lokmat nagar, aurangabad, in maharashtra.) are not repair my mobile .my mobile no is [protected]

When i was coming from kashmiri gate to pandav nagar in bus no. 118 on 9 august 2009 some body stolen my mobile whose no. is [protected] and IMEI [protected].kinly block the phone and trace it.I had also launched a complaint in Pandav nagar police station

Nokia N72 — FAULTY PIECE

I HAVE PURCHASED N72 MODEL OF NOKIA IN NOV 2008. TODAY ON 24 TH AUG 2009 IT IS DECLARED FAULTY BY NOKIA CARE WHICH CAN'T BE REPAIRED. I HAVE PURCHASED IT FOR RS.9000/- I HAVE LOSSED IT TOTALLY. I WAS USING IT CAREFULLY, I DO'T WET IT, IT WAS NOT FLAAEN ALSO. THEN HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN? I MUST GET IT REPAIRED OR COMPENSATION.
