sir i have taken a new mobile on 1 june 2012 which is in warranty period but after 2 months some apps were not running in mobile then i taken it to nokia care and my mobile got a reform but after 2 days again it has same problem and i should be given a new mobile sir please do justice with me Was this information helpful? | |||

Nokia N73 — Delay and unsatisfactory
Sir,I had given my nokia mobile N73 for servicing at Poovath Internationl, Ernakulam on 6/05/09 and I had not got the phone till today. Three or four months ago i had given the same mobile to them for the same complaint and they took one month to repair that. After several days the same complaint has been repeated. I am not satisfied with the service of my mobile. Mobile's waranty expires on 10th may 09. Please take necessary actions for fullfilling my needs.

Sub:- Delay in repairing nokia N73
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have submitted my nokia N73 having IMEI No. [protected] on 18th of sept, 2008. The target delievery given to me was 22nd sept, 2008. When i called them on[protected] they said the parts are pending and we will surely return your cell on[protected] but when i called them on the next given date they repeated the same thing and gave me next date as[protected]. today when i again called to the nokia care, they replied me that we dont know how long will take now. I am getting harrased of this thing. I never thought a great company like Nokia can do this thing with their customers.I wish you will take some actions against my request. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
