Sir,

I had given my handset for servicing for the reason the touch screen not functioning properly as on 13/08/2012 vide job sheet no.[protected]/120813/28 at Aagnus Mobile Care, Palghat. I had several times contacted the service centre for gettingback the mobile after repair, but still i didnt get the same. On enquiry the authorities told that they had not received the spare parts for getting the work done. Please note that the mobile is under warranty period.

    i am ankur tyagi.i bought mobile phone nokia c5 at 30 sep 2011.with one year warranty.i check the my mobile phone in nokia care (abulane) but nokia care not solved my problem and ii will repeat this process 4 time at diffrent centres with in one month my set is in warranty but it is is finished with in 10 days but the problem will not solved now they are trying to charge 2000 Rs.

        hlo sr , my name is ashwani kumar singh. i buy nokiac5-03 mobile from e-future eloctronic ,aggrwal towers ,neta g subash place delhi, before 1 year.from starting 6 months it occurs problem in my touch screeen ,and now it completly 1/4 part is not working.i also goes to nokia care centre bt warrenty is expierd and they asked 3000 rs.many people have same problem in nokia c5-03 .i think its manufacturing problem .so plz help me .provide me any solution from nokia compny.

        hello sir, i had also purchage nokia C5 03 from sec 14, gurgaon for gifting this phone she was facing problem from 10th day of purchage. Due to my busy shedule i visited nokia care after 4 month but they didnt provide satisfatory service & manager start a lot of arguments. In frustration i had broken this hand set. I think every 3rd person facing problems for this perticular hand set then why company is not taking any prioactive action for this hand set, still this hand set are selling in market.

                Nokia X3 — issue with model

                I purchased NOKIA X3 in June 2010 and just after 15 days it has got the problem of RESTARTING/REBOOTING. I went to nokia care and submitted the handset. I got it repaired back after 10 days. Again 2 times the same problem occurred and so i got the handset replaced with the new IMEI no but the new handset is also showing the same problem. I think there is some loopholes with the particular model. What is the resolution for this problem?

                nokia x3 — Pathetic After Sales Service

                I had purchase Nokia X3 on 3.8.2010. Within 3 months, its USB Port has been broken, though I have been using very delicately. I contacted Nokia Service Centre at Malviya Nagar. They had checked it and told me that the USB port has broken due to manhandling. The same does not cover guarantee/warranty and they will charge between Rs.[protected] for the same and return back my phone within a week's time after repair. I handed over my phone for repair on 15.11.2010 on their promise for satisfactory service, but I could not get it till date i.e. 25.12.2010. The service centre people do not put right their phones so unable to be contacted on phone. I have to go in person every time and by this time, I have gone about 18-20 times whenever they give my time but they are telling lies after lies. Surprisingly when I had gone last Saturday, they instead of replying to me, the person tried to look busy acting to repairing some phone and when I called him to answer why my phone is not being handed over to me, he vanished from the scene. What should I do now? Please help!

                Nokia X3 — Poor Service

                Dear Sir,

                We would like to inform about the horrible service rendered by Nokia Care, Mysore.

                We approached Nokia Care M/S. Revannas Care, New Kantharaj Urs Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysore when our Nokia X3-02 hand set contacted some oil. We approached theem immediately on 12.5.2012 so that damage if any can be controlled. The people at Nokia Care received the hand set and informed that they would check and call us know if any parts to be replaced.

                There was no call from Nokia Care for 2-3 days. Then when we checked they said they have not checked and would check soon and inform us. This shows how lethargy the set up is at Mysore.

                There was no proper reply from Nokia Care nor the phone number mentioned in the service job sheet given to us correct. This went on for almost ten days. They made us to go to their service shop number of times.

                Finally on 25th May they handed over the hand set mentioning that they have replaced the LCD screen. They took about 15 days just to replace the LCD screen.

                After about 15 days from the repair and we noticed the lock button not working and LCD screen comes out from its position. When we contacted the Nokia Care in Jayanagar in Bangalore, they said the earlier repair was done at Mysore and hence we need to talk to them. As informed earlier the phone at Mysore Nokia Care doesn’t work and hence we could not speak to them. Last time when we went to Mysore we approached them for above two problems and they said now it is more than 30 days and the phone has to be repaired as new problem.

                  No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.

                  Recently in October 2011 I had bought a Nokia X2 02 from The Mobile Store in Sohna. Before the 3 week, it started giving problems. This handset display is damage and I call nokia care Palwal 2 and 3 times but nokia care tell me display are not available in this time and now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the screen is damaged inside.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damaged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in warranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.

                    I renewed my contract and got the new Nokia Lumia 800 with a big disappointment. I have the phone not even for two months and already it was send in twice for repairs or software. After getting it back and the old problems was solved I got new ones. First it was my battery that was faulty, my internet not working and now after it went twice in for repairs it does'nt want to send any sms's. I phone the call centre, not even they can help. This is a big disappointment for me as I always chosen Nokia, well this will be the last time. Nokia is not looking after it's customers, it's just easy for them to say please take it in to repair centre, while I'm battling without a phone and spending all my time trying to sort out all these problems.

                          Welcome Greeting….

                          I purchased a Nokia c5 mobile from Universal Mobiles on 2/oct/2011 costing around 7675 with tax. While purchasing the handset I was given with a warranty of 1 year. In the month of Aug-2012, my hand set was dead. So I went to the universal for assist. They did not responded me properly and suggested me to go for Nokia care. I went to Nokia care located in chrompet(GST Road), I really had a very bad experience with the Nokia Care executives. Their behavior is not proper and were not been professional at all.

                          The moment I given my handset to them, they had dismantle the handset and gave to me saying that the front camera is not functioning. After a very long conversation they had refused my request saying they cant able to do anything. Then finally they had argued to make a payment for servicing the handset. They had charged me 2016 for servicing the handset which was under warranty cover. Mr. Suresh, who is the Executive in Nokia care had promised that they will give a swap of the mobile, if they could not able to give back all functionalities working and they requested me to pay servicing fees with tax.

                          Initially they had accepted to give back all the functionality back. But when I had received the handset I found many functionality not working - Keypad, Front and back cameras(Whole Camera functioning). Also they were saying that L3 level had rejected and waived my warranty. Again had a conversation with the Executive Manager and they have processed my handset for further servicing and informed they will let me know the response by 10/09/2012. But till now I didn't get any response about my mobile status.

                          Therefore, I experienced a very improper behavior with the Executive. Its been really non ethical behavior with this Nokia Brand and Nokia Customer Care. I do understand no one will be personally damage the Handset. Even I had accepted to pay more cash, but this is really Non Ethical. I am very much frustrated and depressed with the Nokia care peoples.

                          Kindly arrive some sort of solution for these kinds of issues happening with the Nokia care centre, which may improve the customer satisfaction towards Nokia products.

                            Hi,
                            I purchased a Brand New Nokia Lumia 610from Reliance Digital Shop at RCity Mall, Ghatkopar on 13th Aug2012, the market price for this Mobile Phone is approximately 13,000/-.Reliance Digital though sells it at a discounted price of 12,800/- Rs.
                            Right on the next day, 14th Aug2012, I observed the cell phone started Restarting even when kept idle for awhile. The restarts were intermittent in behaviour initially but later on theMobile Phone started restarting continuously at regular intervals. Due to therestarting issue, the cell phone was getting heated up and 100% of the batterybackup consumed in just 2 hours. I took the cell phone to Reliance Digital on16th Aug 2012, the representative in Reliance Digital shop mentionedthat they could not do anything regarding the replacement/repairing of the cellphone. They were just denying that it’s an issue with the cell phone, ratherthe representatives in Reliance Digital were just stating it’s a SoftwareProblem…
                            They asked me to take the mobile phone tothe Nokia Service Centre, so I took the cell phone to Nokia Service Centre inGhatkopar opposite Bank of India near Sarvodaya Hospital. The name of theService Centre is Aditya Telecom, run by Mr. Chandrashekhar. The handset washanded over to the engineer of Nokia Service Centre on 18th Aug2012. They just re-updated the Software in the cell phone and returned the sameto me, unfortunately at that time the Phone did not resembled any symptoms ofrestarts/heating. Hence I thought that the Problem might be resolved due toSoftware Upgrade, but after reaching home, after some time the Phone againstarted restarting/heating up. But due to busy schedule wasn’t able to carrythe Mobile phone to the service centre. Had called to Reliance Digital thoughto get the faulty piece replaced, but the representative Miss Mohini Mehdekarsaid to visit the service centre as they could not replace the cell phone.
                            On 29th Aug 2012, afterdiscussing with Miss Mohini Mehedkar in Reliance Digital, I went again to theNokia Service Centre and spoke with the Manager Mr. Chandrashekhar (AdityaTelecom, Ghatkopar), he said they will send the Mobile Phone to the NokiaCentre in Noida. They kept my Mobile phone with them and sent the same to NokiaHead Centre for repairing.
                            After 9 days, on 7th Sep 2012,the Nokia Service Centre representative called up and said that the problem inthe Cell phone has been resolved, the next day, 8th Sep 2012. I wentto the Nokia Service centre to collect my Mobile Phone and the representativeMr. Deepak, a guy with specs said that the problem is completely resolved andclaimed that the issue won’t recur as the handset is repaired by Nokia Main Centre.I again asked why the cell phone is not replaced, he said it’s completelyNokia’s decision and nothing is in the control of the Service Centre. And saidthat “if you face similar problem do come to us, we shall see what can bedone”. At 2:00PM on 8th Sep 2012, the problem started recurring thatmeans the issue wasn’t solved, inspite of Nokia keeping the cell phone withthem for 9 days, they did not even bothered to check and test if the problemhas really resolved or not. I called the Service Centre and told them (Mr.Vijay, who claimed to be another Manager in Nokia Service Centre) that I havebeen visiting the Service Centre for around 5-7 times from Powai to Ghatkopar,just to prove them that the cell phone is a faulty/defective handset and itneeds to be replaced and not repaired; still they said it’s not there area ofworry. So I told them, that I would go to the Consumer Court and to the Media,they said do whatever you want it’s not their concern. The concern is leftbetween me and Nokia.
                            So now, I am left alone to fight for myrights to get the Cell phone replaced from Nokia, I feel Media and ConsumerForum/Court is the only place from where I can find help for fighting withthese cheaters.

                            Today, I have kept the cell phone inswitched off mode, in spite of spending almost 13000 Rs. – 12800 Rs in Cell Phone+ 300 Rs for screen scratch guard, the cell phone merely is a Garbage andUseless.
                            But I will do everything I can to try andget my Cellphone replaced, I would also request Consumer Court to put a strong punishment/penaltyon Nokia for selling such defective handsets.

                            Today also upon requesting by the Nokia Customer Care centre, I have revisited the Nokia Care Service Centre, in Ghatkopar (W). They observed the issue of continuous restarts and phone getting heated. Post reupdating the software the problem remained in the phone. I am trying very hard to get the cell phone replaced by Nokia Centre. But they still don't seem to replace the Handset, they are again trying to repair the Handset. But I am fighting with them to get the Handset replaced, and not repaired. Because I had already given them the chance to get it repaired for the 1st time but post repairing also the problem remained in the Phone, so now, I need a replacement. If any body can help me to get the penalty from Nokia Centre for the harrasment/pain they caused me for relying on Nokia brand and purchasing their product.

                            Please find attached the latest Job Sheet where in they have clearly mentioned the Problem with Handset, which can be cured inspite of Software Updates.

                            I am a nokia mobile phone customer who very recently purchased 3 nokia mobile phones model 3110 c . I purchased the mobile phone at jainsons in chennai mylapore branch. While receiving or making a call for 2 minutes handset is getting heated . It is very harmful to use the handset it may damage the both left and right ears and i feel even there is a chance for loosing the hearing. I had purchased new 5130 Xpress Music mobile on 26/8/09 in Mumbai.I have given these handset as a gift to my brother on his birthday on 28/8/09.The handset box was open on the same day at night.There was a problem in the lens of camera.I went to the shop to change the handset, but the shopkeeper told me that it is not my duty you go and tell your problem to Nokia care center.On the next day 29/8/09 I went to Nokia care center,they told me that it is a very big problem in the lens of the camera and they also told me that to make it proper we have to send it to Delhi main branch.They told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for reparing.I said OK.They told me that they will give me the mobile after 10 days but they gave me the mobile after 1month on 30/9/09.After 1 month also the problem in the lens has not gone because they had not repare the mobile.When I told them the problem had not gone they told me we had to send it again to Delhi and it will take more 20 days to repare it.                             I Gaurav purchased Nokia (C5) from Top 10 located in bhyander..[protected] within 2 day handset was dead. hanset was fowarded in servise center so it return back to me after 12 days and then again within 3 hours mobile was completely dead and was send in cervise center located in Miraroad.as per Jobsheet No[protected]/101021/138 date 21-oct-2010. I was been comitted that i will be geeting a new handset with complete NEW imei No. . when contaacted 1 week i was been given a false commitment with Miraroad BRANCH manager. So i wanted a new Handset. As there was defect in the hanset.

                            I, Danish, resident of 17 C , B A Chandra Street, Kolkata-72 had been using Samsung mobile since the last 6 years when my friend suggested me to purchase a nokia mobile. Also i had seen an ad in the tv duing one of the IPL matches so i decided to buy a Nokia mobile and on 31st of march, 2011, I went and purchased a Nokia (model no. X3-02) mobile. I had gone to the showroom to purchase N-5130 but the nokia sales person demonstrated this particular model (X3-02) saying this to be a very efficient and good model of nokia and i went ahead and purchased this model at a price of Rs. 7,800/-.                             Just after a day, the screen touch function was not happening appropriately so i went to the showroom and they told me to switch of the phone and then restart it. After a while it started functioning properly and again after two to three hours of operation, the same thing re-occured. But due to my busy schedule, I could not take it back to the showroom. But after 15th april,2011 the screen touch completely started malfunctioning and sometimes the screen touch did not happen at all,so i went to the service centre and showed them my mobile. At first, the service engineer took it to their work station and repaired it there and then and gave it to me after I had been waiting there for two hours,but again the same problem persisted. Once again they took the set and went in and when they came out, I was told that my mobile phone had a major problem and so it would be sent to Delhi for replacement and that i would be given a new phone within 10 to 15 days. But unfortunately and much to my surprise, i received a call from the service centre exactly after two days and they told me that my phone was repaired and i could collect it. This did not please me as, I am sure that within two days the phone was not sent to delhi and also recieved at kolkata and that it was repaired locally. How could the problem be solved in two days when i was told that there was a major problem and it would have to be sent to delhi to be replaced?
                            I, being a first time user of nokia, really did not expect such a service from a reputed and world famous brand as Nokia and had heard a lot that nokia believes in customer satisfaction. I had bought an expensive phone and within a week if an issue is there with the mobile, i beleve that it should be replaced without much harrasment to the consumer especially with this type of competitive market. I hope that i do have a good experience with Nokia. However, I have already spoken to Miss Tapashi Chakraborty (ph no-[protected]) whio is the service centre manager of Nokia and she has promised to look into the matter and help me. I believe my grievance would be redressed by Nokia to my full satisfaction so that i can tell all my aquaintances positively about Nokia. For your reference, I have attached a scanned copy of the invoice copy to give you the details and proof of my purchase and a scanned copy of the job sheet is aslo attached for your reference.
                            Even I am into the servicing industry and have my own authorised service centre of PANASONIC, SHARP and ONIDA aplliances and we very well understand how to handle customers and resolve customer grievances to make them happy which in turn helps to increase business and live the brand reputation.
                            I really hope that this issue is resolved at the earliest and at the end of the day I do not have to regret that i had purchased a Nokia mobile. Looking forward to your kind co-operation and action in this regard,

                                    I brought NOKIA N8 in November 2010.
                                    I have always used NOKIA phones only, starting with NOKIA 2600 then NOKIA N73 and now NOKIA N8.

                                    In warranty period of 1 year itself, NOKIA N8 went dead and I was not able to start and charge the phone. I went to NOKIA care (RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP) and they kept it for one day and repaired the phone. I asked to replace the phone with the new one as I have read on the internet that this is the in-bulit problem with many N8 phones. But the guy at NOKIA care said that you will not receive this problem again.

                                    Same problem came again in July 2012, I went to NOKIA care on 16th July and they said that 'SMB component' needs to be replaced and charged 1343INR for the same. It worked only for a month.

                                    Same problem came again on 27th august 2012, I went again to NOKIA care and they said that 'SMB component' again needs to be replaced and I have to pay 1200INR again for it as it has already pass a month and they can take the responsibility for a month only. I paid the 1200INR again expecting it to work this time.

                                    But the phone went dead again next day itself. I went again and guy at NOKIA service center repaired the phone again after 3 hours and also told that its pin charging point is not working now and you have to use the USB charging point going forward. Charging point was working fine before going to NOKIA service center.

                                    This time it only worked for a week and same problem came again on 4th Sept 2012, again I have to go to NOKIA service center and spend 3-4 hours to get the phone working.

                                    But nothing different, it last only for 3 days and went dead again on 7th Sept 2012.

                                    Now, my phone is dead again and I do not know what is the use of going to NOKIA service center again since NOKIA service center does not have the expertise to repair their own products or those guys do not want to repair it completely so that customer keeps on running towards NOKIA service center.
                                    'NOKIA Care' should change the name to 'NOKIA does not care'.

                                    I have spent 23K INR for Nokia N8 and i did not last even for 2 years.

                                    NOKIA service center asking me again to give the phone but I want written commitment from those guys that the same problem will not come again in future.

[protected] in November,2010.It has worked fine till April,2011 and after that I am going through some kind of trauma because of this.It hanged and went dead in April,2011 then I have taken it to Nokia care , Dwarka and they did upgrade its software and it was working fine till Aug,2011.
                                    Then suddenly its camera shutter problem arised as it was not getting open when camera starts,I took this to Nokia care, Dwarka again then they correct it in 4 hour and handed over to me .Then again in 7 days the same problem arose ,I again took it to Nokia care, Dwarka and they have submitted it under ' Dead ' problem as they were unable to boot it after checking it . Again they upgraded its software and I was happy to get it back but it started hanging after 1 day and especially during calls which was very much annoying and its camera shutter problem again came into the picture within 5 days. and today dated 05/09/2011 it went dead.


                                    Sir I am a working woman and I dont have time to take it to Nokia care again again and again .Actually I am tired of this now and very frustated too.It hurts me very much that I have spended huge amount of my hard earned money on this phone i.e. 26 K .I haven't played any games on this phone then also I am facing so much problems .I have kept it like a baby, then also I am facing so many problems.I did't expect this from NOKIA.Nokia has a good image for me till I bought this cell N8.


                                    I request you to please replace this cell with new cell or give me my money back because I can't take it anymore.Please do the needfull.I hope a quick action against this .

                                    My N8 was sent to Nokia head ofice on 10/09/2011 and when I went to collect it on 16/009/2011 noticed after getting swaped internal hardware, another problem that was camera shutter didn't work properly and it was resubmitted again and sent to Nokia head office again.
                                    I received it on 24/09/2011 and find out that it is working fine in offline mode and giving problems in SIM mode as it was getting switch off again and agian therefore again I have submitted the handset to Nokia care (ssenterprises Dwarka) and when I received it on 01/10/2011, I find the same problem again if store some data in it .It stops functioning properly i.e getting switch off again and again.

                                    I know if it will be submitted again, you will start it and handover to me as repaired set in which I am sure after using 2 hours I will face some problem.It has internal built memory 16 GB of course I will use that and store my data in it and face problem again and I am seriously fed up of visiting Nokia Care every weekend.

                                    As you can locate since August I am visiting Nokia Care every weekend with patience till today 2/10/2011.And still I am having so much problems with N8.

                                    I request you please Exchange my N8(black) with new proper N8(black/White) or either keep it with you and give my money back.I will bw very thankfull to you.Hope you understand 26K INR value of someone else money who has trusted Nokia and invested her money.
                                    Please do the needful ASAP.

                                    Nokia — wanted to dead the phone

                                    Last month on 26th march I lost a Nokia phone which I wanted to dead it by the help of the imei no given by Nokia , but they did not do it. I went to Spencer plaza chennai mount road nokia service centre but they refused to do it and they wanted a fir , for which I need to spend another 2000rs ,I left it as I have lost a phone of 8000rs,and could nt spend more. I request the consumer court to please help me to get my phone dead by the Nokia service provider as I had lot of important information in it . Thankyou

                                        i had purchased nokia hanset in the month of Feb-12 model Asha-200..but soon started problem of hang/off mode, after that i went to nokia care the just updated my software and returned back after that 15 days it again started problem in my set and again resubmitted in nokia care..in july month but after ten days they again returned my mobile with assurance that all the problem have been sought out.
                                        they cheated me two times and my mobile is still not in on conditions..
