I was comfortably using my mobile from a long time and it was yesterday ( 09.08.12) that i had to switch off my mobile as the charge was very less as i had to call someone in morning so i had to keep the charge. In the morning when i tried to switched on my mobile, it didn't power on, i assumed that may be the battery got completely discharged and i went back home and put my mobile on charge and as soon as i put my mobile on charge i see the normal blinking orange light which shows charging but the mobile keeps on vibrating, I tried to switch on the device and still it was not able to power on. I removed the battery and tried it again and there was no luck. The back light of keyboard area works but the mobile is not able to start. I took the mobile to the Nokia Service Center in Patna Bihar, ( Competent Care ) on seeing the phone the first thing that he said was that the mobile is scratched and the metal part is dented so it is not liable for repair, then my question is why did the same guy took money from me for extended warranty appx 1 year ago, as my mobile had fallen from me a year ago and it was under warranty, the mobile was working fine but i went to the nokia care to show him my mobile and make sure everything was fine. After examining my mobile and dented part he said me that the mobile is fine and he insisted me to get extended warranty for my mobile as it was under cover and he said it would be good for me as any problem will be taken care by Nokia, and i paid the money and got extended cover.
He opened up my mobile and told me that he wont be able to repair the mobile, stating the reason that the mobile must have fallen and Nokia does not over warranty under that, BUT MY MOBILE DID NOT FALL, as i said the mobile was working perfectly fine and i had to switch it off and later when i switched it on it was not able to start, and the mobile it still vibrating when charging and i am unable to use my mobile, but the person over there ( Mr. Prakash ) was not hearing me and even my mobile is under cover, he didn't repair it.
We purchase Nokia mobile because we have faith in this old company and we get extended warranty coverage so that we shall get our phone repaired as and when in trouble, but this time the incidence has harassed me a lot and the person did not repair my mobile.
I am very much dissatisfied with Nokia's Service and now there is no reason to buy Nokia phones, we used to buy it because of its name and trust in it but today i am very much dissatisfied with the service.

Nokia — CELL PHONE NOT WORKING AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD
RESPECTED SIR,I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA CELL PHONE (6070 model) ON 24.03.2007,INVOICE NO.1325 ESN/IMEI NO.[protected] FROM MOBILE 4 YOU SHOP,1 CITY CENTRE S.V. ROAD,GOREGAON(W),MUMBAI-400062.
SIR,SINCE PURCHASED OF THIS CELL PHONE THERE WAS SOME DEFECT. WHILE ASKED FROM SHOP OWNER HE TOLD IT WILL BE COMPLETLY OK. WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE SAID CELL PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER.
WHEN I CONTACTED THE NOKIA DEALER TOLD MY CELL PHONE COULD NOT BE REPLACED. WE WILL REPAIR IT AND GIVE YOU BACK.NOW NITHER HE REPAIRED MY CELL NOR HE REPLACED.
SIR, IN THIS CONDITION I COULD NOT OFUND WHAT TO DO AND WHOM TO CONTACT FOR REPLACEMENT OF MY CELL PHONE.
IT IS THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU KINDLY HELP ME TO REPLACE MY CELL PHONE.
