    I purchased NOKIA C6-00 in OCT 2010. With in 6 months my touch screen was not working properly and phone starts to hang more times. Then surrendered at Nokia care got replaced with new touch screen.I have extended warranty by one more year. With in 8 months the same problem started.Even though utilization of my phone very less no gaming and browsing and handled so properly.I visited the Nokia care again for the same touch screen problem. This time they told there is a water log in your cell phone and it wont come under warranty.The answer given by the customer care executive is water log may due to sweating problem.Then how can i use a cell cell phone in " High Humid condition "areas like TAMIL NADU, WEST BENGAL, ORRISA and other coastal areas? also on what basis they have designed the costly cell phone worth of RS.13500 (Oct 2010) with normal sweat can enter into the cell phone circuit board?The touch screen problem was there when there was no water log. Now Nokia care told warranty wont be applicable due to water log.why should i be the victim of fault design of there hardware which incurred me a loss of Rs.13500.Even i pay for the touch screen part with in short period i will again going to face the same problem. Please take some strict action if my arguments are right and reasonable.

          6 MONTH BEFORE I BOUGHT A NOKIA C-02 HANDSET. AFTER 6 MONTH IT GVE ME NET PROBLEM SO I CONTACT NOKIA CARE SERVICE AT JAGRAON. THEY TOLD ME UR PHONE IS DEAD SO WE WILL REPAIR IT .. I SAID OK U TAKE IT AND COMPANY TOLD TO TAKE IT AFTER 3 DAYS. AFTER 3 DAYS I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE ND THEY TOLD ME AFTER 3 DAYS ANOTHER. OK AGAIN I WENT BUT NOTHING HAPPEN. SO THEY GVE ME ANOTHER CHANGED MOBILE WITHOUT BATTERY TO ME ND SAID U TAKE THIS COMPANY HAS CHANGED UR MOBILE SET. ND SAID TAKE BBATTER AFTER 3 DAYS AGIAN .WHEN I REACHED AT HOME ND PUT ANOTHER BATTERY IN THAT PHONE IT DIDN'T ACCEPT SIM CARD ND THERE WAS DISPLAY PROBLEM TO SET. SO I WENT AGAIN TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOL ME NEXT DAY THEY WILL GVE ME HANDSET ... NOW ITS 25 DAYS PASSED AWAY I DIN'T GET MY MOBILE BACK . WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE THEY MAKES LAME EXCUSES..             sir i went to repair my cell in customer services, they opened my cell for repairing but at that time i have no money for repair charges so they close my cell and in this when they close the cell they screwed it tightly, when i complaint for it they talk with me very rudely and tell me that company is nt responsible for this after some time for the tightness the corner of the body is totally cracked and when i complained they refuse it, sir so i want to repaired my nokia mobile that is nokia c7, i think its have huge problem bcoz of this, sir my name is satyendra and my mobile no is [protected] and my id is [protected]@gmail .com sir plz solve my problem its a himble request

              I purchased a nokia lumia 610 on date 14th august 2012, with a offer from
              nokia that if I use a sim of airtel or idea then I will get a data balance
              of 2gb/M for 4 month,I inserted my idea sim but the data balance wasnt sent
              to my number I complained about this to the nokia dealer whom I have
              purchased the phone, and I also called the customer care of idea cellular
              for my data balance, but I got I shocking reply by them that there is no
              such offer with the nokia, now its 27th september but its still no sign of
              response from them.
              Now what should I do, I feel cheated by a mnc brand nokia and idea.

                  dehradun nokia care(mehta watch co.) people influences me to extend my warranty by one year so do i extended it by paying them rs 500.Now when i am having problem with my nokia c6 and bring it to their notice,than they are saying my phone(nokia c6)is not within warranty.So please help me in taking some severe step towards this fradulent practice of nokia care.(mehta watch co.)..my imei is [protected].i have extended warranty receipts with me,so please kindly reply asap so that i can repair my phone's display within warranty..

                    I have a problem with my nokia 808.. on my phone screen body a layer of plastic frame used inside the touch upper body. has come out on the screen .. and when i put my 808 on charging .. the touch is not working..i had contacted nokia care centre they said me it is a company manufacture problem o[censored]r body...i had realised after 1 and half month after buyng it that i had such a plastic comeout on the screen inside at the corner..when i was seeing a video that time i saw.. the care centre people are sayng me it cant be changed aur replaced... itz manufacture problem.. and the touch screen also not working while charging they are saying this problem cannot be solved.bcoz itz manufacture problem and a slot of 808.. is not having this problem.. and they are saying if they have another 808 for repairing they will chaged there display and touch pad from another 808...what the hell is going Nokia India , Nokia UK, Nokia, Nokia US .. what should i dooo...????

                        Past 5 months ago that is Exactly[protected] My nokia-c5-03 cell phone original parts(Green lens camera, Digitizer and Lcd Etc etc.. ) are stolen by your Nokia authorized thief Mr B.Ravinthar Manager Mobile Rescue Address : No:10, Kalai Complex, Main Road, Pudupalayam, Opp. Taluk office, Cuddalore-607001,Tamil Nadu ON[protected].
                        On that time I complaint on your concern about the Malpractice By your B.ravinthar , So Your concern gave an alternate mobile to me. (But on that cellphone Original Camera not put ,Only a alternate Blue lens camera is present ).
                        Now your alternate cellphone gives lot more trouble . Past 15 days ago exactly[protected] I complaint on your concern about my cellphone problem. Your cellphone gives This type of problems That is:
                        1) Touch screen not respond
                        2) After I pressed 20 to 30 times of screen sometimes rarely the screen unlocks and go inside the menu.
                        3) After continuous usage of 5 minutes to 10 minutes the cellphone lcd brightness dimmed
                        4) After that lcd totally blacked and the cellphone switched off.
                        5) Even I manually restarted the system means again it gives the same problem.
                        6) Some times the lcd hanged and the brightness not decreased. It continuley glowing for Long hours.
                        7) When I am using mp3 players and in multitasking like opening of messages Some times it hanged and restarted .
                        Now the cell phone in switched off condition Because of inconvenience in irregular working.
                        I have a capability of handling Apple 4s and 5 , But I am not have the capability of controlling your Nokia c5-03 cell phones automatic switched off and automatic restart and hanging problems. How you implemented this kind of advanced technologies in 10,000 rupees smart phone?

                        Because of your Nokia authorized Monkey my beautiful Nokia C5-03 original Flower spoiled. Its just like In monkey’s hand a Beautiful Flower.
                        Your Nokia authorized service center agent B.ravinthar manager Do the Fraud work means Why I Suffer ?
                        I pay the money and I purchase the cell phone ,But your cell phone and your concern Gave a Manufacturing defect and robbery problem.
                        Its almost 15 days wasted, Take the decision quickly.
                        Don’t waste my warranty period.

                          I am vinay jindal from ambala city Haryana mobile number [protected].I had purchased nokia mobile asha 200 on[protected]. Since from that day mobile has defect in generating delivery report. On the second day I went to nokia care they said me that there is problem in your sim card then I changed so many sim cards of different operator and still I am facing the same problem. Company has to replace the handset because it has manufacturing defect but no one is entertaining me. Its my request to you that kindly help me in this these companies are making foul of consumers with there monopoly. I hope you will help in in this regard as soon as possible your support means a lot to me.

                              No need to open nokia care centre when you are unable to keep its spare.

                              We have purchased nine pcs. cell phone for our company employee as on 18.09.12 from Nokia Priority Deler Mobtel Shop no.50 & 60
                              Maharaja Kameshwar Complex Fraser Road Patna. We are using this mobile from 27.09.12. I am suffering from disply problem from 01.10.12 in this mobile.
                              This Mobile Model Name is Nokia X1-01 Red, IMEI 1 :[protected], IMEI 2 :-[protected], Item : 002w313.
                              I have said to your dealer Mobtel about this problem, his staff has suggest me to go in Nokia Care. We had visited to three Nokia Care Centre Kankarbag, Fraser Road & Exhibition Road Patna.
                              and it is very shameful to you that all Nokia care centres had same reply that this is display problem, display card not available in my centre, so you leave mobile and after fifteen days your mobile can repaired.

                              Please shortout my problem as early as possible. It is very disgraceful for Nokia Brand, Hope for your possitive response.

                                Respected sir,iam having an 'nokia E5' mobile because of some hanging problem yesterday(04/10/12 at 4:30pm) i went to nearest 'Nokia Care'at 'Sitabuldi',nagpur.When i got my token number i went to counter number one,then the guy at the counter says that,because of over charging your battery is leaked and liquid on th battery is leking and its lead to short circuting so they advised me to buy an new nokia E5 battery worth (Rs 1510),when i paid money for that they gave me a open piece of nokia 'E5'battery whn i asked for a cealed pack the guy said that,nokia company distributes in loosed pack,

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have purchased Nokia C2-06 mobile From Royal Images on 6 months emi option as on 28.06.2012 which Invioce no. is Royal Images.in/29662. As on 08.09.2012 I occured display problem in the said moblie. Mobile is in gurantee period sothat I approach to the local NOKIA CARE as on 09.09.2012. NOKIA CARE told me that reparing expenss will come upto Rs. 1400/- I need mobile for my profession so to avoid delay I agree to pay the expenses although the mobile in gurantee pariod. But now NOKIA CARE told me that my mobile will not repair. So I approached to Royal Images by email on 02.10.2012 to replace my hand. But Royal Images not yet contacted to me.
                                  So please assist me to replace the above mensioned moble which is in guratee period from my vendon .

                                    Hi,
                                    This is pradeep, with reference to above subject, i purchased nokia 5800 (IMEI : [protected]) on 28th jan 2011, than the problems started, Initially for few months it was working fine, later the display problems ( Not able to select the applications) started on 10th jan 2012, i gave that handset to nokia care at indiranagar, they told display is gone and they replaced the handset with the new one (IMEI : [protected]). for the safer side i extended the nokia warranty for one more year.
                                    Again the similar problems started with the brand new replaced one, Similar problems what i used to face with the previous handset ie display problems ( Not able to select the applications). again i went to same nokia care (Indiranagar) on 18th August 2012 to repair regarding the same, they repaired it and they r informing me it is a liquid damage and you have to pay 2000 for the display to be replaced.but they were not able to show the liquid droplets inside it even though the warranty is ther till jan 2013.

                                    Kindly help me out.

                                    nokia 5800d- blue — replacement of handset

                                    Respectfully i beg to state that i purchased one mobile handset model no nokia5800d- blue. Battery no[protected], 0670573andcharger no[protected], 0675387 on 10.04.09 from hotspot retails ltd, d-164 kamla nagar, delhi vide serial no 702. this set has been waisted from the date of purchase i went there to replace this handset for correction for 5/6 times and they said that this set has been damaged and cannot be corrected due to correction by coming 5/6 times and misbehaved with me by one person named himanshu or centre manager amit arora and further asked to give me rs 1000/- for correction while this set is under warranty period .its charger has been waisted and also deposited with kapil vihar nokia care centre vide jobsheet no .[protected]/090505/ 39. it shows that this set is an old one . i have expended rs 5000/-in going there and lost much time while i am income tax payee. i am feeling great difficulty and will not go again there for its correction.it is requested that the concerned company may be asked to give me new handset against this handset within 2/3 days and i may also be informed accordingly . in other case i will approached to other authority about it.

                                        respected sir,
                                        i vishank manocha, a customer of nokia got nokia asha 302 on 24th august. since the day i got im facing severe hanging problem. it hangs nd restarts anytime. this problem increased from one time to many times a day, and after that the battery backup is too worse that i need to charge 4 to 5 times a day..
                                        i went to nokia care in rohini sec 8, new delhi.. my job sheet number is[protected]/120904/29 and my IMEI number is [protected]
                                        1st time, the software was updated.
                                        same problem again. i went again.
                                        2nd time the phone was opened and properly checked. again some updation was made.
                                        same problem again. i went again.
                                        3rd time the phone was sent to the higher company i.e, nokia india limited, gurgaon.
                                        the phone came back after a week. bt i faced the same problem.
                                        4th time i went to nokia care, they didnt talk to me properly, they were so rude. and they kept my phone and sent it to the company again.
                                        the phone came back from the company after a week again and 5th time and i faced the same problem.
                                        it was sent again to the company, and now it has been 2 weeks that im nt having my phone nd the nokia care employees are not talking to me properly, they're not picking up the calls, the nokia india limited too is not attending any calls.
                                        sir it has been only a month that i got my phone and dont i have any right of replacement.
                                        the company is not even replacing, nor giving me proper srvices, rather im being treated very rudely.
                                        they are delaying the process again and again..
                                        2 times it has been srviced at the nokia care. and 3 times it has been sent to the company.
                                        please sir, i need your help.. kindly take some action against this behaviour of nokia.
                                        please help me sir, im helpless at this time.
