I bought a new Handset of Model 500 from Seema Telecom, Geeta Colony,Delhi on 7-7-12. I was told that phone has 20 days standby and 6-8 hrs talk time. But it was discharging in maximum 18 hrs in standby mode and 30 minutes in talking . I visited Nokia service center M/s. Maa Communication, Shankar Vihar,Delhi-92 appx. 15 days back and they format the phone and reported ok. In the process i lost my valuable data but problem remained as it is.

Later on I visited another service center M/s.Varun Enterprises, Shakarpur ,Delhi-92 to discuss my problem and they reported that battery is faulty and need to be changed. I shown the bill and they asked me to give sticker . I requested them the replace the battery as all details including battery number was written on bill but all in vain. Rather one of person misbehaved and suggested me to go to Consumer Forum.

I again reached to them on 3-8-12 with Mobile box and could able to find sticker on it. After longtime I was attended and behavior of staff was so rude that every client was fighting with them. I thought it will not happen with me but they also treated me with same stick. When i complaint it with their Owner who happen to be a old lady and i thought she will be well behaved but to my surprise she was more rude and careless about the customer and she was using c grade language which can not be justified with any of associate of reputed company like Nokia. I am really shocked with the level of people and feel it as nightmare. They asked me to call me after 4 days and take battery. But after many calls they gave me another battery after 8 days and God knows whether it will work well or not.

I complained it with Nokia through phone and e mail but there is no reply from there side till now. I am surprised to know the carelessness from company like Nokia. I have bought lot Phone from Nokia and still have more than 5 phone with me but now I will not buy any phone further and also recommend other to not buy it .They are not only producing the poor quality but their customer service is worst. Their service franchise is even more worst as they have got training from Nokia.

    myself, vishal dubey , purchased nokia 701 from prop. cell city, bijnore u.p.,imei no. [protected]. on 26/10/2011. problem is with network, not able to make voice calls, internet n sim card recognition. all other things are running well. they say ther is moisture on sim tray, which is not covered in warranty, n i m supposed to around rs.[protected]. after talk on mobile they came down to around[protected].
    my question is if i have not water bathed my cell then how m i responsible 4 the moisture. nokia should hve known indian conditions and why they hve imported cells from korea which is comparatively cooler to india and being used in india a humid country- the same argument they r giving that u may hve moved from ac rooms to hotter rooms.
    i want justice n kindly tell how could u help me. also i dont know what they are telling is really true . how do we locate the problem ? we hve to accept what they say.

    I too have the same Nokia Phone and there is a problem in display. That is, the phone cannot be started. When I contacted the Customer Care, they told me that the problem is water logging and it does not come under warranty. So, they asked me to pay Rs.900/-. The irony is that I never dropped the Phone inside water or something else which may lead to the problem. Can somebody help ???

      Hi Team,

      This is regarding the issue with the service for my Nokia Mobile. I have purchased Nokia C5-03 on 20-Feb-2012.
      with IMEI No: [protected] it got problem of Touch Screen and Transceiver.so I gave it for the service at Sri Mobiles ( Authorised Nokia Service Centre ) with contact:[protected]. Its Touch Screen was replaced after 15-20 days of time.
      Again the problem continued, again I have deposited it with the same Nokia Care People,
      they took it and they again replaced the mother board with New IMEI No: [protected]. same problem persisted,
      They took again for 15-25 days for the the rectifying that error.
      They Changed the Mother board with new IMEI No: [protected].
      They gave it saying as there wont be any problem in the future.
      On 14th August, 2012 I have again deposited the mobile in the same Nokia care for the continuing problem in the mobile.
      They took the Mobile and said it will take 25 Days of time to rectify it.

      In the Span of 6 months I have been to Nokia care for more than 6 times for the same problem.
      I don't know is the service problem or the mobile problem.

      Now I request you to look in to the matter very seriously as in the span of 6 months my mobile is there in the Nokia Care Centre for more than 60 days.

      If there is any replacement chance kindly let me know, so that i can go for the higher end for Nokia :Lumia 710..
      If not kindly provide the new piece which will helpful for me.

        Sir,
        I purchased Nokia C6-01, ESN/IMEI Number [protected] on 13/05/2011. I have also extended my warranty for another year. There was no problem in phone but on 19/07/2012, my cell phone was hanged and could not start again.
        On 20/07/2012, I went to authorised Nokia care centre “Service & Communication Solutions, A-180, 1st Floor, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Opp. Defence Colony Red Light, New Delhi-110003, Tel 40528759, [protected]. The problems faced are menionted below in summary form.
        1. They informed me that there was moisture in phone therefore they have to change “touch pad”, it will cost Rs 3250/- I don’t agree with them, there was no moisture in phone. Although my phone was under warranty still they charged Rs. 3250/-. I paid the amount through Invoice no. 8127 dated 21/07/1012.
        2. Next day after receiving my phone back, I found that phone had same problem and could not be started after switching it off. I again went to above mentioned Nokia Care Center and informed about the problem. They informed me that they will update the software, once again data will be deleted and it will take one hour. After waiting for more than one hour they informed me that they are not able to detect fault and it will take 5 to 7 days to check and correct the fault. The manager Ms Neeta gave me another very old set of cell phone with charger which could be charged when I tried to charge it at home, so I could not use that old phone at all.
        3. I again waited for 7 days and on 7th day I got the message that there is problem with mother board or hardware and it will take another 7 days to correct the phone. This is very sorry state of service that a bunch o[censored]nder qualified people are handling Nokia care center.
        4. I got a call from above mentioned Nokia center that my phone is fully functional and corrected, which can be picked up any time today. I visited the center fourth time and found that staff is trying to give me some other cell phone. My C6-01 was silver and they were giving me black colour phone and forcing me that this is the same phone which I deposited. Now this height of irresponsibility by incharge Ms Neeta that she does also not understand the gravity of problem in losing a phone and most important data in the phone. She is trying to blame factory rather than poor system of handling systems in her center.
        5. Again I was told by Ms Neeta that it will take another 7 to 8 days for my phone to be given back as the case of the phone is exchanged with another phone. Is Nokia care systems so poorly managed that cases can be exchanged.
        Top of all the staff has no information on issues and they try to mislead the customers. They have no empathy with the customer. The incharge has done no extra care to solve my problem. This is almost a month and since I have given my cell phone and it will still take another 5 to 7 days.
        I have been using Nokia cell phones for last 23 years and must have used more that 12 cell phones but never had this type of problem. This is first time that I have come in contact with Nokia care center, I never expected that such unprofessional people are handling Nokia repairs.
        I would like to request that M/s Service & Communication Solutions must be provided with professional and sincere staff who can charge customers the genuine cost of repair. I would also request, as my cell phone come under extended warranty, the cost of repair should be returned to me and repaired handset should be given back to me as soon as possible.

          I brought Nokia lumia on 16th june2012 Rs 14999.00 . from day one i got sound problem and eco on other side.I bring this to notice to Nokia care service center on 21st june2012 and suggested to change the sim or service provider . i chaned the sim as per advice but problem continue so I gave it to Nokia care service center at Indore chodhery solution on 14th july for resolving the problem. They returned the hand set after 10 days and assuer that now there will be no problem but the problem continue. Again i left my handset to Nokia care Chodhery solution104- The Magnet 6/1 Nerw palasia Indore on 28th july 2012 jobsheet number[protected]/120728/5 and still waiting for handset.today is 17th August 2012.
          They said that handset is with Mr. Ankur Verma Nokia Manager for further action.
          Still i am waiting for so-called smart phone. Please do something to solve the problem either by refund the amount with interest or change with the new handset of my choice.

            I went to Nokia Care Udaipur on Aug 4 complaining about the audio quality in Nokia Lumia 800. They said, they need to send the phone to Jaipur, as they are not authorized to work on Lumia 800. The screen was scratch less, but when it came,it was in horrible position. On the screen there was two holes, and it was full of scratches.
            I do not understand, what Jaipur Nokia did with my phone. I brought it from Paragoan in March 2012 only. Will Nokia respond me?

              I'm ravi kumar. i have a mobile nokia 500. i have a problem in there touch. the touch is not working properly. i complained to nokia care center moradabad at 5 july. but they did not process ab out my problem. it near about 2 months. they did not repair my hand set. its have the warranty of 2 year. please sir do something about my problem.

              Nokia — repair of handset

              It is quite harrasing that nokia care centres in India are not attending customers properl. Better them call as Nokia careless centres. I deposted my N73 at one of centre in Green park, New Delhi with complaints of 'Non switching on' on 20th Aug 08. As per job sheet provided me, the expected date was given as 23rd Aug 2008 as the problem so detected was related to its software only. Since the date I have been trying my best to get repair status from help lines. But unfortunetely nothing has come out so far. On repated tries, I realised that they are knowingly avoiding customers from queires. The whole episode is quite upsetting. It is beyond understanding as what they are doing with handsets. In my case such delay was not supposed to be as there was no hardware problems. Please help anyone from dilemna.
              i anm dr rupaliroy, i bought a nokia xpressmusic mobile phone on 29th july and the ear phone was not working from starting, i visited 4 times in nokia service centre, they are not replacing my ear phone. this is green park service centre. its really irritating

              Nokia — my handset not repair

              i have purchases a new nokia handset dt. 27.3.2009, its model no. n73, but this handset not support web file, so i went nokia care dt. 3.4.2009 and subimit my handset for repairs, he promise that my repairs handset give me dt. 4.4.2009, but my handset undtill not repairs and not me give, so please give my handset early,
              problem in my handset, Pl. give me service center address near by kothrud, warje, karvenagar, swarget, shingad road.
              I am wating for your replay
              the nokia care center here in the philippines takes like 3 hours for you to be entertained and the facilities(chargers) are so limited. my nokia n95 is not displaying anything now and i have only used it for less than 2 years and i bought it for 30, 000 pesos talk about waste of money. i've already paid 3000 for repairs and its still not fixed.

                Dear my favorite Nokia customer care,

                I brought a nokia mobile 10/4/2012 I have not even used 4 months , This mobile have a water resistance problem , I have brought this mobile for 6000 it is under warranty , yesterday I went your service center in Chennai north usman road . They verified my mobile and they said you have to pay 2000 rupees for service charges they said water resistance problem will not cover in the warranty , I am not acceptable for this and also this is the one third cost of the mobile I have used some other brand mobile also I have not receive this problem very soon I have not reliable on that instrument so kindly change any other model of your mobile I will pay the difference amount it will exceed other wise do some alter native arrangement for this problem , for your reference I will give my mail ID and my Mobile number for your reference.

                  My daughter ( Km. Ayusha Gautam ), gave her C-7 Nokia set for repair to Nokia Care owned by Gulati Communications, F-12, Connaught Place, New Delhi on 14-7-12. The job sheet number is[protected]/120714/52. The delivery date was promised as[protected] but Gulati Communications has yet not returned the set as on[protected] and has been making false promises every week saying that the phone was sent to company but they have not repaired the same. He is cheating the customers in open manner. Why Nokia has given license to such firms.What action should I take now?

                      Mobile ear plug one side not working. As per LOTUS CUSTOMER CARE they are ONLY GOOD SELLER AND ,SERVICE AND CHANGE OF FAULTY PARTS IS not their JOB.

                        I HAVE MY CELL NOKIA N-8 WHICH HAS CURRENTLY PROBLEM OF SCREEN,USB PORT,MIC.,& CHARGING & WHICH IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD,BUT CUSTOMER CARE OF NOKIA CARE DENIES TO ACCEPT THE CELL IN WARRANTY & TELLS ME THAT IT WOULD COST AROUND 8000/- RS FOR REPAIRING,WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ME AS IT COMES IN WARRANTY PERIOD & SHOULD BE REPAIRED IN WARRANTY.

                              Stop selling unwarranted mobile phones. what you people think of customer's money ? we earned it by suffering a lot. I bought Nokia C6-00 1 year back. Got problem with the slider with in the warranty period. I went for Nokia service center for help. they people saying that that will not cover under warranty. You people are aware of the Slider won't work properly for a long time, then why are you manufacturing that type of Mobile phones. If you manufacture that type of handsets you would have say like "it won't work for a long time please don't buy this mobile" at selling time. I spent a lot of money(12000/-) on that phone. now it is not working and they people are asking 3000/- to repair. where the hell money come from.

                              It's not my request, it's my anger if you understand this don't make such handsets again. Moreover I won't buy or suggest anyone to buy a Nokia phone. A worst mobile manufacturing company.

                                  Request ti you to pls help me out as i am facing frequent issue with my new Nokia hanset model : 701, IMEI: [protected], Product Code: 059H1X8. I have purchaged on 02-Nov-2011, & repaired my mobile 4 times, i just feel like that i have purchaged as second hand mobile. local service centre providing only sigle solution "update software" thru which my it's works only 20-25 days then again it's required to repair.
                                  Service centre agent mentioning different issues & no repeate on job sheet each time, while i told them same issue on each repair visit.
                                  i got frustrated & fadeup with this handset & attitude of nokia agents.

                                  So sir request you to pls provide permanent solution or pls get my handset replace or money back.

                                      I have bought Nokia WH- 701 headset in november 2011.
                                      It cot corrupted with in 2 months.

                                      But since it was in warranty period i got it replaced by Nokia priority in march around .

                                      Now i am facing the same problem My headset is not working properly
                                      Nokia sould suggest an alternative for such defective pieces .


                                      Last time when i got it replaced Nokia priority didn't give me Bill saying it was just replacement . Now i want it to be replaced .yet i dont have any option expect buying new one since the bill is not provided

                                      when ever i plug in my headset in my nokia 3500c it show headset icon on top but now a day when it show rectangle shape icon. When ever i switch on fm it does not work . when i open music player with head phone to hear mp3 it show error message dISCONNECT TEXT PHONE FIRST.

                                      I have purchased a Nokia 5233 Phone in Feb 16th 2010 and its under warranty but its Headset was not working form 20th August, On 21st i log a complaint it your faridabaad NIT 5 Modcad care centre after 20 days its still not replaced.
                                      Acording to Customer care executive the TAT for the same is 10 to 15 days but still after 20 days its not replaced.

                                      Is this kind of service provide by india most trusted mobile brand..?

                                        I had purchased Nokia X3-02.5 on 8th May 2012, where I am facing lots of problem with the TOUCH of the handset. For the same I have contacted nokia care in vadodara 10 days back, they have just upgrade my phone and give it back to me. Where still TOUCH problem is not solved. So, again after 2 days I contacted to nokia care, and now they are saying that, “ you have to keep this handset with us for 7 days, where we’ll need to change the TOUCH”. For the same they are not offering me any stand by handset. And I have only this handset and my job is basically depend on phone calls. So, its not possible me to keep my handset with nokia people, without any stand by, where at least I can transfer all my contacts through USB.

                                        After asking nokia customer care no. the employee over there Ms.Ankita Taywade is just ignoring me and even not giving me the proper service with my query. Then I asked the centre manager’s number, where Ankita is saying we’ll not provide you the number of our centre manager.

                                        Then I log a query on registered mail ID of Nokia Customer Care, from where I received a complaint no. and also received call, where the person is saying that your query will be rectified within 48 hrs. as per TAT, but today almost 5 days gone and no call has been received from Nokia care and my handset is just 2.5 month old and still all the TOUCH problems are as it is.

                                        I am Puneet Bansal Moble no. [protected] from Panchkula. I submitted Phone model no. Nokia N818gb on June 17th 2008 in Telespere sec11 Panchkula due some slide problem. they said the phone is to be replaced under warranty, i have not received the phone yet my jobsheet no. is[protected]/080617/16 and IMEI no. is [protected]. I have talked to nokia Harayana head Mr. Malkit on moble no.[protected] my times but no result. Now he is not getting my calls. If i did not get my phone in 3-4 days i will go to the conumer court.

                                        Nokia — handset purchased

                                        I purchased handset from croma NOKIA 5233 on May 16, 2010. The battery gets discharged within minutes further some batterydischarge signs have come on the display led.

                                        I went to croma and they asked me to contact Nokia service centre.

                                        Please advice.
