        Hi,
        I am a suffered customer of yours who has decided not to buy Nokia products throughout my life.Let me elaborate a little: I had purchased a Nokia handset with the model no:
        E6-00 from Reliance Digital , Bangalore ,India. Off-late the handset started giving me problem.A small white patch was coming on the middle of the screen almost prominently visible.As well after few days I also found that the handset was getting hanged frequently. Both the problems started probably from the month of June 2012.Since I had payed a huge amount so my concern towards the proper functioning of the handset was quite obvious. I gave the hand set to your authorized Nokia Care center here in Koramangala, Bangalore, India.They told me that they will have to send the handset to factory for a proper check as well for rectification, to which I was open.Accordingly they sent it to the factory and after almost sweet twenty days they responded back stating that my handset was ready. I went and collected the set.To add on to my frustration, I found that the set was as it is and the problem was still persistent.This annoyed me but still I kept my patience and again went to your service center and again deposited the handset.From then onwards this became a regular practice for me. Everytime I deposited the handset and everytime it came unrepaired.I was in continuous touch with your service team through mails, though the responses were not satisfactory at all.Unable to repair the handset they ultimate called me one fine day and told me that they will swap the handset with a new one and asked me to visit the Nokia care center again.As asked, I went there, and as per them ,they gave me a handset and told me that they have given a different handset, same model.I also took it as per their words and came back.When I started actually using the handset I found that both my problems were still there and this not only increased my restlessness but also put me into a big doubt on the brand, Nokia.It was the height of my diissatisfaction.
        Again I had to put a mail to their customer care to which they asked me to handover the handset again to Nokia care.So on 27th of August 2012 I deposited the set to the same Nokia care.The jobsheet no is[protected]/120827/90.By the way, I should let you know that all these things were going on for the last 3 months and it was my 8th time that I had deposited the handset.
        Then as per their last mail received, they told me to collect the handset from Nokia care on 5th of september 2012. Accordingly I went to collect the handset but this time also the story was same, and this time I checked the handset in front of your service person and again the white patch appeared which I showed to your service person as well.To this he told me to deposit the set again which might take another sweet seven days or more according to him.I was completely disappointed and came back and shooted a mail to their customer care.But I think they are least bothered to respond to my mails now since I think Nokia hardly bothers about customer care.I think the term customer care hardly has any importance in Nokia. Let me tell you that after this they called me and told that they are going to replace the handset and the new handset will be under invigilation with their service engineers and after complete check they are going to hand it over to me. To this I agreed and accordingly they called me after 5 or 6 days and told me that my handset was ready, the next day when I went to collect it I found the same problem which showed to their service engineer once again. And the same story started again, i.e. they again told me that they will have to send the handset to factory .Seeing this I got very angry and dissatisfied as well I told their engineer that I am going for consumer’s forum to which the engineer told me I can do whatever I feel like and the consumer’s forum can do nothing as per him. Now have decided to lodge a case against Nokia in consumer’s Forum.

          Recently on[protected],I bought a Nokia lumia 610 handset,the IMEI no. is-[protected]. after 7/8 days its display was stopped working. I visited to shop,they told to visit Nokia care. I visited nokia care siliguri. They told me it will take 10/12 days,,,& tha handset will repair. So, i told them If i spent 12,400/- on a mobile & it starts disputes within 15 days.....so why i will buy this....give me the replacement or refund the amount...which i spent on it........

          I contacted with nokia care head office to various number..they assured me to respond within 1 hrs...today is the 3 rd day....no response i got from nokia.......


          plz help me....

          NEVER purchase Nokia Lumia 610. Even a cheap Chinese phone is better.
          I had purchased Nokia Lumia 610 on 09.09.12 from Croma Store at Rohini
          but the phone is not working since 21.09.12 and there was no display.
          I lodged complain with the store and my phone was taken for replacement/repair by customer care representative . I was told by the Croma Store representative that the phone will be repaired at the Nokia care centre only and Nokia care centre in Delhi is not accepting the phone as they donot have any spare display to replace with.
          After a lot of efforts and making complain to Nokia headquarter, the handset was finally accepted at Ghaziabad Nokia around ten days back but the phone is still not repaired. I had made many calls to the Nokia care cente and each time I am told that it will take two three days more.
          i purchased a nokia lumia 610 only 16 days ago on 25/01/2013. During this time i went twice to Nokia Care for repairing. I am not able to hear voice from incoming and outgoing calls. I am loyal customer of Nokia since past 8 years I use Nokia. Even I had good option compare to this phone in Android Os I have purchased this just because Loyalty to Nokia. Is this that Nokia which is known for his customer Support? Should this phone not to be replaced ? Customer Care are not giving proper response ? They are not ready to replace phone. They said it is minor fault. What major fault can happen in mobile except un able to hear voice of in and out going call? Is it Fair?

                Hi Nokia Team,

                I m your customer from last 12 years I Never faced any issue in Nokia Cell.

                But when i purchase X6 last time m facing issue continuously from last 6 Months, (Mobile is already in extended warranty period)

                Case History :- I was facing the network and display related issue on my Handset X6. For repairing i visited to Nokia Care Center at Video Palace MG Road, Indore. on 4th Sep 2012 after 5 days they confirmed me that they are not able to repair this Handset X6 at local level so Handset X6 will send to HO for the repairing process.

                After 3-4 days they confirmed me that as per the HO, Handset X6 is not repairable, will replace your handset with New handset Nokia 701 and On 15th sep'12 they deliver me that Handset (nokia 701).

                But in this New handset Nokia 701 , Again faced issue from that day only, Issue is over heating & it is continues hanged.

                Today i am again visited same Nokia care center at Video Palace MG Road, Indore. for the issue, They have taken that New handset Nokia 701 and told to wait approx 10-15 days more .

                Deliver the NEW HANDSET on urgent basis or Issue a CHEQUE of Total amt of Handset X6 purchased .

                Kindly, look in this issue URGENT and ensure it will not repeat again & again as it is also create a bad image about Nokia.

                If same is taking time, Kindly issue SPARE Handset , As i don't have any good handset, this creating a lot of problem.

                    I have purchased nokia handset N79 in around march 2010. Since then this mobile seems to be more in the nokia care having almost similar type of problem everytime.I had extended warranty also for 2 years. During this time frame this handset has underwent multiple times repair for its display problem only. After spending so much amount I have been investing money in this phone till now also. For this I had registered complain in nokia support and claimed for its replacement. But it was repaired everytime and given back to me. I have a chain of mail regarding that. Again few days I faced same problem related to display. I paid a sum total of 2400 Rs for replacing the display in nokia care. They told they are giving a warranty of 1 month for this display. The very next day there was again blank display. Screen was blank.Black spot appeared on the screen. Same problem which I faced since 2010 itself. Now its 2012 having same problem even after so many repairs. I went to nokia care again and they said they wont take care of it. It was really too much annoying and frustating using this handset. The day I purchased I was not being happy using this handset. Seems like there was manufacturing defect in the handset. I can attach and send mail to you regarding the chain of mails between me and nokia support team.Also all the receipts which I have with me for the replacement of the LCD. The handset details is mentioned below. I am frustated with the service from nokia team. Please suggest so that I can get justice.

                      NOKIA N95 — Poor functioning of camera

                      I bought a N95 Nokia phone which boasts a 5 megapixel camera but the quality of still pictures I am getting is poorer than pictures taken with a 2 MP camera. I had chosen this phone over all others just because of the camera but am very disappointed at its dismal performance. It appears that the flash and the camera are not synchronized properly as a result of which the pictures are very dark. I would like Nokia to look into this. Please let me know who I should get in touch with in India to resolve this problem.

                      Nokia N95 8gb — How to approach consumer forum

                      Hi,
                      I purchased my N[protected] just before I had baby thinking that I would have very high end phone and I will capture every moment of my baby spending 28000/-. Just within 2 months my phones handsfree went bad. i went to service center which was over crowded and then after 2 hrs of waiting i got a chance to explain. they took 50 days to replace my hands free giving reason that there is no stock for the same. after 4 months memory card went bad when i went to submit that i was informed that it is covered under warranty for only 3 months.I had to shell out money though it was under warranty but as they mentioned under terms and conditions so I could not do anything about this. then since last 2 months (21 May 08) my phone is with service center getting repaired repeatedly. issue with my phone was it was recognizing handsfree at all. i updated my phone firmware where i could not restore my data which was backed up, there was no answer by contact center, rep could not give any solution rather than keep saying i understand and i understand. i managed to get my data by some other means so i went to service center. went there after 15 days as they suggested but there was no handsent avialble so i had to go after 3 days again, issue was not resolved still it was not recognizing, manager of service center was arguing that there is no issues with the phone then i went bought my friends hands free then she has to admitt that issue still persist. they kept the phone again for 10 days then finaly it got fixed however i had faulty handsfree left with me. just after 2 days i realised that phone is restarting frequenlty or freezing or music player does the same and name is not displayed on call or sms though they are saved in my contact list. to my surprise firmware was not getting updated stating that some problem with phone. went back to same service center again new job sheet was given, after 8 days when i went there i did not carry job sheet as i was rest assure that issue will persist. manager denied to hand over the phone to check as i may run away with handset, i got very upset after taking shoutings she finaly handed over to me to check, issue persisted showed her requested for replacement as its been 2 months, she denied and said that she can just take and send it to HO. she wanted me to submit complaint to care. called them spoke to so called manager who promised to callback on monday by 4. someone else called and informed that mobile is under repair and i can collect it from service center by friday, do i have to speak to a manger to get update about repair, cant i just get it done by contacting service center ?. i disconnected the call and called back care, 60 minutes of argument about putting the call over to manager's manager who was suppose to callback. rep is not in a situation to comment on past, present or future. finaly he made me so irrate that i cant really express. so i have decided to go legeal against nokia any assistance on this will be greatly appreciated. (Just 10% of my experiance to keep it short)

                      Nokia — mobile phone N 95 8GB

                      i bought nokia handset N95 8GB in december 2007 and in a 20 days time the cell got conked off.the screen was not visible.when complaint the nokia center they took the cell and gave a replacement after 45 days and the replaced cell got some problem in april and they said its water logged in the cell and there is no warranty.anyway since i had paid very dearly for this cell i agreed to pay for the service charge. now again the cell is giving trouble by being switched off on pressing any key.i am really sorry bthat i bought nokia N95 8GB.
                      nokia service center at kolkata are are useless and the company should take up the matter.

However later on (upon checking) it was reported that this problem was due to liquid logging and my warranty stands revoked. I came to your centre and the set was shown to me and I stood convinced to bear the charges announced to me.

                      After several follow-ups I was informed that the display problem persists and now the set has to be sent to the head office. On 10th August I received an SMS that the set has been repaired – so I came to your centre – only to realize that display problem continues to stay.

                      I now wait anxiously, when I’ll be receiving the set.

                      I see a definite disconnect some where and it is only centre like you who can make that difference by reporting the issue to the concerned personnel – to look into these delays and come up with solutions.

                      These high end set are advertised as virtual mobile office – and you will agree that with increasing dependence on the NOKIA technology – your clients get greatly inconvenienced and their work suffers when their mobiles go down for such delayed repairs.

                      Either it is a manpower issue or spare part issue – you have to look into your problems – and you are best equipped to do so also. However – the least I expect – is to have the centre head – come up and face your clients and listen to them.

                      Can I expect some sort of response to my problem…

                      I bought this phone from Dubai. I've following complaints on this phone.
                      1. Battery is NOT an original one
                      2. In the menu inside the TOOLS option there's nothing called CONNECTIVITY; But the mannual of the phone says so. So I cant make video calls/Use Infared/ etc etc as all the commands relating to those features (according to the product mannual) exists inside the CONNECTIVITY option.

                      1. That I have purchased the above mentioned mobile phone from M/S Intel Communication Sundernagar for Rs.6850/-only on dated 16.02.09.

That due to some technical defect the said mobile phone was not displaying the characteristics of function and was handed over for repair on the direction of M/s Intel Communication at Nokia Care Mandi on dated 26.02.09 for which Rs 2000/-was charged by your care center prior To the delivery of the mobile phone on dated 27.02.2009.But, upon my inspection in your Nokia Care Center the said mobile was not displaying service provider’s SIGNAL at all.
                      3. The mobile was simultaneously handed over to the care takers engaged by your center for the purpose for attending to the problem. It was assured that the said mobile will be handed over to me through M/S Intel Communication at Sunder Nagar within two or three days. What to speak of 2 or 3 days. Even the queries to your Nokia care Center failed to convey the exact status of the mobile phone.
                      4. After chain of calls a SMS was communicated by me at [protected] on dated 11.03.2009 at 16.39.54 PM. to expedite the repair of the said mobile and was requested to convey the status of my mobile under repair with Nokia Care at Mandi.
                      5. In response to this SMS A confirmatory message was received from your mobile Stating **Ur phone is ok pls.Collect it regards**Sender [protected]. Sent: 11-Mar-2009 17:14:39.
                      6. In compliance to your confirmatory message I visited Your Nokia Care center Mandi on dated 14.03.2009 to collect the said mobile. To my utmost surprise the said mobile phone was having the same defect which was not rectified at all by your care center. The persons at counter as well as your service Engineer were asked to perform the functions of the Mobile Phone under repair, but they were not in a position to do so. This type of fictitious message has put me un-necessary travelling from Sunder Nagar to Mandi and Vice Versa. This act and conduct of your service center is highly deplorable and against the fair trade practices which is not at all desirable. This was also brought to your knowledge telephonically but of no avail. This amounts to deficiency in service on your part, hence the present complaint.
                      7. It is, therefore, required that the said defects be rectified within three days from the receipts of this complaint, failing which I shall be constrained to file a complaint against you all in the Ld. District Consumer and redessal Forum Mandi in order to redress this grievance, in accordance with law and in that event you shall be responsible for all the consequences, arising there from.

                              I had purchased a Nokia Mb on 19/08/2012 from Timtara.com online shopping store. Till date the product is undelivered. In order status it is showing the product awaiting to be shipped . I have given number of mails and contacted over phone they give only assurances but they are not fulfilling their commitments. I also given them an option to reverse my transaction or cancel the order. sorry to inform they are not taking care of that. I am very disappointed with them . They are spoiling their relation with customers. Now observing this no body would be interested to shop with Timtara. One month completed of shopping, while they assured to deliver the same within 3 weeks time. they completely failed to complete their commitment.
