I am using nokiae63 handset and i want to use whatsapp application,but it is not wroking only with nokia cell phones this answer was given to me by nokia care center.It used to work before but past 3 months its not working,i want to to use that application on my handset.so what i can do...?

i have lost my old phone in which whatsapp was installed...i purchase a new phone and i received a confirmation call as well as sms from whatsapp but i didnt installed the whatsapp...so why i received the call?

    I bought Nokia C6-00 in 2010 December and got 1 year extended warranty. In the month of January 2011 it had some display problem. Handset went to the company for repairing of display. Then it worked fine. Then afterwards it had problem like hanging and auto restarting. I gave the phone to customer care for around 2 times and they updated the handset and says the handset is fine. In the month of January 2012 it again had problem and the customer care people said that it will go to the company and it will be replaced. In February 2012 i got my phone replaced by the company. After that phone again had problem showing that phone memory full close some application and try again later and there was problem in operating GPS, photos, Web,etc. I went to the customer care and got it updated twice but it didn't work and the problem continued. Then again in the month of June 2012, handset went to the company and was replaced in July. After getting my phone replaced for the second time the problem in the handset still continues. I want consumer court to look into the matter and get my full money back as they have already replaced my phone twice and none of them worked fine. I cant trust Nokia any longer. Kindly help me.

    Nokia — Regarding faulty mobile handset

    Dear Sir,

    This is complaint against Nokia mobile handset manufacturer. I have a mobile of N73 edition which is not properly working.

    The i purchased the N73 mobile on 16-November-2008 with warranty of 1 year. The phone wasn't working fine but still i tolerated same mobile with some software updatation. Later till the warranty expired i formatted the mobile software near about 9-10 times. then also same problem continued after warranty expired. i want replace of the same mobile handset or my problem to be fixed permanantly.

    I have been wasting my valuable time in unnecessary updation of software and all the time loosing my important data while updating. also the staff at the nokia care center is not cooperative at Dombivli(East),Dist-Thane, PIN- 421201 branch.

    I request you to please do the needful, kindly help me in resolving this issue.

    nokia c 6 — Faulty phone

    I had submited my nokia c 6 4 times but nokia is not able to repaired my nokia c 6 -00 .every time they are sending the handset to new delhi office.the same faulty h/s is returned to me though the handset is in warranty period .if h/s is not repairable company should provide new h/s but nokia irratating me from last oct 11 .i had requested nokia people every time for new h/s but they are just ignoring the request .
    please forward and esclate to higher authority of nokia prior to resolve my problems.

        My Nokia N8 was not responding to USB connection, when I decided to visit the authorized Nokia care store on 21st August 2012. I was happy to drop my phone at the service center as I had pulled authorized store info from the Nokia website. The employee named Sunil was friendly enough when he accepted my phone and made himself aware with the problem in my device. He recognized the problem and told me that the phone will be ready to collect in few hours. After 3 hours I received a phone call from the support office, and the lady told me that the part is not available and so they need more time to get the problem fixed. I could not get the exact reason so I requested to speak with Sunil, who then told me that the problem was not only limited to the USB port, but there is something else which needs to be diagnosed, so they need to send the phone to the head office, which would take another 3-4 days. Two people on phone with two different versions of conversation. Whom to believe? I had no option other than to believe Sunil. He had also told me that he can deliver the phone by Tuesday, 28th August 2012. But when I didn't receive any status update by EOD Tuesday, I called up the service center and was told that even they have no option to track the status. They could not tell me the estimated time of the same. Sunil could only tell me one thing "Sir, we will update you as we hear anything from the head office." Now what the concept is of Head Office? Why can't they provide any tracking number to the customer so that the customer himself can check the progress status online?
        Awaiting for a call from the Nokia support, today, Sept 03rd 2012, I decided to call Mr Deepak, (if I am not mistaken in getting his name) the owner of the above mentioned store. Awesome response in a frustrated voice "Why are you calling me. Call the store and get the status there." His frustration was understandable as I directly asked him to inquire about my phone status, but what I couldn't get was the way he responded without even listening to the customer. When I told him what exactly I am facing, he didn't hesitate to ignore me by saying that he is out of town (he mentioned Punjab) and would not be able to help me earlier than the next day. He asked me to call tomorrow, Sept 4th. and hung up the phone. I had called the store owner, god damn it, not to add to my anger on the problem I was facing, but to get the solution. I rang the support office again and got to know that my phone had arrived the store this morning and they were about to call me to inform me the same. Now this was the narrowest escape the store people could take for their rescue from my anger. I visited the store to collect my phone and finish all this drama. But another surprise was waiting for me. I saw the phone and the screen protector film was missing. Now who could justify the need of removing the screen protector when the problem is with the USB port? On my very first reaction about the missing screen guard, Sunil disagreed to accept that the screen guard was at all present. He said that the phone didn't has the protector film on it. I asked him, "Does that mean I am lying?", on this he responded "We are not responsible for the Screen Guards, data and blah blah..." I asked him, isn't this necessary to share the same with the customer before accepting the phone? He said everything is mentioned on the job card's 'Terms & Conditions'. Okay, I cannot fight on this because I didn't read all the terms. But, is this the right way to hide the terms and conditions with small asterisk and fool the customers? Cant the support employee be responsible enough to brief out the terms to the customer? This was not enough. When Sunil finally agreed that my phone had the protector on it, I affirmed him by saying that yes it was worth 18 dollars which I had bought along with the phone. His response was pathetic. "18 or 1800 we don't care. Its just mentioned in our terms and conditions that we are not responsible" Anybody, please tell this guy that he is the support person and he should have proper training on customer services before he can actually take up this job. He doesn't even know how to respond to the customer? Next was the explanation on the problem description. I asked him to explain the problem diagnosed, the solution provided, and the possible reason behind the problem so that I can be attentive for the next time. All he could say, that USB was not working (yes this is exactly what I had told him to repair) so he had to change the USB port, some jack and some filter. He didn't know anything more than that. But he knew the reason behind the problem was high voltage. Okay, he meant that high voltage that came through my laptop USB, didn't harm my laptop but did wonders to my phone. To a person with the least technical knowledge, it sounds something really impossible, but for Sunil, his justification was really satisfactory.
        I seek the following with this media of complaint-
        1) Compensation along with proper justification of removing the screen protector film from my phone. When the problem was not at all related to the screen or its touch, why was it necessary to remove the guard? Even a doctor makes the patient sign on an agreement form, before an operation. But the agreement doesn't give him permission to operate on brains when the problem is with the kidney stone.
        2) Real cause of the problem (if can be identified with the symptoms).

            I have been using a Nokia Handset 6700slide (IMEI NO. [protected]) from past two years. On 31st of August 2011, I sent my phone for repairing to Nokia Care Galaxy Care, Vasudev Enclave, Ground Floor, Kankarbagh Main Rd, Patna-20, as my power button was not working for few days.The fellow at the Nokia Care told me about the defected parts and told me that my 3G camera will not work post repairing, understanding the problem I allowed him to do the procedures. When on 1st of September 2011 I went to collect my handset, he again told that my LCD is not working and I found my 3G camera is missing from my handset. I had given my handset in a working condition and I think so that they have removed my LCD purposely and asking me to get it repaired for another Rs 1500/-. I paid for the repaired parts and took my handset back, now my handset is in the dead condition. I have been trying to contact nokia to lodge a complaint but I am not able to find any contact info. Please help.

              My Nokia N97 mini get hanged on startup itself, it shows home screen then gets gray shade background. I showed up in Nokia Care Centre at this address Neo Tech Verumal begraj Libray above Vaishnu Hotel ,opp -Pay & park Nehru chowk Ulhasnagar -2 Distt. Thane,, Ulhasnagar-421001.                 Sir,
                20-25 days back their was some problem with my handsets mike, Handset is under warranty. I went to customer support.

                They changed handsets mike and charged 650/- (even the handset being under warranty by claiming that their were some droplets of water, but no proof was provided for that). Now again after 20 days the same problem has started and they are not even catering to the problem by saying 10 days has already passed and now I have to pay again for the service.

                  I have purchased my handset nokia 500 bearing no [protected] from m/s bhomiyaji electronics ,2/5 akashganga supela ,bhilai,durg on dated 04/12/2011.somtimes the phone hangs and reboots automitacally.on dated 11/08/2012 i contacted the service centre they repaired but the problems occurs again on dated 12/08/2012, i again contacted service centre they send it to company on dated 29/08/2012 they handed over the set to me .After using i found that the problem still persists now i am again going to service centre ,this repeated process causing harresment and mental agony ,so i want a new hand set in lieu of the defective set

                    I Krishan Swaroop, R/o 7/28, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi, (M[protected], visit to above said addressee One Touch Communication for repair of my mobile made by NOKIA E-90.
                    1. That I visit One Touch Communication (NOKIA Service Centre) to repair of my mobile outgoing voice and above said addressee promises to me they repair my mobile and deliver me on 29/08/2012.
                    2. That I visit to above said addressee on 29/08/2012 for receiving of my mobile but the Executive of One Touch Communication namely Miss. Yogita told me mobile is not repair now you can come tomorrow evening and promise to me they deliver my phone on 30/08/2012.
                    3. That I visit to above said addressee on 30/08/2012 for delivery of my mobile but they again told me mobile is not repair now you come tomorrow 31/08/2012.
                    4. That I complaint against One Touch Communication (NOKIA Service Centre) for his lack of Services not complete his promise to deliver and repair of my mobile on time that they Commit to me.
                    5. That I suffering of my two days because all the contact no. In my mobile and I couln’t connect to my Clients/Costumer since last two days.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name -Nokia C6-01, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], PRODUCT CODE – 059C1C2, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN)

                      From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden hanging any clarification pls find Complaint Job Sheet No[protected]/120816/8. This handset has been sent to Nokia service centre (Care Solutions) at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, but the problem still persists.


                      Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

                      I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
                      In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

                      Note -: My handset pending at your end from date 16-aug-12 for repairing and not recived till time.

                        sir i bought nokiax6 8b mobile on 05/08/2010 which is unlimited music adition...they dint send me any sms of key to me till now..i called to customer care 5times but no solution..plz solve my problem....

                        This is regarding the Music unlimited pin no.
                        I was also baffled by not receiving the sms.
                        Then I had to reset my phone due to some malfunction. I used the restore factory setting menu item in the settings menu.
                        After restart I received an sms to agree to the my nokia terms and conditions and when I pressed yes another message with the pin was received, using which I created a Music Unlimited account.

                        Dear sir.i have mobile of nokia x6.it very smart phone.but from few days it blutooth does not on..it show's a msg "unable to perform blutooth operataion " so please help me what to do.
                        I am facing the same problem and it is highly irritating.

                          i have bought a nokia 500 handset two months before, yesterday it stopped working, when i visited the nokia customer care center in my township that is muzaffarpur in bihar, they refused to repair my handsets with vague reasons, and misbehaved with me and abused me. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in i am truly disappointed with nokia and its customer care. i need justice. plz help me. i have spend inr 9500 bucks of my hard earning cash and the handset stopped working in just two months and nokia customer care is not repairing it and they abused me also. nokia care in my town is the worst customer care center in the entire country and it is also damaging the repo of nokia company.

                            Respected sir,
                            With due respect i beg to say, tha t i am having a Nokia C6-01 abt 8 months old.in just 8 months iTs Operating system has been refreshed MOre then adozen times,that means its Os Has been corrupting frequently, and about 2 months ago, my hnadset was Swaped by anothrc6-01, but just from the day it was swaped, it started generating new problems like:-
                            1.=> main problem i am facinng is some horizontal and vertical appearing lines on its screen and its really very irritating
                            2. overheating
                            3.frequetly its operating system sorrupts
                            4.hangs/boots just after thae day its OS has updated
                            5.Its wifi connections drops automatically
                            6.its mobile data connection drops( when there is no operator failure)
                            7.It burns when used in 3g mode
                            8.very very low bateery backup,less then half a day( cheched with a ew battery also)
                            9.and lot more which i cant explain here......

                            => regarding all these problems i visited nokia care centre (siti communications, gandhi chowk) many times, but all the time what they said was,all these problem are normal to them like overheating and all the problems, they said its oke., biut i want to know how could this be oke with a so much costly smartphone.
                            i bought a Nokia smartphone just beacuse its of realiability ad goodwill in the market and excellent after sale service but now what happpening with me is proving me ans all Nokia users wrong.as no one is listening and rectifying my handset problems.
                            i am literaaly fed up by visiting nokia care centre again and again to make my my handset work good.
                            but now all i got to know is all the c6-01 has a manufacturing defect and i beg n request u guys , either return my money back or swap my handset with another handset ( not a c6-01) but any other model of same price group.
                            and please try to solve this asap as i know after taking a legal action the nokia care centre would discomfort me either by not treating accordingly or by not getting a solution for my problem in time.i request to solve this in 7-10 days maximum.
                            i would really be thankful

                              This is rahul this side, and i am having a Nokia 5233, its having a lot of problems from the day i bought it...
                              but by visiting Nokia care frequently the are solving it partially, my display was repaired once and from that day i am facing a lot of problems like frequent Operating system corruption, hanging problem, booting problem, Memory full i.e. ram is unable to execute applications properly, auto shut down of running applications and when i spoke to the Nokia care manger at siti communications( gandhi chowk), " he said , there is no solution for the problem,u have to deal with it " i mean what is this...... please i request u to solve my problem by replacing the handset with another 5233 or some other handset of equivalent price range.
                              i would be thankful to you

                              I am not able to call a particular number from my handset..i can call that number from other handset with my sim card in it..my handset is nokia 5233 just ten days old...the response is "please check the number u have dialled".

                                I have purchased Nokia Asha 300 on 6th of April, 2012. Its touch pad is not working properly since July, 2012. I have visited Nokia Service Center since then, but the executives are not able to provide me the required service by saying that the touch pad of the said handset is not available due to shortage in supply from the company. I have never expected this quality of service from a World Renowned Brand Nokia. I would really appreciate if you can resolve this issue as soon as possible as I am really harassed by it.

                                  SIR , SINCE THERE WAS PROBLEM WITH NOKIA 300 HANDSET. TOUCHSCREEN WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . HANDSET HAS BEEN SHOWN TO NOKIA CARE - SITABULDI .
                                  VERY FIRST THING IS NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN SERVICE CENTER GUIDE THE CUSTOMER PROPERLY.
                                  AT LEAST 1 HR WAITING PERIOD FOR TALKING TO CONCERN PERSON THERE.
                                  NOBODY HELPS YOU TO GET STATUS OF YOUR HANDSET.
                                  AT LAST ( AFTER WAITINF FOR AN HOUR OR MARE ) WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR MOBILE BACK YOU WILL COME TO KNOW THAT IT IS AGAIN NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
                                  FIRSTLY THEY TOLD TO REPLACE BATTERY COSTING RS 1100/- BUT LATER WHEN THEY FOUND THAT BATTERY IS IN WARRANTY THEY RETURNED HANDSET WITHOUT BATTERY REPLACEMENT.
                                  AGAIN HANDSET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
                                  NEED TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST PEOPLE WHO TREAT THERE CUSTOMER LIKE NOTHING.

                                  I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The immediate second day it started hanging while incoming calls and receiving messages.I had submitted that to nokia care, Ulhasnagar and they sent that to Nokia Head Office and gave me after 12days. But the same problem continued. Its a repeat job. The phone also hangs again and again. Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                                  I have had great regards for your products and have genuinely believed in them until recently. I bought a brand new Nokia E6 shelling out quite some hard earned money. It was slow at first but later started hanging between operations. Within just 2 weeks of purchase it now is now completely hanged and goes not start operations even if i switch it off and on again. Very bitter experience... I feel cheated. I have written twice and have had no response from your end. I really hate getting into a drastic fight but i feel the cell u sold me has a defect with the software or hardware. Please look into the issue urgently or at least let me know who is the right person to look into the complaint. I continue to believe in your service though s little less in the product as of now. But if this continues i will for sure change brands and even advice all close friends and family and every one i encounter to avoid your products for the rest of my life... believe me.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am using Nokia C-6 Phone.Last year i got some problem in my phone. I went to Nokia service centre(Chandigarh) due to batery problem. they updated the software
                                      and same time they ask me to extend its warranty after giving any particular amount. I get it extented for next 12 months.when they updated the software
                                      after that my phone front camera stop funtioning. With the time it started giving many problems .I went to Nokia care again they started making excuses this is due to liquid exposure.it lapse its warranty. Now the cost will be
                                      appox 2800Rs .I said after updating the software it stops working but they disagree.then i ask them you should not extend the warranty if it was containing
                                      some sought of liquid,its your responsibilty to check the phone.after lot of request they get it repaired. again after 8months I faced same peoblem in its display.
                                      When i went to Nokia care again they started making excuses like its physical damage ,you have to pay appox 3000Rs. As per Nokia care one of the internal part got damage, so how it can be the physical damage.
                                      and If we have to repair our phone from Nokia after giving Money only. then what is the use of extended warranty.
                                      I feel to earn money they make such kind of excuses. because a customer is not aware about the internal parts of phone. They can tell the customer anything to make money or make him fool. Seriously I am fed up with these diffenert excuses everytime. Please do something for needfull.
