[Resolved]  NSDL TIN / PAN Card — PAN card not received

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A PAN CARD ON 18 DEC 08. THROUGH UTI WEBSITE I FOUND THAT A PAN NO. IS ALLOTTED TO ME - AODPA9193B. IT WAS DESPATCHED TO ME ON 14 JAN 09 THROUGH SPEED POST REF NO. EA[protected]IN TO ADDRESS 1, RAFIA MANZIL, NEXT TO YMCA, NATHALAL PARIKH MARG, COLABA, MUMBAI -1.

DUE TO MY ABSENCE, IT WAS UNDELIVERED TO ME AND PRESENTLY IT IS SENT TO TENKASI POST OFFICE. PLEASE FORWARD THE PAN CARD TO MY FOLLOWING ADDRESS:- 12 AHILYA, PILOT BUNDER, NEAR AFGAN CHURCH, COLABA, MUMBAI - 400005. OR KINDLY INFORM ME (EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN) IF I CAN COLLECT THE PAN CARD PERSONALLY FROM NEARBY LOCATION AT MUMBAI PIN - 400005.

fist-I have been transfferd an same my named a/c in your bank and want to murge it in my old a/c and already given application for it but till date work is not done.
second- ATM card is not get to my add.nore in bank and also find to main post office through despetch No resultant no data about it in there.

i have returned my PAN card applied through application no:[protected], COUPON NO:[protected]; for correction in my name printed on the card on 3th jan, 2009..till date i have not received my PAN card nor any communications from IT PAN services Unit..kindly request you do the needful as PAN crd is very requisite.
