[Resolved]  NSDL — PRAN NO.

Sirs/Madam

We are yet to receive our PRAN Kit. When we search for the information, it is found to be dispatched on[protected] to District Treasury Rangareddy, APHB Building M4 Block, 2nd Floor Ajanta Gate MJ Road, Nampally Hyderabad 500001, Andhra Pradesh State. I am contacting the people to district treasure office for the same, They stated that ' that kit was submit to our respective units (i.e out Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, AP). In which also i contacting the our comissionerate staff. they stated that ' that pran card was miss-placed and he replies wait some time. I am waiting since December 2011. Till date, that PRAN card and kit was not received. Hence i requested to you sir, please may be provide another PRAN kit or given some instructions for how to get the another PRAN kit. Hari Krishna I have recd. a PRAN NO. alongwith I-PIN & T-PIN but when I try to access it through online CRA WEBSITE a message is displayed "USER ACCOUNT IS LOCKED, PLEASE RESET THE PASSWORD". Please guide me how can I access my PRAN NO. now, when my account is locked.

I Rajiv Ranjan Kumar having PRAN[protected]. My account is locked due to wrong multiple password. I contacted my PAO,
Central Excise, Meerut-I, several times after submitting Form S-2 regarding new password and change in personal details (Email.ID). After 20 days they said to me that I am not be responsible for the same. After repeating several time the are not taking interest in the above matter. What can I do now?
