Dear Sir, I have submitted application for Internet Banking on dt 26.02.09 & also received User ID & password on same date. But my accounts not activate for Internet Banking till date. This kit was given on 04/02/2011.
I humbly in shame request you to please activate my internet banking ASAP and with transaction rights which i have asked for.
Please build the bank customer relations friendly rather than a head ace.

Sir, I have received the Kit (No, C[protected] PACKET NO.C9854) from my branch PWD COMPLEX Chennai-5 on 09/08/2011. The user Id is 21402945. But even after more than 48 hrs. the net banking has not activated. I have taken up the matter with the branch also and requested for quick activation. Bur till now no activation is made. The PW is XMLDPBUX More over, I have even tried to lodge complaint in the proper site and even I correctly reocorded my A/C. No., the complaint record was not successful. My S.B.A/C. No. [protected]. I shall be grateful and thankful if the activation is done at once
