Overnite Express — Train tickets not received

Dear Sit,

I have booked my train tickets on 06-Aug-08 and 07-Aug-08
with PNR numbers [protected], [protected].
When I checked with IRCTS they told they delivered it is already 6 days is over but still I have not received the tickets.
I could not contact any customer support numbers to contact them those numbers are given in their web site.

Train ticket not received

I have booked an Railway Ticket from irctc.co.in on 29/10/08 my date of journey was on 03/11/08 and supposed to get my tickets delivered with in 36 hrs. When i check the status with IRCTC the tickets are delivered to Overnite courier and I am supposed to receive a courier for the below . As tomorrow is my journey it's very urgent for me to receive it.
