Dear Sir/Mam,
I Mr. Yogesh, Vill.- Bakoli, Alipur, Delhi - 110036 have been applied for PAN card. The Income Tax Deptt. issue me Pan No. - AFXPY4855P & dispatch it through Overnite Express Ltd. via Airway Bill No.- [protected] on dated - 09/03/2011
I have not received my Pan Card till date. I Enqired about this to the releted courier company. The Company replied that the Courier have been misplaced & Use Unmanners language with me many times. The name of the Company Executive is Mr. Sunil (Head Office Mahipalpur, Delhi) & Contact No. - [protected]
I therefore request, you to please take a necessery action about the Courier Company for this unresponsable work & dispatch me the Pan Card ASAP before 31st March 2011.

I received mobile intimation from NSDL, Pune on 12.03.2011 that a cover will be
despatched to me. After receiving that intimation, I never left the house
unattended. I stayed at home whole day waiting for this cover. On 23.03.2011, I received a txt from Overnite couriers saying that they are unable to deliver courier from NSDL (Reference No. AWB#[protected]) and asked me to contact [protected]/43. On receipt of the message, I tried to contact the mobile numbers given. But I constantly received the message that the mobiles are "Off". So, I sent txt messages saying that I am at home and gave my residential address. Since I did not receive any reply to my calls and texts to their mobile, I traced the landline numbers of overnite express, Mumbai through internet and rang them. After taking the reference number and my mobile number, the staff member informed me that the parcel will be delivered to me on 24.03.2011 and they will be ringing my mobile before delivering the parcel. At 4.06p.m on 23.03.2011. I received a txt from overnite courier saying that they have not recieved any response from me regarding the same shipment. After that, I tried again to contact both mobile number and landline. But nobody responded. I tried to track the cover through their website and it shows that "post undelivered because office was closed". I am a housewife and had given only my residential address to NSDL. I never left home entire day throughout the intervening period between the posting of this cover until today. I dont understand how such a comment can come in their website.
On 24.03.2011. I tried to ring the landline as well as mobile numbers of overnite courier since 10.40 am as I did not receive any calls from them till then. The calls went unanswered until 11.59 am. Then, my call was answered and I was told to contact any of these numbers:[protected]/03/04/05 .I tried these numbers but either the lines were engaged or nobody was answering. At 12.01 pm, I received a txt from overnite courier with the following message: "Since we have received no response from you from your shipment AWB#[protected], we are sending it back to origin." Since all my attempts to call proved useless, I emailed overnite courier. Manager(Customer Service)of Overnite courier instructed the concerned people to re-arrange delivery immediately and forwarded the email copy to me. Till now, I haven't received the cover and I haven't received any call from Overnite courier.
I am frustrated by this unprofessional attitude of the courier and worried about my cover as it contained important document. Please help me so that I will get the document delivered to me to my residential address safely and soon.

I am having regular problems regarding receipt of courier from Dehradun office(Chander nagar) of OVERNITE EXPRESS COURIER. This time they have not delivered my courier no [protected].I am calling their office ; they say that the courier will be delivered today.But no one comes to deliver.I am present full day and they update on their website as OFFICE FOUND CLOSED.Please resolve my problem. Am Supposed to receive a mail from HDFC on 16th March 2011, I Got a SMS from USELESS OVERNITE EXPRESS Stating We have Received mail and we'll deliever it as soon as possible also with a phone number, [protected], A Guys.. who never attend the call always rings.. and the Customer Care Services.. Suckssss too, No Proper Response, Even if We call they'll never respond.. No Proper Call Backs, But Always.. says.. " SIR, DON"T WORRY U"LL RECEIVE A CALL WITHIN 2MINS SIR"
NEVER EVER HAPPENED.... Still Waiting.. I BELIEVE MY GRANDSON WOULD GET THAT MAIL.
BUT THANKS FOR NOTHING.....

I have not received my courier no.[protected] via OVERNITE EXPRESS which has reached Dehradun three days ago.The local courier office in Dehradun is delaying delivery of my courier.Every day I phone them and they say that the courier is out for delivery and will reach me the same day.I have also complained on OVERNITE'S web site.There is also no response by them.

Irresponsible mail service by OVERNIFGHT EXPRESS LIMITED

This is to inform you that i had to recieve a courier from the overnight express limited services dispatched from Karol Bagh (New Delhi) to Dehrdaun. It was dispatched on 14th of february 2011 and was supposed to reach dehradun in a weeks time. But to my misfortune i have still not recieved my courier. I am told by the authorities that my packet is dislocated and the officers could not locate it. therefore, in regard to their ineffiecncy i report thsi misbehaviour and irresponsiblity.

My wife, Ms. SANGEETA DASGUPTA , applied for PAN CARD , vide no: [protected]

However at the time of delivery, the person carrying the card, an employee of M/S Overnite Express Ltd ( his name is Syamal Dey , Tel No: [protected] , Vide Pkg Id: PRI 9358701/64/727/23/02/11/OVX , dated: 28th February,2011) asked for money and on refusing the same he didn’t deliver the pan card.

Consequently , I started calling them up in their board no. However could not get in touch with concerned department / person. Then , my wife went personally at their corporate office based out of Tiljala Road , Kolkata , dated 5th March and get to know that the consignment has already been returned back & moreover they are refused to lodge a complaint against their employee , on basis of the fact that that we don’t have any evidence.

Kindly look into the matter and as a citizen of the country i want punishment of such people for conducting unscrupulous activities & suitable compensation for the same

These guys charged the delivery charges for PAN card, which they shouldn't have taken. When I called their customer care they told the guy whom they had sent for delivery is newly joined and not aware of the rules.
I got the delivery guys phone number and called him. He told he will return but he didnt come at all.
This company service is worst and please dont give any charges for delivery of pan card. They should give proper training to new hires before sending for delivery. Think if these guys collect charges for pan card delivery from everyone.

My PAN CARD was despatched on 14 December 2010 from Mumbai to Hyderabad by OVERNITE EXPRESS LTD Courier vide AIRWAY Bill No. [protected]. But the same has not been received till date. . Please send me my PAN as soon as possible as I have to submit it in the Bank.

Con.No[protected] in the name of N B Rajapure dated 30/08/2010, has been lost during transit by overnite express as informed by them. The consignement contains Mobile set, which was insured. An amount of Rs 275 were paid towards consignement charges besides Rs.40 paid towards insurance charges.After several enquiries I was informed that my claim of the Insured value (Rs 2000) of the mobile has been rejected. I am under stress Since last five months, the matter may please be consedered and my claim may be settled at the earlest.

I am still wondering what this consumer forum is doing, I have already seen numerous complaints about this pathetic courier company, why is their license not being seized, why are they being allowed to function. My parents had delivered a courier for me on last Thursday (6th of Jan'2011) from Kolkata and it has not reached me as yet. On repeated follow ups I have come to know that my parcel has been misplaced, not to mention the fact that a lot of my calls and mails have gone unanswered, their entire set up is absolutely unorganized, the delivery boys who are outsourced by the way do not have any cell phones, the customer care doesn't have any ideas of consignments, I mean their services are absolutely pathetic.The AWB no. of my parcel is[protected].The parcel was sent on the occasion of my birthday and it really had a lot of sentimental values to me, keep aside the money value. It seemed to me that they are running a nexus, everyone starting from the operations manager to the delivery boy is involved in this, as everyone has a different story to share. Anyway I don't know if anything will come out of this complaint, I'm just telling my fellow country mates to never use this company in their entire lives for couriers as I'm sure the courier will never reach the destination.

This is regarding an evident service fall and irresponsibily shown by your team while transitting a bank document from Chennai to Kochi and further to a city named Kothamangalam where i am residing.My name is SREEPRASAD:T

HDFC bank sent a document to me which was booked on[protected] from your chennnai office.The AWB no.is[protected],pls.note.

The consignment reached at Kochi on[protected] and from there it has been reached Kothamangalam on[protected].But the person here found very irresponsible and he kept the document with him for 3 days.Now he is telling that his earning is very less and he can't be so sincere to call the addresse and inform at non servicable area.In this stand he told me that he returned the consignment to Kochi back just like that.He also did a brilliant game by updating your web information by changing the status as ''' DELIVERED '''

Now Kochi office didn't receive it back and the valuable document is missing.Now you please tell me what you will do in my position.This is a very dirty job the person at Kothamangalam did.When i called him in his mobile number,he is speaking very rudely and iritatingly.So please advise your team.

The person's at Kothamangalam mobile number is [protected].Your kochi office also can't do any support in this regard and they are telling that they are helpless to deal with this person.

As a person like you who is to make his team in a right way,i request you to do the needful for getting me the consignment immediately from the hands of your people.

PAN card no AFNPH3184E of Geeta Hzarika sent vide air way bill no [protected] missed by Overnite express Ltd from his Mahipal pur Office and now showing remark that same is delivered on 20 oct 2010. I request to NSDL to issue new PAN card/as applicable and send the same as address given in the application . Thank in anticipationking

This is regard to the consignment no.[protected], it was shipped from Delhi on 11.11.2010 and on the online tracking status shows "Despatched To JAMSHEDPUR " on 11.112010, today its 16th March 9:00AM, still its not delivered. I tried to reach the Sakchi Overnite Express Office Numbers as shown on their website on 15.11.2010 on phone in the morning. They told me that it will be delievered today but no one came complete day.

After that I tried as many as 25 times on single day to enquire on further status, unfortunately no one answers the call. Its neither non-business day nor non-business hour, but still no one answers the call.

My friend had couriered an item on 10th November,2010 from the Vile Parle(West) branch of the courier service Overnite Express Limited. After a couple of days I thought of calling up the Mumbai office in order to inquire about the status. Initially they said it would reach me soon but after repeated calls, to my shock, the person on the call said they had lost track of the courier and probably it had been stolen.

I asked for the contact number of his higher authority in order to get to the depth of the matter. He gave me the number of someone called 'Bala'. Expecting support at the other end, I was literally pulled out of my slumber when this guy Bala shamelessly uttered 'We transport lakhs of items everyday, if one of them is lost somewhere we can't to much about it. At max we can give you the refund for the item'. With such arrogant and casual words flowing, its anybody's guess whether the parcel has actually been lost or has been intentionally messed up by the company for petite gains. If not anything else, this person's lack of empathy and overly rude behavior would only fuel more and more suspicions.
