Dear Sir / Madam,
I have ordered shoes and bracelet from yepme.com on 26th July 2014 and also paid the amout of INR. 1160 throught Debit Card Transaction and also on the very same day I have received the email regarding the initiation process of online shipping the ordered products. But so far I have not received the items. When I enquired about the status of shipment, I came to know that my order has already been shipped to my shipping address and got the tracking ids from OVERNITE courier services as follows.

(a) 3 items ( 3 pairs of shoes ) shipped with order number=8380295, Courier Tracking Id: [protected]

(b) 1 item ( bracelet ) shipped withe order number = 8380298, Courier Tracking Id: [protected]

Now, I am worried about the receiving of ordered products, so I would like to know the contact person details of courier service who will going to bring the ordered items to my below shipping address, so that I can contact him to receive the products from him.

never ever any one please use this service. My package which was delivered to me was opened and half of the contents were missing. I praise the god that there was any not such important items in the delivery. I can say these guys should be blacklisted and services should be immediately stopped.

Regarding order number [protected] dispatched on 25.07.2014 from Noida to destinataion Ahmedabad.
Please check the status of delivery of the parcel which I had sent for my brother for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. It is sad to know that a domestic delivery has taken more than 15 days and still counting. "Overnite express" has taken 15 "over nights" and my parcel has still not been delivered. Despite repeated calls to the Ahmedabad-Satellite Area ([protected]) delivery center, no action is being taken to expedite the delivery of the parcel. KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR DELIVERY BEFORE I HAVE TO RESORT TO REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT WITH A CONSUMER COURT.

This is the worst courier service I have seen, who are not at all responsible for making delivery of the consignments. People wont respond to you. No one will pick the call and your consignment status will be falsely updated. That's happening with my consignment # [protected]

I have a complaint with regards to courier dispatched via ref# [protected]. Courier left Chennai on 22nd July and has not been delivered till date to the recipient in Delhi. After repeated complaints and follow up, your customer care says it got delivered on 31st July. They are not sharing any proof of delivery as well with me. The company has tall claims that they deliver within 24-48 hours within India. However they are cheating customers by charging exorbitant prices and not delivering the courier. I was charged Rs.305 for this courier and I need this to be refunded along with the price for content in the box I got delivered. Send me the proof of delivery and refund me money for late delivery, as contents were sweet and they would have rotten due to delay.

sir i purchased items from shopclues.com they send through courier AWB nos [protected], [protected]. in this one item they send to origin due to unserviceable area without intimating me. now i enquired for second order they told still not received if received we will inimate come and collect other wise this is also RTO. before booking courier should intimate to shipper. now i have to suffer. old order no reshipment or refund. please do the needfull

A consignment was shipped on Friday 25th July 2014 from one location of Kolkata to another location of Kolkata. The AWB no was [protected]. Now their webtrack system in the OverniteExpress website says:"Undelivered : CONSIGNMENT MIS-ROUTED Saturday, July 26, 2014" (please see the attached screen shot). The customer care nos. don't pick up phone. I feel helpless.

I am resorting to this measure after almost two weeks of running around trying to coordinate delivery of my shipment from Bangalore. Shipment number is [protected] The same has been sent to my residence address on the 4th of July in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, where I am unavailable during the days. Due to this, I have written on the overnite website regarding the same providing alternate address and registered my mobile number for tracking. Within two days of this, I have written again on the website requesting for a response. Realizing that the website is a non responsive medium of communication for Overnite, I tried to call their offices where I was pushed from one office to another just to get information about my shipment. Finally get the contact of the Mumbai office[protected] / 01) which is perinially unavailable. I was able to connect with a Ms. Prajakta on mon day 14th July to whom I informed of my situation. She acknowledged the change in address and confirmed that the shipment will be delivered to my office in Cuffe Parade latest by Wednesday. Throughout tuesday the office number[protected] / 01) has been unavailable. On wednesday morning when I finally got across to someone, I had to start from the beginning. I asked for a superior's contact and was informed that a Mr. Gautham Sahani is the person to talk to for this. Though I was unable to get across to him on his direct number[protected] I have been coordinating with him over mail. He sent out a confirmation mail to his team to make delivery to my office. On friday morning when I sent a mail to Mr. Sahani to get information regarding the same, I was informed that the shipment has been returned to Bangalore and I should contact the original dispatcher of the same. This response is completely unacceptable in any scenario. More so when I have been following up every day trying to get delivery because the consignment is o[censored]tmost importance to me. All of my requests have been left unheard and the shipment has been returned to Bangalore now. I am extremely aggravated by the behavior of Overnite regarding my shipment. I have the right to my shipment and while I understand some delays in the same, the situation has gone beyond what is acceptable. On 11th July i made courier via overnite express from Noida to B-32 ganesh marg bapunagar jaipur rajasthan. As via track no. i got to know that package was delivered to branch office on 12 july since then i am trying to contact branch office & they are providing stupid excuses that there courier boy dn't have mobile, today is raining etc. This is very important document for me & if i am not able to get it before 15th july evening it will be of no use to me. Dear Sir, One very important package (My National Pension scheme policy package includes sensitive policy information, login id/password, policy kit etc.) was sent to me by National Pension Scheme Authority through Overnite Courier (http://www.overnitenet.com/) services agency through AWB [protected]. (Site:http://www.overnitenet.com/Customer-Service.aspx, Courier ABW no.-[protected]). After receiving the AWB number from the sender (National Pension Scheme Authority) when I checked the status of the consignment online, to my utter surprise I found the same was marked as "delivered to S Baba". I never knew someone named S Baba, even at my apartment reception I checked and no one exists with name at reception or at my apartment. I called up the overnite courier customer care, someone named Anjum (anjum.[protected]@blr.overnite-mail.com) picked up the call. She mentioned that the consignment has been delivered to S Baba and she also has S Baba's phone number in tracker. She tried to call the number few times and found that the number updated in the delivery report doesn't even exist. She asked me to write an email to her (anjum.[protected]@blr.overnite-mail.com), so that she can find out the delivery guy and resolve the issue. However, despite multiple emails and call thereafter the issue never got resolved (since last 2 months). I dispatched 21 Litres Blue Seal from Delhi to Bangalore whose Consignment No. is [protected]. Since 11 days I don't know where is my parcel. Due to this inconvenience my company is going to file complaint against Overnite Courier in consumer court. Else resolve it on priority basis or today only. This is very urgent matter. That overnite guy name is Kailash Kumar, Krishan Garh, Vasant Kunj.

Hi, I had booked a quarterly railway pass from IRCTC AWBno:[protected]-DRS. IRCTC has a collaboration with overnite express courier service to deliver the passes on the door step but due the recent hike in railways fare, now the delivery guys from overnite express are stealing the passes of the commuters either delivering them to the concern person and if we complain to the courier company either their phones are not reachable or they will not reply to the mails. It is not 10 days I am chasing with the courier company but now noone is replying it simply means someone has stolen it and now nonne is there to catch hold of. They are also showing fake proofs were there is no details of date, time and name of a person who has delivered please find it in the attached. Hi, I have booked courier from Bikaner to Chennai on 18th June 2014 (tracking no #[protected]). This courier has arrived Chennai on 24thJune whereas it has not yet delivered from last 3 days. I have been talking to different people all the times and kept on saying that it will be delivered tomorrow from last 3 days. Tomorrow has not yet come. Status of the courier says it’s been sent to Changelpet branch but they have not yet received it form last 2days and Changelpet guys says that stopped delivery form last 7 days. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE BY OVERNITE EXPRESS ...WE DONT KNOW WHERE IS OUR CONSIGNMENT. Our consignment was dispatched by Yepme on 27.05.14 through overnite express.Docket no is [protected], we track this number online from 28.05.14 it is showing in Transit from Delhi to Pathankot but till today we have not received our Courier. I follow up with overnite pathankot, Ludhiana and even delhi no one has given me good response only i am getting DIPLOMATIC ANSWERS. Myself Sukalyan had booked a courier as doc. mode which is very important for me from Chittaranjan(713331) to Delhi(201005), Waybill No.[protected] on dtd. 08th June'2014 as a "Top Priority" in this so-called courier service "Overnite Express". But extremely disappointed that the consignment I received on dtd. 11th June'2014(02:30 pm) on 03rd day, whose main moto is "Fast & reliable service; Extensive network; More than 25 years of expertise". Howerver, when I make a call to[protected],[protected] for confirmation, all the time I got engaged tone and once It's ranged nobody picked up the phone then again engaged. Even if anyone search in Internet about the service of "Overnite Express", everyone gets the worst review about this service. Shame Shame!!! Totally worst and service!! Don't ever go for "Overnite Express" I have a great experience...and cheated the normal people after taking a huge money by showing "Next Day Delivery"

sir, i was about to not receive a parcel from .My home address being: hanapara(ansha)17, Rajarhut north 24 parganas, pin no 700102, holding no AH 57, lm:City Public School. The Wellcome kit dispatched on 23/05/2014 bearing docket number [protected]. i am not to recieve the kit.

Overnite Express Ltd. has not delivered my parcel(document) since April 30, 2014.I am trying to know where my parcel is, but neither the Regional Head (Delhi) nor the Regional Office (Delhi and Bangalore) are responding.Have visited the Pickup-Center, called up the pickup-person, but of no use.Senior Executive Ganesh at Delhi says no telephone number provided, I have a receipt filled by the pickup center showing mobile number.Rahul(Executive at Delhi Office) comments on this that the number may be incorrect. Not True.Regional Head Sunil isn't responding.Can I file a case against Overnite Express Ltd. I got a call from Ganesh yesterday morning after I dropped an email to Sunil and looping Delhi and Bangalore office. He updated that the parcel is returned to Bangalore, after talking to a lady in Bangalore Office, and gave my number to the lady. And assured she will call me back and give a confirm status. I am afraid, it has been more than 24 hours since that call, no response has been provided.

Vide courier tracking no. [protected] of Overnite Express I advised to dispatch my items (3 pairs of sandels + 1 bracelet) to yepme.com’s warehouse at “566/1, Arun Plaza, Palam Vihar Road, Brijwasan, Delhi. The consignment has neither been delivered to the consignee nor been returned to me. Company has been requested to refund me an amount of Rs. 600 against these items at the earliest but i am not getting any response from them. Mail reminders have been sent to them on 21-03-14, 07-04-14 & 05-05-14 on their mail Ids. Kindly help.

I had sent a Overnite Expess PRIORITY parcel to my friend in Delhi.The parcel was picked up by Mr. Venkatesh - NO. 269, 2ND CROSS, 3RD MAIN, CAMBRIDGE LAYOUT, SOMESHWARAPURAM, HALASURU BANGALORE - 560008 KARNATAKA on 14th Feb 2014 at 1:30 pm. Upon requested pleas for the parcel to be delivered the next day, he assured that it would be delivered to the address in Delhi. The AWB is [protected]. Upon calling Delhi office [[protected]] the next day -15th Feb 2014, around 3:00 pm. I was told that it was stored in the storage warehouse. If it was a PRIORITY PARCEL, it should have been delivered the moment it landed in Delhi and not stored in the storage warehouse. They said it would reach the addressee on Monday. Upon requesting, they said that it would be taken care of and then the telephones went on a 'busy mode'. The point of a PRIORITY parcel service was lost. I want stern action taken against the said company. Monetary refund does not suffice for the pain, agony and the loss of trust in company promising what they do not deliver. i do not know whether the Bangalore or the Delhi office goofed up, But a goo[censored]p was done. Playing with people's trust, belongings and time, is not to be tolerated. i hope that some action is taken against this company and I do not want to be added to the line of harassed consumers who have already filed complaints against Overnite Express.
