NSDL is sent my pan card by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]n 2 -sep -2011 but i am not get the courier yet 1-oct-2011. but in the home page of Overnite Express Ltd. courier is shown courier is delivered. and darbhanga Overnite Express Ltd. courier staff behavior is very bad and they are taking not any response. and every time they drunk and not talking with manners.

The service of OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED courier is the worst service that I have encountered till date.
I had send a courier which comprised of print outs of railway tickets from pune to kolkata on 30/08/11 at 11:00 AM for which I was charged Rs 120 (for an envelope which weighed less than 50gms) , & I was promised that the courier will be delivered within next day without fail i.e. on 1/09/11.

Today is 3/09/11 , and the courier has not been delivered yet.

I am making repetitive calls in the pune as well as the kolkata branches since 2/09/11
The respective phone nos. of the branches are as follows:

Since then I have only been receiving prototype answers :
" We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will see to it that the courier is delivered within today without fail".

Moreover a representative from kolkata vehemently replied that the courier will be delivered when they want it to be delivered since they does not have a good coverage in kolkata.

The person was so adamant and pathetic that he does not have the ability to understand the urgency of the delivery of the courier.

How can such a courier service will ill mannered , irresponsible personnel claim to provide a premium service.

on behalf of my brother I, Sri. Bidesh kumar dey like to request you that, it was seen from the nsdl site that my brother's pan card has been delivered to overnite express courier on 17/08/2011, and bill no:- [protected], but till today my brother didn"t receive the pan card.

On 9th August 2011 I have received one parcel from Imphal, Manipur with AWB No. [protected]. In this parcel one shirt was missing.

I have told this to delivery man (Name: Raju) and also informed to overnite office through phone on the same day.

The risk charges of Rs. 50/- was also paid while booking the parcel in Imphal. So that I can eligible to claim the insurance if parcle/items lost.

I have written email to Overnite Bangalore about it then Mr. Sripad (senior manager from Overnite) call me on 10th August and asked me to come to Overnite Madivala office to show him the parcel envelope from which shirt is taken out/ missing. I went there on same day and after looking to it he ensured me that he will enquire on this matter within 2 days and give the compensation if he is not able to find the missing shirt, I was very happy to listen his word and thought overnite express have great customer care service (The shirt was a gift from my sister for Raksha Bandhan, so I was very upset to miss it).

But he has not kept his promise and no one contacted me even after 2 days. Then I called him again he told me that he require some more time and will update me on 16th August. I have said ok for this because I thought he is doing some investigation.

But till 19th August no one contacted me, so I called him again and he simply told me it will take more time as still the investigation is going on.

I have again written mail to them but no one is responding and Mr. Sripad is simply giving excuses and false promises, they have taken my complaint very lightly and I think they don't care about customer complaints.

Before I was upset for missing my sister gift but this type of attitude from Overnite express made me angry.

When they had no intention to solve this issue then why they called me to Madivala office unnecessary, why Mr. Sripad made false promises to me, that day I have left early from my office to go there, collected the parcel envelope from my home and reach Overnite office which is around 10 km from my home.

They have wasted my time and also playing with my emotions.

When I have informed all these to my sister, she told me that she had made the mistake of choosing overnite express when many other good courier services are available in the market.

Before going to use overnite express please think twice because if any incidence similar like this happens (missing parcel/items/documents) then their customer care service (or solving customer complaint) is very bad and you can have the problem.

Their charges are also high so it is better to use DTDC or Blue Dart which are best in this line.

My security guard have received a courier on Friday that is 19th August 2011, the packet delivered by the courier boy was openend and an object is missing too, this is a very common practice of the courier companies, the value of that object is not much but it cost around Rs. 186.

i send a courier from pune to durgapur (west bengal) pod no. [protected] dtd. 18/8/11 through Overnite Express weight 250gm

(2 separate packet in a big envelop.. Ciel by overnite express Cello tape )

when received the dox only one packet under the big envelop and ciel by regular cello tape

what should i do .. the missing packet containing value of rs. 15000.00

every one including over nite express courier shop accept that it is a clear cut that overnite staff doing that job

My courier which was sent from Ghaziabad (near delhi) on 6th August, reached Gwalior on 8th August but has not been delivered yet. Same status is being displayed since then on the website.

The numbers specified are never answered and no replies have been given to the emails.

I am very much dissatisfied with the service.

My PAN card (PAN No. [protected]) has not been delivered so far to my residential address provided. When asked about the same to the "Overnite Express" centre at Mirjapur Chowk Darbhanga they are saying we have 1000s of PAN card lying with us and will deiver it shortly.
Online tracking of PAN detail shows it has been deliverd on 22th of July, 2011 and same is getting displayed on courier website (Docket No. [protected]), which is not true.
My several transactions are pending and Income Tax problem are coming because of this.

Kindly lodge a complain regarding the matter for this courier company.

I have faced harassment and damage through the Overnite Express Limited (courier service). I have given a parcel with Consignment Note Number : [protected] to their Kolkata branch ( Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700064)on 29th July, 2011 to send it to Bangalore to Gurwinder Kaur (Wipro Technologies , Keonics Electronic City, ) on or before 2nd of August 2011. But the parcel delivered was fully damaged and not in good condition . After opening it my colleague found the contents written over the parcel are not complete. She took immediate action and took some photographs of that damaged parcel, and I am attaching the PICS with this complaint also. Contents are given below in details. I think someone has opened it and rearranged the things,because the way I packed it , after receiving it was not in that way. I need some strict action as their service spoiled the whole day of me and my colleague too and faced a loss of money also. As it was her birthday present, I need the full damaged cost.

I received a mail from ICICI Bank about a courier they sent me with the NOC of the car that they financed. In the first instance, the courier was delivered to someone, we don't know whom and then the second time I requested for the same and I got am e-mail with the shipment details. When I tried to track the shipment online I was not able to trace it and then when I tried to contact them on the phone numbers given in their website, I was told that they were temporarily out of service. I wrote them a mail on the email ID they have on the internet. I have received no response on it.

I, Mr.Pratik Goyal want to register a complaint against overnite express that I had Booked a parcel on 24.06.2011 .Today is 04.07.2011 and I yet to have the product delivered to my home. When I am checking the status of the product on their website it is showing the product was dispatched from Delhi to Vadodara on 25.06.2011. Then I tried to call their customer representative and they said they don’t know about the product or the product update is not showing on their computer. After few trials they are not picking my phone up for nearly 2 days cause they don’t have the right answer.

I sent some important documents AWB No. [protected] ON dated 16.06.2011 through OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED along with Food coupon (SODEXO) for Rs 1300/- with your service at the time of delivery at surat address they found the packet without sodexo coupon, it was also found that packet was tear up as an additional cello tape tagged over it. I complain to surat office and they inform me that this packet is delivered as it received. For your information that I am given a declaration in a paper, that in packet having some important document and food coupon also , this packet dispatch from Paradeep, and delivered today 23.06.2011 at Surat address around 12.10 PM .

PLEASE ARRANGE TO REVERT THE SAME.

Homeopathic Medicines were couriered from Gurgaon (Dr.Maganjot Kaur's clinic) to Noida Sector 93(A) on 3rd May.ref.no:[protected]. We had been impatiently waiting for the package.
After repeated calls the concerned person would not pick up or return call even on the 6th May. On 9th May i was told the typical lie " House was closed". Your concerned person also suggested we pick the package up from the courier guy after i told him it was extremely important and had medicines to cure my son. Finally when the package came i saw the dates and times mentioned as closed were complete lies . The 2 dates mentioned 4th and 6th May were false while 5th May the delivery man came at 7 P.M when i was not expecting the package so late in the day and had stepped out. I am shocked as to how false dates and times were added to make it look like the delivery man had come several times when he may have just come only once and that too after 2 days of package being sent . The delievery man's number is # [protected]. I hope action will be taken because i should have instead sent the medicine via normal mail and it would have reached earler. What is the point of this service being "over night".

A document was booked by Overnite Express Ltd vide Consignment Note No:[protected] on 2nd May'11 at Bhubaneswar for delivery at Kolkata. Address with telephone numbers of the delivery point were written legibly on the consignment. The document was not delivered till writing of this complaint. Whereas, the Company's web based tracking system indicates consignment delivered on 6/5/11.

My name is shadab malik. My pan card was sent out on 3 october 2009 through Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. however i never received it. I tried to contact Overnite Express Ltd .but there was no reply from their side. Therefore i want to lodge a complaint as i faced number of problems because of that. And i want some assurance about the action taken againest the company.

Subject: Non-delivery of consignment No.[protected]

The above consignment was sent to me by M/s LIC of India through M/s Overnite Express Limited.

On tracking the status of the consignment on their website, it was observed that the same was sent back to origin due to no service for destination.

On 7th March 11, I sent an e-mail to M/s Overnite Express Ltd – to their head office at New Delhi as also to their local Mumbai Office. I requested them to let me know why their local Mumbai representative accepted the consignment meant for a location which is not within their service area.

I feel that having accepted the consignment, (knowingly or unknowingly that it was meant for a no-service destination) from the origin and got paid for the same, it was their responsibility to deliver the same to my address. If my address is not within their service area, then they had no business to accept it from the origin. If they had not accepted the consignment LIC would have sent it through another courier or through post.

I received three emails from their local Customer Care Manager, none of which answered my query as regards why the consignment meant for no-service area was accepted by them. The replies are as follows:

Reply on 7th March: "Please note since there is no service on given address the same has been return back to the shipper".

Reply on 10th March: "Please note since this shipment was return back to the shipper on 25th Feb this shipment will be forwarded to you through mail".

Reply on 11th March: "As discussed with the team LIC was intimated earlier that we do not serve your area as its very interior area at Nallasopara although shipment was booked on 23rd Feb and was return back to LIC on 25th Feb saying no service. You are requested to please take up with LIC in this regard".

The Customer Care Manager also spoke to me on phone. But till date she has not answered my query as regards why the consignment meant for a non-service area was accepted by them in the first place.

The consignment contained some important document which had to be returned by 8th March 2011. I was just lucky to get the consignment through another courier on 8th March and somehow managed to submit the same before the expiry of the time limit.

Incidentally the above is not the first incident of accepting consignment meant for no-service destination. In the month of January 2011, M/s Overnite Express had accepted another consignment meant for me. Their LIC Contact Person initially refused to deliver it to my address. He even advised me to visit his residence to collect the consignment. On my taking up the issue with the LIC in time, the courier was compelled to deliver the consignment to my address.

It may be mentioned that the above Contact Person resides at Nallasopara and knows very well that my address does not fall within their service area. Inspite of this, he accepted both the consignments.

If such incidents can happen to me twice in a span of two months, I can image the number of other customers being taken for a ride by M/s Overnite Express Limited.
