Hi ,

If you go through the snapshot this is clearly mentioned that your PAN card has been delivered on 10-Aug-2012 by Overnite Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no [protected] at your mailing address .

But today is[protected] , more than one month & i have not received my PAN CARD . This is very pathetic & frustrating condition for the Courier Overnite Express Ltd .

SBI sends all letters through Overnite couriers. I receive on an average a letter a month from SBI. But since more than 2 years, the track record is that never the letters are delivered before at least 10 days, which may go upto even a month. Normally there are cheques, and the bank starts charging interest from the date of the issue, and we use that money only after 15 days.

i have made a courier on dated 23-June-2012 with docket no. [protected] and as per their statement it will be get delivered with in 2 days.

however till date it is not delivered, it was very important to delivered at my postal address, but due to miscommunication from their end it was not delivered.

My PAN card has been despatched by NSDL on 05/05/2012 through consignment no. [protected] of Overnite Express,but after my reminder He didn't deliver the same to me. Finally he said me on 20/06/2012 that the same consignment has returned to NSDL. How the Courier Company make this type of Cheating/Gundagardi.

I am surprising, how these courier companies are getting benefited by delaying the delivery items , even though the consignment is lying with them. its not a cash so that they will get interest for the period of delay.

I am residing with my family at H.NO - 1959 RANI BAGH, DELHI - 110034 from the last 12 years but Overnite Courier returned the courier having Consignment No - [protected] by remark on it as "SHIFTED". Now when I talked to them at[protected] Dt[protected]:10 pm, they are not ready to recheck/ confirm the actual reason for marking as SHIFTED.
