i sent a courier from patna on 4th april 2012 but till today it has not reached the destination. the tracking information is also not available on the website.

Dear Concern

I had sent an important & urgent documents (2 packets of Banking Documents) on 26th march 2012 through overnite express bareilly branch (1 Packet for Lucknow & 1 Packet for Gurgaon ) the next day on 27th march 2012 lucknow representative called me up and said both the packets reached to lucknow where in 1 packet was for Gurgaon, That courier representative said that this packet has mis-routed and dont worry it will be delivered to respective address (Gurgaon ) by tomorrow on 28th march 2012 , Today is 29th Mar 2012 still not confirmed that where is that shipment nobody is bothered about the importance of that packet it is a banking related docs which will hamper somebodies business.

An important parcel was couriered on 19th March 2012 from Ahmedabad to be delivered at Pune by OVERNITE EXPERSS LIMITED.
AWB NO : [protected]

This courier is not delivered till date. The online tracking system shows "Out For Delivery" since 22nd March 2012.

Whenever I call the Pune branch, they assure me a callback with the details but never callback. If I call from the same number I had called previously, either the call gets disconnected, or else is not answered.

I also called their Head Office at Delhi who put my call on hold, called the Pune office from another line and asked them to resolve the issue, but in vain.

Please provide resolution.

From last three months the way Courier people are avoiding me its really a painful moment, on 20th Dec'11 KARVY send one documents, DOCAIT NO-[protected], the documents is having a Cheque of RS.14000/- in favour o[censored]NITED BANK OF INDIA, Meherpur Branch, Silchar, Dist_ Cachar Assam, in the name of Mr. Bimal Kanti Biswas, posted date 20th Dec'11 through overnite courier at Silchar, and as per your record it was delivered on 24th Dec'12, This I have confirmed from your Guwahati Office but when I asked to the bank persons to check my account they told me that no amount was deposted in that periods and band denied that they had not received such kind of documents in that periods, after that I had visited your silchar branch, almost i have spent 4hours over there but they are failed to show me the details of that documents. Every Day I called up your Silchar Branch manager, contact number is S.K.Daga,[protected], he simply avoiding me, this matter I have discussed with MR. Sah the Manager who is sitting at Guwahati office he assured me that he will persue the matter and let me know accordingly, but till date I could not get any response from your end. Its a matter of money, so I need your support and please help me out because its already past three months.

I have booked the shipment on 12 Mar 2012 from Bangalore to Jamshepur ([protected]).
Till 14th it was in Delhi. on 15th it was despectade for Kolkata, and after that no update in web track and today is 18th Nar2012.

I have contacted customner services Bangalore. Poor lady bluffs every time. She said that she will resolve it and call in one hour and then after 4 hours, i have to call and receive same answer.
There is no contact provied for escalation.

Today, i searched the Jamshedpur delivery address branch (cell-[protected]), and before i could speak, the person said that its sunday, holiday and disconnected.

Is this company is run by Banias/Marwaris or some professional.
I am yet to understand how they are running it. No one has clue about where the shipment is.

I would ask the concierge desk to stop overnight express in our company and will write to facilities as well. I have been a DTDC customer and never faced a problem to this extent. Its my mistake to opt for this disgusting organizations run by thugs.

I have received an SMS stating the "PAN card has been delivered on 21Feb'12 by Overnite Express ltd., vide airway bill no.[protected] at communication address mentioned". I have verified the status of air way bill no. in the website and found that the status is delivered on 21st Feb'12. But it was not delivered at address mentioned. I called Hospet Overnite express courrier and reminded him thrice. But till date no action has been taken place.

I sent a consignment on 5 March 2012 from New Delhi to Hardoi via Overnite Express Courier but it has not been delivered. When i inquired personally by taking pains and arranging numbers of shahjahanpur Branch of Overnite Express where my parcel was stuck, i came to know that the delivery boy was on holiday so whenever he returns the parcel will be deliver then only as said my Manager Mr. Rakesh Saxena . I request consumer to take strict action against this useless company.

I ordered some process chemical to M/s Progressive Engineers, Mumbai which they shipped through overnite express courier (AWB NO. [protected]) on 10.2.2012. The parcel arrived in hyderabad (as per the tracking report) on 14.2.2012 and since then I kept getting calls from the local courier office to come and collect the parcel as they decided not to deliver the parcel citing that our area is not servicable (see tracking report posted by them). Surprisingly the Pin code finder utility in their website suggests that this area (Vignyana Kancha Post, Pin code 500059) is very much servicable (see snapshot). After nearly 10-11 days of continuous followup from our as well as the shipper's side they delivered the parcel on 24.2.2012 at my residence located in city.

I want to launch a complaint as you have delivered some very important documents to an incorrect address. There was a courier sent on 15th Feb'12 by HCL Technologies Ltd with POD/reference number [protected]. It.was delivered to an incorrect address on 16th Feb'12. I have been waiting for the documents for the past 5 days but haven't received it yet. I have called today and was informed that it has already been delivered and received by someone called Sakshi. I have not received the documents and no one else at my home has collected it.Also, I don't know anyone by the name of Sakshi. It also consists my Salary Cheque. I am waiting for it as need to pay it to my bank and any delay would lead to Late Payment Charges. No one has ever called to me from the courier company to inform about the delivery. May I know how can you deliver such important documents without seeing any ID Proof. I need my courier within the next two days. If Delayed, it would lead to extra charges for me by my bank which I am sure of that Overnite Express would not like to pay for. I need my PAN CARD urgently, without my PAN CARD my work is getting worse and i am in mess. So, please solve my issue on Priorty Basis.

I applied for reprint of my PAN card vide acknowledgement # [protected].
Reprinted PAN card was shipped to my home address via "OverNite Express Ltd." shipment # [protected] and was suppose to be delivered on 31st Dec, 2011.
However, it is not delivered till date and on there website it is falsely updated as delivered on 03rd Jan, 2012 and moreover same status is sent to PAN authority.

Please look in the matter and get the PAN card delivered soon which I strongly suspect is misplaced by delivery man (mobile # [protected]) who called me up on 31st Dec, 2011 to inquire about my address and never delivered. When I called him back on 04th Jan, 2012 he admitted it to return to main office. In main office they asked to wait for anotheer day but it is still not delivered.

Hi, myself Sumanta Sharangi working in a IT security and service company in South Delhi.

One of our client sent to us a shipment vide AWB no. [protected] on December 30th 2011. We have no any update on this till 04th Jan 2012, when we ask the same in CC dept. they told it has out for delivery from concerned branch i.e. New Green Park.

We wait till evening (04th Jan)but nobodies called us (CC, Branch) about this shipment then we again called to CC and lodged a complaint (AWB no) and update our address. But the day ended up nobody come to us nor phone call.

On Jan 05th we have check again CC they told it has delivered on 31st Jan and the same hasbeen updated on their sites with initial acknowledgement. We ask for DRS copy for this.......................but they replied it will take time 48 hours. Let see which acknowledgement they are going to provide.............


ONE OF THE WORST COURIER SERVICE COMPANY. THEIR CC DEPT. IS NONSENSE, AS WELL AS THE BRANCH. CC DIDNOT WISH LODGED A COMPLAINT.

This is the reference number of the HDFC Card PIN docket. This was supposed to be delivered at my office.
The only response I got from the Courier company is a message (On Saturday, Dec 17 2011 at 10:56 AM) that I was not available at the time of delivery, though I didn't receive any call.
The message includes their contact numbers which I kept on trying,but none of them were connecting.

I received the same message again at 16:58, same day.
I tried contacting them again, the representative said that he has scheduled the delivery for Sunday (which is their Off).
He provided me the contact number [protected] of the delivery boy (which is never connecting).
I contacted this morning again for the same concern, but the representatives kept on poviding me the contact numbers to contact here and there.

I would have contacted these number almost 300-400 times. I get NO AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE.

I have night shift, so I won't be available in the office during day. Though I am here in the office since morning and kept on talking to Overnite people. I have to come to work as well, at night. I didn't sleep for the whole day and these people are not taking any responsibility.


Kindly take some stringent action against this irresponsible attitude of the Company.

The shipment with AWB no. [protected] was shipped from Raipur, Chattisgarh on 30/11/2011 to Pune.

I have not received the same till today (16/12/2011). The customer service does not respond to the phone calls.

They did not even respond to my emails. Please address this issue with the managment of overnite express limited.

I had a very bad experience with Overnite courier service. I booked a shipment (AWB: [protected]) on 30th Nov, 2011 (From Noida, U.P. to Hoshiarpur, Punjab) and it was delivered on 7th Dec, 2011. What a horrible courier service I ever had. The shipment delivered when I made the call to local office phone[protected] of the destination. I believe, POST office service will be much better.

Hdfc credit card pin number was sent by overnite courier on 22/11/2011. but it is not received to me. When I checked with then they told me that your office was closed and now courier again sent to chennai.
This is second incident of non delivery of credit card pin number. I want to take the action against them.Please suggest.

it is to inform you that consignment dispatched by incometax department (pan) on 12 nov 2011 by overnite express ltd. Courier to me vide airway bill no. [protected] have not received yet.

02. On tracking the said consignment it indicates out for delivery on 16 nov 2011. However, todate I.E 29 nov 2011 it is not received. On checking with pimpri (ajmera + pimpri)office, they are unable to locate the same and same case have been brought to the notice of the corporate office (delhi) mr. Mohan on 26 nov 2011.

03. The matter may be looked into at the earliest and suitable action may be taken against the defaulter; otherwise I am compelled to lodge fir and go for the legal action accordingly.

04. An early action in this regard is requested please.

I sent one packet on 8/10/2011 to the following address through Overnite Express Limited. The airway bill number is [protected]. My client id is C0159. This packet is not delivered to the destination. Above than one month has been passed away. Neither anybody informed me that the packet has not been delivered to the destination, nor they given back the packet to me. After one month the customer informed me that his document has not been delivered to him as yet.
