i am unsatisfied with the service of overnite express. one of my courier with docket no.- [protected] not delivered till now, since it has been delivered from patna on 4th feb 2014. since 9 days passed and i have not received it till now. i had tried to contact them but they do not respond on this issue and they forward my call to someone else. i am totally frustated with their service....

On feb 6 i ordered some urgent medicine online & they shipped through overnight express AWB No [protected] next day. While tracking it shows out for deliver on 10 feb but still now i didn't receive it even after one week. Many times i contacted them but they always lie to me that many times we try to deliver your parcel but nobody opens the door. Rest all couriers are delivering without a problem like that.
