I had booked my parcel on date in patna for bangalore. The consignment no is [protected].

Even i am calling on given no. [protected] &[protected].

who is responsible for this & who is going to paid for this, perhaps i can go to consumer court,

if i will not found any reasonable answer by end of day.

i am unsatisfied with the service of overnite express. one of my courier with docket no.- [protected] not delivered till now, since it has been delivered from patna on 4th feb 2014. since 9 days passed and i have not received it till now. i had tried to contact them but they do not respond on this issue and they forward my call to someone else. i am totally frustated with their service.

On feb 6 i ordered some urgent medicine online & they shipped through overnight express AWB No [protected] next day. While tracking it shows out for deliver on 10 feb but still now i didn't receive it even after one week. Many times i contacted them but they always lie to me that many times we try to deliver your parcel but nobody opens the door. Rest all couriers are delivering without a problem like that. Last time also i faced the same problem. Worst service among all.Please take action against them.

on[protected] a courier containing urgent medicines was sent by my cousin from haryana to ahmedabad, he was told that it will be delivered on third working day, but i didnt get it on time, then i was told to check online status from your website, when i checked it was showing that it will be delivered on friday. 17-1-14, after lot inquiry i got a number of ahmedabad location. which was [protected]. he told me that, IF YOU ARE IN HURRY, THEN YOU COME AND TAKE IT FROM HERE, ELSE WAIT!!! these were his words to me, today its saturday, i again called on same number, and when i asked about my courier not delivered today also, then he again talked very rudely IF ITS URGENT??? THEN COME AND TAKE IT, i even told him that i will complain if he not deliver today also, but he told me DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
now i want to ask sir, is this for the Overnite Express charged to their customers??? so that customer himself have to take his courier from their office?? as if its his grudge!!! I have paid fully to them to deliver it at my door step and that too on time. not for because i have to leave my work and go to their offices... kindly pay attention on this matter, i want a strong action against that person, who is in charge of Overnite Express ahmedabad branch, having contact number [protected].

my friend sent me an article from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh through your overnite express courier on 27-Dec-2013. However the said article with the DNo.[protected] hasnt reached the said destination Dimapur, Nagaland yet. On checking on your overnite express website, it was found out that the article reached Delhi on 28/12/2013 but it was despatched from Delhi to Guwahati only on 04/01/2014. I could not understand the fact that it remain stranded in Delhi for 7 days whereas the article is to be used at a function here in Dimapur on 06-Jan-2014. The issue is of serious concern and your immediate intervention into the matter is urgently required.

A courier with important documents was dispatched from delhi on 16th Dec-2013 for pune but not delivered till today. it is mentioned on the tracking website that parcel reached pune on 18th Dec-13 and out for delivery. When i called their pune office on[protected], they give me the contact person's name and no (Santosh -[protected]). I called him several times and after lot of followup he gave me the contact no. of other person (Anand - [protected]). He kept on telling me that he will deliver but till today the parcel is not delivered.

I didn't received my courier dispatched by HDFC Ergo, POD no. [protected]. As per HDFC, they have dispatched it in last week of October and i am in followup with Overnite Express since 4th November but not getting any proper response nor receiving my courier. Dear Sir, We have given 1 pkt of ours to the company representative Sonu([protected]) who collected my packet from my house in Dwarka on Saturday[protected] and the pkt was supposed to get delivered on Monday but when the pkt never got delivered till Wednesday we contacted him and the person refused to answer my queries and never gave anyones contact details also and tried to be rude with us on phone... and gave us the contact number of call center we contacted call center from there also we could not get any satisfactory answer Today on Friday also the status of the packet is same and we are very scared about the packet as the value of the packet is around Rs.10000 Please help on priority, we need our pkt delivered or back to us on urgent basis and this is clear miss-communication at the end of that representative...

But still we did not got the refund or claim amount.I mailed them I called your representative more than 1000 times from 15th July 13 till today. But no body is responding. Consignment (Rakhi & sweets) vide no [protected] was booked with Overnite exp from Kolkata on[protected] and the same was supposed to be delivered at New Delhi next day but till date[protected], the same is not yet delivered. On 21st July, 2013 i booked ticket online thought IRCTC. Transaction Id: [protected], PNR Number: [protected].
I have still not received the ticket, as 6th of Aug, 2013 is the Date of Journey and i ticket is not not delivered. I tried their customer care number for assistance, the number was showing as temporarily disconnected. Even i tried calling their Mumbai's branch i.e. Goregoan (e), two of the numbers are switched off and one number is contactable but no one is answering the call.
Seriously, i pissed off with Overnite Express Limited service, they have got pathetic service and even they don't bother of checking mailes received by customer.
Even, i mailed them that i have not delivered my ticket and there is no response from their site.

on 18/05/2013, i have dispatched one courier which contains a box of imported chocolate, a parker pen and a card through overnite courier to gurgaon. The docket number of the same is [protected] but when i checked with my relative that weather they have received the courier or not i was shocked to know that they have received the card only and the box of the chocolate and parker pen is missing, nobody is listening to my complaint, pathetic service overnite express.

Pls refer to several discussions had with Overnite persons regarding amount given to Patna Ro at the time of crises. The amount given to Patna accounts team at the time o[censored]rgency as when require. I am chasing for this regularly to you and Patna team, but there is no response.

I am facing financial crunch but OEL team is playing my emotion. Pls suggest How i can convince them ?

My shipment was sent via OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED from Delhi To Varanasi on 2nd feb. 2013 When i tracked it online it was written DISPATCHED TO VARANSI on 3RD FEB. 2013. It was sent by airway even then i did not receive it till 5th feb . then i called them and asked about the shipment to Mr R.Sen Gupta.(ph no.[protected] He said as the parcel was of big size he did not sent it . I want you to please take strong action against him . I needed the parcel very urgent that is why it was sent via airway.

Cheque no. 772115 for Rs. 95805.99 was dispatched through overnite express vide AWB no. [protected] by Maxlite on 15.01.2013 was misplaced by overnite. After numerous calls they are saying thay they delivered it on 17.01.2013 to some P.Paul (no such person exists in our home let alone our whole flat). How could they deliver such an important document to just about anyone??? They should be made liable for misplacing it and doing everything possible to get it back. Ur help in this regard would be highly appreciated

With great regret I am writing you again on my previous complaint against Overnite courier.

I was expecting a shipment from HDFC bank, AWB no.[protected], which I did not received it till date. I spoke to customer service representative at HDFC bank and he told me that they have dispatched my courier on 4.01.2012 and I should received it within 4-5 working day and they provided me AWB no. and the contact details of overnite courier, however no one picks up the call there.

After logging a complaint here I received a call yesterday and they promised that your courier will be deliver today, however it is still not delivered. Today I spoke to someone from overnite on[protected], the lady was note ready to tell her name. also she was not ready to give me any of the senior manger’s name and contact details. She was only telling me that I will receive my courier today itself. So I kept on waiting however as I expected, that shipment not delivered yet. After waiting for entire day when I called again she said that we are unable to deliver your shipment as your address is of highway. I really don’t understand the reason behind it. If the address is not in your delivery range then you should have not taken the shipment.

They asked me to come to their office at camp and receive the shipment. If I only have to go to collect my shipment then what is the use of these courier companies?????

As per the HDFC records they have dispatched my shipment on 4th jan – 13 and today is 17th Jan – 13. If it takes 13 days to deliver the shipment in pune I wonder how long these guys will take to deliver any shipment outside pune??????????

I believe it is better to go self and deliver our shipment rather than waiting for these courier companies. Overnite spokesperson were feeling pride about this compliant and were telling me that dear sir we have received a complaint from you. I really don’t understand are these companies are following any TAT for their customers? Do they have any customer value in their company’s mission or vision?

This is really disgusting and unacceptable service by the company. I would request you to please look into this and take necessary action.

I had sent one packet through Overnite Express docket no. [protected] on 6th Dec 2012.
The packet not received yet, if i track this number than it will show that the product is transferred to DELHI to GHAZIABAD instead of going to DELHI to BANG LORE and when i contacted to your branch they are claiming that the packet is dispatched and delivered. On asking of Proof of Delivery, from this person name as UMA SHANKAR SINGAL who is Asst-Manger ( he was talking very rudly) failed to produce till today. I am very frustrated with the service which your company is providing & its irritating at all, its my humble request to your team to kindly raise this problem to your priority basis.

SUB: COMPLAIN REGARDING PILFERAGE OF A LADIES’ T-SHIRT FROM PARCEL SENT THROUGH OVERNITE COURIER

Sir / Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject, kindly note that a ladies’ t-shirt (of Allen Solly of value Rs.1,399) was pilfered from the above mentioned parcel, sent to me by the following :-

The parcel was very neatly cut, the t-shirt was removed from the zip-pouch, by cutting its sides (which also contained a Van Heusen Shirt) and the parcel was packed again with the remaining items, with a “similar” brown coloured cello-tape (the colour difference between the cello-tape used originally and the cello-tape used after the pilferage, can be easily made out). The pilfered portion of the parcel was shown to the Dimapur office, but they refused to take the complain point-blank stating that the parcel was delivered sealed pack, which appeared so because the pilferer had very cleverly packed it back, but the cello-tape color difference and the absurd cut-portion gives out the fact that the parcel was tampered with. It also points to the fact that the pilferer has honed his skills so much in stealing and sealing back the parcel, that it becomes difficult to make out that any pilferage has occurred till the parcel is delivered and opened, post which the “Courier Company” gets to say that we had delivered it sealed pack, so we cannot accept the complain.

Please take a strict note of the fact that such an incident of pilferage of item from a parcel sent through Overnite Courier has occurred for the fourth time and in spite of repeated complains to all the concerned branches, no fruitful result has ever been achieved. The prime reason we spend extra and send our parcels through an esteemed courier company like yours, is that we get an assurance from your end that our parcels shall be delivered safely and intact. But if such an act is happening repeatedly at your end, then no difference would be left between your company and a local courier company. Hence, I request you to look into this matter with all seriousness and recover the stolen t-shirt or to reimburse us, the value of the stolen t-shirt, i.e., Rs.1,399/-.

A Complain has been filed with the Overnite office at Dimapur, though am sure it would be of no avail going by their callous behavior, as they accepted it very hesistantly, by mentioning a note on the copy of the complain - "Sealed condition delivered. But party complain short delivery [sic]".

Anticipating a positive outcome from this complain.
