Overnite Express Complaints & Reviews

It is really frustrating to book a courier with overnite express. they dont deliver it in proper time and they dont even try to find the address. till now i have received almost 30 consinements and for all the 30 consinmets i have to call them up and get them follow up on the courier status.

they have no respect, value to the customer. They are not serving the purpose of bring in the market i would say they should be kicked out of the market.

Latest meeup has happend with my hdfc credit card pin dispatch with airway bill number[protected]. Without trying to find my address and without even trying to give me a call on mentioned mobile number they send the consinment back stating that address is not found.

Especially R T nagar Branch, Bangalore.

I have sent one gift pack in the name of Deepak Gupta at city Haldwani - Uttaranchal. To my surprise i gift did not reach Mr. deepak Gupta even after 4 days i enquired the same from the courier company and they confirmed that it has laready been delivered at Delhi to some other Deepak Gupta. This is really sad to note that such a careless approach can be taken and how this is actually possible when complete address is of Haldwani Uttaranchal.

My POD details is[protected]. I am still fighting to get it delivered to my home but till now i am not given any satisfactory answer by anyone. No one has even cared to call me back to update the current status. I am only calling them to confirm the status.

A pathetic state of service.

I,Mr.Alok Pattanaik want to register a complaint against overnite express that I had ordered a product from picsquare.com on 10.10.2010 and they gave the shipment to overnite express for delivery.Today is 18.10.2010 and I yet to have the product delivered to my home.When I am checking the status of the product on their website it is showing the product was dispatched from kolkata to bhubaneswar on 14.10.2010.Then I tried to call their customer representative and they said they don't know about the product or the product update is not showing on their computer.After few trials they are not picking my phone up for nearly 2 days cause they don't have the right answer and I had also sent an mail to their customer service and with no surprise didn't get any replies.

Thanks to overnite express ,even after 2 weeks of my pan card being dispatched ,i am not able to get my PAN card.

"Your PAN card has been dispatched on 29-Sep-2010 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]"

....Overnite express has got hundreds of complaintS on various website for their worst delivery service. Even then these kind of companies run in our country with pride.

What to do with these people i don't know!!!

NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD

But the same has not been received till date. I have tracked my PAN details on Overnite Express website and it is showing that its Undelivered due to incomplete of Address. the person attending at the shop was very rude.
the website shows that the courier has been delivered which has actually not reached me!

very bad on the part of company as that courier has my Pan Card.
urgency of the situation is not being understood!

My name is Gopal Joshi. I applied for PAN on 14th July,10. As per online status my PAN card has been dispatched on 21-Jul-2010 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication (Dinesh Flour Mill, Mochiwada, Ward No. 38, Churu Rajasthan PIN 331001)indicated by me in the application but same I not receive till today. Company's Mumbai branch answered that same has been dispatched to Jaipur branch and Jaipur branch is not giving satisfy answer after several calls. Why after 20-25 days same is not delivered to me and where is my PAN card. I required urgent for legal purpose. Please help me to find.

Docket no.[protected] of 14.06.2010 addressed to Dr.Pannalal Bhunia, containing Medical prescriptions, seeking Doctor's advise,not reached to the addressee, therby creating a missing link between the patient and the Doctor.

From last 4 days i am supposed to receive the courier sent by Kotak Mahindra Bank but same is not received by me since till now 4th august, there lucknow numbers mentioned on the site was not picked by any one and there delhi office all 4 numbers[protected] are engaged always.site is showing in transit since 2 Aug. now i am waiting any god miracle to receive the same.

I wanted to informed u that the pan card is lying with Overnite Express Ltd. Courier and the person Mr. Amit (Ph-[protected]) who is also the authorize vender of Overnite Express Ltd. at Bhagalpur, I talked to him at list 6 times give him my full address as mentioned in the pan card with land mark, but he refuse to dispatch the same at my given address although my address is in prime location still I don’t received my pan card. After all I reached his Overnite office and I complained the same in front of Mr. Amit. He told me as the “C/O” is not mentioned in the Address I will not give you the same and he told me he will going to do process of RTO. Please do the needful.

Hello sir,

My name is Dinesh Gosavi. I have applied for the pan card of my mother before 20 days ago.

When i checked status of pan card, its showing that "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 08-Jun-2010 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application."

But when i call at Overnite Express Ltd.,first time they replied me that they will enquire and tell me regarding so.After then when i call them ,they are not ready to pickup the phones and their answering machine starts with only ring on the phone.

I wasted around 50 rupees calling them.

Sir plz do something serious regarding this matter.

I have booked my I-Ticket through online on 31.5.2010. Still we have not recieved it. I had to call so many times to IRCTC. From where i got the no. of Overnite Express Patna Branch No. but all nos. are either unreachable or switch off. They promise they will deliver the document in the city within 36 hours but it has crossed more than four days. My PNR no is-[protected], Plz do something sir i am so fedup from last four days.

>Said address we have been residing for last 20 years, How come to mention this remark on delivery status.
>Even if got such fact then why the concerned office at Lucknow did not enquire this fact to call said cell no which was written on packet.
>If you have given customer care no then why reference no & complaint no does not communicate the concerned people who call there to log details.
>You charge considerable handsome amount for courier services after this kind of pathetic service how one expects quality services on the behalf of corporate house.

I am awaiting your inputs & feedback along with the status report of my packet.

Dear sir / mem,

This mail is to inform you that AIRFONE INDIA LTD., has sent us a courier containing mobile hand “Flip29i” set, two sims numbers – [protected], and [protected], and one data cord. which was sent to them for repairing, this courier was send to us under AWB –[protected] on 13th May 2010.
We received this consignment today on 15th May 2010 evening, but unfortunately the above contains (Mobile hand set, data line and two sims) was not there, that box was filled with cardboard pieces, and it was quite clear was that box was cut opened at courier place as the original tap and the box of AIRFONE was seen clearly cut by some sharp object, and as you know this is a serious offence which can neither be neglected nor be forgiven.
Regarding the matter I had talked to Overnite Express's local AO Mr. Narendra on his cell number [protected], and he had told us to contact on Monday.
We request you to do need full for recovery of my consignment.

I booked a document for delivery at Kolkata on the 21st April in early afternoon with an agent of Overnite Express [DL 11602, who are not at fault] in CR Park, New Delhi vide Consignment Note No.[protected]. From 21st morning around 9.37 AM, the website of the premier courier company has been returning the same/standardised output in respect of the subject delivery (repeated at about 10 pm on the 22nd, and again at about 8.08 AM on the 23rd as well duly (and intimated to the co.’s Delhi and Kolkata offices by unresponded emails) as under:

I am Dr.Shaik Mohd Younus from hyderabad (Bazar Ghat H.NO.:[protected]/A,First floor). I applied for my pan card on 10 feb 2010. And i got the status that it has been dispatched on 17th feb to hyderabad and will be delivered the next day, But i did'nt get any ,so i checked the status on overnite courier site with my Airwaybill No.: :[protected] and it showed " Out for delivery on 22nd feb ". I got a call from the delivery person named SRINIVAS with mobile number [protected] that he will be delivering me the courier at 4.30 pm . I stayed back at home waiting for him .But he didnt come and when i called back him he said he left and will be delivering tomorrow after 5 pm .Next day also I waited ,he called me at around 5.10 pm and said he is in mallepally and asked me to come and collect from there.I said come home its nearby bazarghat he said ok fine.I called him back at 6 he said he left and will be coming tomorrow.Today i was waiting for him.He called me at around 5.30 pm and asked me to come to nampally chowrasta if I want it now or else he will come after 1 hour at my place. I then called him in an hour and he said come and collect at the nampally chowrasta or else he will deliver tomorrow at 2pm...This Delivery person Srinivas showed me a very bad attitude and hang up my call saying " Saab mein kal aataun bolana Phir... "
I then called up the hyderabad overnite courier customer care but no reply was there...
I am a dentist by Profession and i have to go to clinic daily .. Because of this person Srinivas I had to cancel my patient appointments for 3 days ...Atleast if this person cannot deliver on time , atleast speak properly to the customers but he showed no signs of curtsey only ...Please look into such irresponsible person's behaviour and please deliver my PAN Card at my address[protected]/A,First floor Bazar Ghat as soon as possible.

A courier was sent in the name of my wife Mrs Monika Malhotra(Reference No[protected] from M/s Kipps Publishing Panchkula.


We recived a call from one Mr Deepak Sharma on January 27, 09 and were told that the consignement was non delivered as the house was locked.He was very rude and misbehaved with my wife.

On my taking up the matter with this gentleman and after lot of convincing he agreed to deliver the consignment next day in the after noon(28, January).

Since then i have called this gentleman atleast 15 times and either the call was disconnected or i was promised a revert in 5 minutes which never happened..

At last today(30 January) i was finally told very rudely that the consignment was sent back and nothing can be done. One asking he seniors contact details he disconnected the phone.

On calling the landline number[protected] i was told by one Ms Shivani that she dosent have any contact details of her head office nor any details of her seniors

I am left appalled that in such cut throat competition how can a company afford to have such irresponsible and rude employees who are totally ignorant of the customers needs and are ready to pick a fight with the customer without hesitation.

If i have to waste so much time and effort for such mundane things than i really pray for the good old days of Post offices services return
