[Resolved]  Overnite Express Limited — Delay in delivering consignments

This is regard to the consignment no.[protected], it was shipped from Delhi on 13th March and on the online tracking status shows "Out for Delivery in Bangalore" on 14th March 08, today its 17th March 5:30PM, still its not delivered. I was trying to reach the Bangalore Overnite Express Office Numbers as shown on their website (as below)

The phone contineously rings but no one answerw and I tried as many as 25 times on single day to enquire on further status, unfortunately no one answers the call. Its neither non-business day nor non-business hour, but still no one answers the call.

I also dropped an e-mail to above mentioned e-mail address but no reply.

Hi My consignment no[protected] Had reached Bangalore on 10th May But today being 15th may i see now news of my courier being delivered. I have tried calling ter office on the given no.s since yesterday and no one replys to those calls i have called more than a 100 times and now i am tired..

The worst service and most irresponsible courier organization I have ever seen in my whole life. I dont understand how corporates/organization choose overnite as vendor ???

Overnite is one of the worst couriers i have ever come across . Its very frustrating to get in touch with them & that too after you have paid them for it .

My advise is PLEASE DO NOT USE OVERNITE EXPRESS

PLEASE Never USE OVERNITE EXPRESS. This is beady worst courier company ever seen in my life. Who does not have any working email id and also this never respond to any calls. The OVERNITE EXPRESS Company is just an bunch of perfect fools never care for there customers.
