[Resolved]  Pai International Electronics — AC Not working

I purchased a Godrej AC 1.5 Tn from Pai International Marathalli Bangalore two weeks back under a promotional offer of free installation. The installation team duely came on time and did an installation but failed to get AC cooling. They laid the blame on the apartment folks who have done the wiring as part of the project claiming there is leak in the wiring. Subsequently the apartment management reviewed the entire piping/wiring and found no leak. The person from Godrej Demo came and claimed that it is faulty installation. We took the case to Godrej customer care who never care to respond or act. All my calls to them has resulted in great promises and no action. Now I am chasing three parties Pai International, Godrej, and Apartment Maintenance to get my AC up and running.

I purchased a Onida AC 1 Tn from Pai International Udupi this week. The installation team duely came on time and did the installation and went. After 15 mins water started "pouring" out from the AC. Repeated call to the engineer did not meet with any response. The sales guy who did the smooth talking is on leave. Call to the PAI Int udupi the next day resulted in another engineer visiting for the servicing. All he did was dismantle the complete unit and could not find the problem. He left saying he is not the right person for the trouble shooting. Pai Int udupi has promised to send another person for "servicing" again tomorrow. If the issue is not resolved Pia Int udupi has been told that the Ac would be returned back and action will be taken to claim back the advance. Waiting for the engineers visit tor resolve the problem.
I purchased a LG TV from Pai International banerghatta road this week. They suggest me to take additional voltage stablizer for safety in case of power flactuation. After delievery of TV i only installed it and checked.While going thru the Manual given by LG i found there is one caution is given saying that "Pl dont use additional stablizer since it has inbuilt stablizer.Any inferrior quality of stablizer may damage your set.
I confirmed the same with customer care of LG.
Hence i came to shop for returning the same it cost i000/-.But htey refused to take back and asking to buy something inplace of voltage stablizer.
There people dont know about any product and just making the customers.
Pl advice what to do...?
I purchased a GODREJ refrigerator with them on[protected]. They supplied the demo set on[protected], that too after repeated calls. The same was not cooling and compressor was running nonstop. After repeated complaint on[protected]
their van came and carried the Fridge to somewhere and next day came with repaired Fridge. Their showroom has no boss or manager. salesmen manage the show in an ugly manner.It is funny that They have given me Xerox copy of Guarantee card. The funny thing is that they say that the company has not supplied guarantee card.
