EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET. THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME . BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD. NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR ! I have applied for Pan card in the month of september 2007. Yet i have not received my Pan card, but I got the pan no. I have applied for the Pan card from Dharmanagar, Tripura. Guys, two govt. department are at work - Indian Post & UTITSL. What else you can expect ? They don't know how to track! They will not reply to emails!! They will ignore postal mails. Alas! Why our Govt. introduces rules which they can't follow and practice. This is a shame.
