Sir,
I recieved your letter today regarding the requirement of original birth certificate for passport file no.DLHZ04138109 DATED(11/11/09) GROUP-Z When I took admission in Ist standard in government school, I have dposited my original certificate. I was having only attested photostat copy.But I have deposited the photocopy of birth certificate personally to your head office(1/2/10) monday. Once again you are asking for the original birth certificate.
So, how can I give the original copy of certificate.Now I am studying in IX-th standard in govt. boys senior scondary school khichripur delhi 91.My student I.D no-[protected], d.o.b[protected] and admission no-5162 as per govt school record.
If you want this agin I can deposit school letterpad writing in principal taking all the above record

This is Nandhini VM from karaikudi.I applied for the passport on 27th november. On 5th december, I received a message about an enquiry on the expansion of my intial . So i came to the passport office on 9th december to correct my initial expansion.

Mistaken expansion: Nandhini Murugesan for Nandhini .VM

corrected expansion: Nandhini Velayutham Murugesan for Nandhini.VM

Still i didn't receive my passport. Can you take any possible steps to solve my problem?

Passport — w140007 10 not yet received

Dear sir,
On 8th feb 2010 requested from nornal to tatkal passport by paying extra 1000/-, & promised date of despatch on 11.02.2010 to kolar near to bangalore . But not yet recieved But My friend "s depatch date on 12th that to haveri district( vilage ) Maltesh Haveler is recived by him.

Passport — Passport recieved with wrong details

Hi,

I have applied for my mother-in-law passport on 1st jan 2010.I recieved it with wrong DOB entered into it.

I have applied for passport on the date 15/01/2008 with file reference no. : DLH-H[protected]. But till now I am unable to get it. The police inquiry is also done twice. Police Inquiry No. is 3288 dt. 25/03/2009 & Dispatch No. is 2790 dt. 30/03/2009.
When I enquired in passport office, I came to know that it is not ready.

I applied passport on 22/12/2009. Every formalities were cleared.but i didn't receive passport. I went 7 times to passport office and ask about my passport. but they are not bothering about my problem. I lost one good opportunity due to this problem. I showed my appointment letter and asked about my passport.But they didn't response to me.

Sir Opportunities comes very rare. but i lost that for reason of my passport.

If we applied normally we will get within 45 days. Now 65 days gone still i didn't receive passport.

For applied passport for my child,i gone to nagapattinam collector office,But the application receiving person want extra money,for to receive the application form.I refuse the give the money,then the person,reject the passport application form.The person saying the extra money was share for everybady include collector.Then i apply the same to tirchy
