It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time.
3) on 22.12.2009
Original/Attested copy (by a gazetted officer) of S.S.L.C/School Certificate /Birth Certificate. Original/Attested Copy (by a gazetted officer) of Ration Card /Electoral Identity Card/ Voters List.
Report to this office on any working day (except Wednesday) between 9.30 A.M.
and 12.30 P.M. alongwith the above mentioned documents / this letter.

Initially I had applied passport at Trichy Passport office vide Application No. TRY A04282509 on 18.09.2009 because I have Ration card and Electoral Identity Card in my below native address which fall under Trichy passport office.

My police verification at the above native address completed on 02.10.2009 and later I had met Smt,.Gowri Balakrishnan Superintendent at Passport Trichy for the delay of passport. They said the police report says I am presently working in Coimbatore and asked me to pay penalty Rs.5000.00 for not mentioning present working address at Coimbatore district. I had explained them that by mistake I am not written that because I have the ration card & voter identity at the above native address, after their explanation I realised my mistake and the same day I had paid penalty Rs.5000.00. After that they informed me that my will be transferred to Coimbatore passport office for the issue of passport because my present address falling under Coimbatore passport office. Also Madam asked me to contact Shri.B. Balamurugan at Passport Officer, Coimbatore and she assured that I can get the passport with proof of certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head, bank account & gas connection bill.
After two days, I received letter from Trichy Passport office that my file was transferred to Coimbatore passport office for the issue of passport and instructed me contact Coimbatore passport office. After two days I came to Coimbatore passport office and enquired with Assistant Passport Officer Shri.C.G. Rajan and they immediately found my application transferred from Trichy PO and asked me to submit fresh application. Same day my application was accepted vide ref No.CBE A02953709 DT.23.10.2009 with following available address proofs.
1) Certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head
2) Statement of running bank account
3) Gas connection Bill
4) PAN card/Income Tax Assessment Order
5) Rental deed
Sir, my present company urging me to submit passport immediately, so I am humbly request you to accept above proofs for the present address and release my passport at your earliest.
Please advice and help me in this regard.

I have submitted the application for new passport with all the necessary documnts attached under file ref. no. above mentioned., at Bhikaji Cama Place office, where they have given the assurance that I will receive my Passport within one month, but it is shocking that my inquiry officer came to my house nearly after a month on 25.11.2009, he has taken the copies of all the documents and even the guarantee of two neighbours and the same officer also assured me that I will get my passport within 15 days but till today when i am enquiring about my passport on the site, I am shocked to see that till today it is showing the same as before one and a half month that "the application is pending for the want of Police Report", Sir i request you to please register my complaint and reply accordingly that when i can receive my passport..

Sir,I want to know is there any law, to stop the unwanted things.
My complaint is related to real estate.
I stay in charkop on rent. The broakarage rule are different from the other places.
1. Tenent has to pay three time the rent of a month as commission/brokarage.
2. One rent is taken by the MHADA society.
3. Second rent is taken by Owner of room.
4. Third rent is taken by the brokaer.
For All above payment we are not received any receipt from any Society/Owner/Person.
I want to know what the practice is going on here is legal or is there any law which can stop this.

I am totally agree with the complaints of the customers for delay in passports. My own passport yet not prepared, i don't known why this things happens with this type of special services.
Employee not going to understand the problems of the applicants, they just playing with their emotions. Now a days in metro cities all services from Govt is going very fast but it not happens even in the capital of other states.
Kindly do some or just close these service for citizen of other states except Metros.

respected sir this is shaik mapeer file reference no HYD- A[protected], i was applied on[protected], last week before i saw my status it was there ur passport will be expected dispatch on[protected], after that i saw my status last week but in that status ;; it is regret that un avoidable circumference the dispatch of pass port delay now will dispatch in weeks time, but now also same matter, wt sir what is this i have to go to abroad for further studies if passport still late means i have to loose my academic year take action intermediately and send my passport intermediately my mobile no [protected]

All RPOs in india knows that passport is weakest point for any individual and noone can take any chance on that.So they are playing on our weak point.If you ask all these legal questions also noone is going to help you out.Do you think these consumer judges are genuine? Pls come out from your dreams.
I am also very sincere person like you till date. I have applied for my son(minor) passport 8 months back but we did not get it.After giving so many mails to 'grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in' and hyderabad RPO, I decided that I am wasting my time.
One fine day I have calculated like how much time I have wasted to go around the passport office, standing in long queue, having mentol stress for all these days, how much time I have spent on this, sleepless nights, how much money I have spent to go to passport office and how this affects on my family life and my personnel work.
So I started searching for solution for all these problems I found only one solution i.e give bribe. Please belive me I have just approached through broker and paid some amout to him. I have got my son passpot withing 3 working days(its even more faster than tatkal).
So I request you to dont waste your time here posting your problems. Please try to find out brokers at your passport office and settle your problem with money. That is only one thing which can solve all problems in india.
If you think that you are straight person like me then your are the first person to goint to cut it out. Because always straight trees are going to cut out in first phase. But today onward I lost faith on this system and I am thinking that how to get my bribe money back with Rs100 inrtrest.
So the ultimate answer to all your problems is give some amount and settle your matter. Otherwise sacrifice your life for getting passport.
