I have recharged my videocon D2H through paytm.com on 27.09.11.But due to some techinical problem that recharge has failed,thing is that amout of Rs 200 has debit from my A/C.I have complained two times that the said amount has not credit in my A/C till now. They have sent an information to me that the said amount has already credit in your A/C on 28.09.11. This is the problem I am now facing I have attached here the information ,what they have sent to in my ID. Please inquire about this matter and take necessary step about the refund money.

Please note: If your recharge fails on paytm.com your money gets refunded directly into your Paytm Cash balance. This way you do not need to wait to receive the refund in your bank account.
