Paytm — not returning money charged for unsuccessful recharge

I recharged my mtnl mobile for data 1200rs and try to add paytm cash of rs500/ but due to some problem process failed and money from my account is deducted on the behalf of paytm.com Noida.
I wrote paytm care many times about this but never return my money and now they are not responding to my mails.

Dear sir,

Every time wrote to you about refund of my money and you reply with same message. Please return back my money mentioned earlier complains(Ticket number is[protected] and Ticket number is[protected]. But you are not taking any concrete step to refund my money. As you requested for bank statement, I provided that one. Please answer me in negative or positive mode then I will consider other options.

money deducted for system failure — get back my money

I hv booked my ticket on[protected] of bookmyshow online reservation services through bookmyshow at imax but my trasaction is failed, not captured appear'g the bookmyshow site and when i hv taken mini statement of my sbi account it's showing RS.-999.27/- less from my available balance and it's showing POS PRCH how can i get my money back in my account(A/C-[protected]) please do needful, as early as possible.

I recharged my BSNL mobile ([protected]) for RS 55, but i received recharge success message from paytm but i not received message from bsnl
I wrote paytm care many times about this but never return my money and now they are not responding to my mails.
order number:96530673
My amount has been deduction from sbi though net banking on 29/05/2013. twice a day 200+200 in cash order No. 98408361 & 98404513, for recharge d2h account but was not success full and I have not get back refund yet please follow.
