I have worked in ALKEM BERGEN HEALTH CARE from NOV 98 - JAN 2000, but i have lost my PF A/C NUMBER & organization is not giving or providing me my PF A/C NUMBER.
Sir, today i am facing lots of problem and want to apply my PF.Please help me to provide my PF A/C NUMBER.

my pf account no. MH/94374/2141 had worked with SAS Management consultants & office services pvt ltd. From sep 2007 to nov 2008.i had submitted my pf form on June 2009 .now 1 yr. has to come end and still i did not recieve my PF settlement. SAS Managemetn Saying that they have given all the details to the PF office yet i did not recieve the amount in the account or i have not recieved either a cheque/ dd/ pay order. please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. kindly do the needfull.

My pf a/c no:MH/2255/7910 i have submitted pf withdrawl form last 15 2009 .but right now iam not reciving pf amount and when i check online pf status that display under process and when i call pf office they call me your p[censored]nder process and it will take some no people given any proper answer to me, sometime nobody recive phone . if you have any solution for its pls reply to me sir i have already sent complaint to mumbai office but there is no response

dear sir i m manish goyal from jaipur. i had left ipca laboratories on 1st apr.2008 and i had submited my PF form on 17th nov.2008 by ipca but my PF amount have not been receipt till today when o call to ipca they sade that it will come soon but when i called to your office they told me that the account no. is wrong my PF account no. in 12638 and as i have the photocopy of my form and the account no. is right but i dont know why you are saing that the account no. is wrong. my phone no. is [protected]

Hi my pf number is MH/210159/1283. i was working with adlabs films ltd, and joining date is 22/10/2007 and leaving date is 3/3/2009.
i submitted pf form after 2 months of leaving date and it has been sent on 3rd august 2008 to pf department by adlabs films ltd. but still i am unable to receive the amount and any letter or email.

Dear Sir,
I had worked with Ayyapa Trading company Ltd. from Nov.2005 to Sept 2008 I had submitted my P F

Form after my releaving. My PF Account no MH/VSH45797/476 please let me know the

status of my settelment. Last company is telling me that they have forwarded all the formailities to P F

Commissioner office. yet the amount have not been credited to my account nor i have received any kind

of cheque/dd/pay order. please help me out in this regards

respected sir, i'd resigned from the company and my form for the withdrawal of PF funds was received by the PF office mumbai kandivali on 19th jan 2010.I've yet not received my pf funds in my account.Can you pl send me the status report for the same and oblige.my PF ACCOUNT NO IS MH/18606/3854

I Zaffarullah worked in Relogistics India Pvt Ltd and my Provident Fund No: MH/98876/2405 and Employee Code No:45602392 haven't received my amount till date.

As the form has been submitted on 23.07.2009.

But till date haven't received the amount request to look into the matter and do the needfull.

iam p.sreenivasulu who worked as a fso nellore healtheon div. sir i haed received my settlement than q but i hae not recevied my pf amount.
My PF Account No. MH/BAN/020942/007588. I had submitted my PF Form in july 2008. Still I did not recieve my PF settlement.glenmark chennai is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. Kindly do the needfull.
