Please do needful for the Transfer of my PF amount from A/c no. UP/23538 /430 with RPFC Lucknow to A/c no.UP/180 / 34 at Hindusthan Sugar Mills Ltd.,

And Family pension amount to A/c no. UP / MT / 34167 / 34 at RPFC Meerut.

This is bring to your notice that I have recd first PF cheque from our service partner teamlease Services pvt ltd (cheque no. 301279 amt : 4548) and the same has been withdraw by Central bank of India, A/c No : SB/12655 as on 31st Jan'08.
After that, I have recd 2nd cheque from Regional PF office, Banglore for the Bank name HDFC Bank, A/c No....

My Father Dayanand C. Kunder, his Pf A/c No is Mh 1505/317 had applied for withdrawal of his money from pf on 2nd jan 2008, since then it has been 6 months but they havent done the neeedfull, instead they are making excuses that due to rains the name from the file has been washed off as such, we have made at least 10 to 15 trips to their kandivali branch but to no avail, they seem to be no mood to pass the requisition....

I had been claim for my PF settlement (reissue matter) before one year ago. But still could not be settle. i have make many more time call to bandra(Mumbai) PF office, always I get same reply that this in process. Last time (16/7/08) when I called to this office, they tell me that my PF amount has been sent to my bank by 29 may 2008. When I ask about cheque no. and mode of dispatching, they say go your bank...

I have made a claim against my PF A/C No.UP/17243/11909 and deposited form no 19 & 10-C to Reg.PF Office, Sub-Accounts Office, EPF, A-2C, Sec-24, Noida(U.P.)for final settlement of my PF on[protected] but till date I have not received my PF money. Whereas I have sent several letter to above office for the same purpose but all my complaints are in vein.Atlast I have received a letter from the above PF office vide letter no.24088/17243/11909/SRO/G.S....

I, Upahar Chhetri, had submitted my PF Withdrawal Claim in Gurgaon Office on 20th June 2008. I was working with Egon Zehnder Information & Research Services Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon for almost 3 years (Apr 2005 till Feb 2008) and my PF Account No. was HR/GGN/26986/20. I had applied for transfer of my PF account to the new company. My company has already applied for the transfer of my PF account from my previous company. But till now nothing has been done by RPFC Hyd. All required details have already been submitted and till now no action has been taken by the RPFC Hyderabad.
The RPFC Hyderabad have to process the cheque in favour of RPFC Chennai. I'm trying to get...

"EPFO" Chennai had despatched 02 nos. settlements cheques directly at the Bank address (ICICI Bank, Minto Park Branch, 2 Upper Wood Street, Kolkata - 700 017) vide Docket # ET[protected]IN on 1st instance which got returned back without assigning any reasons and then again the same was despatched vide Docket # ET[protected]IN dtd. 20th June 2008 which got returned also due to unknown reasons.

Proper clarifications...

I worked for 22 months with a Foreign & highly reputed Bank in Delhi.
When I left in May 2008, I checked that in my final settlement company was not paying me the PF saying that my PF account was NIL.
After checking my salary slips I got to know that they had never dudected the PF from my salary so at the same time they also had not given their contibution of PF [as mentioned in the offer letter].
WHAT SHOULD I DO...

We are the leading consultant in Mumbai and we have various clients with us and thier are many employees who are following up with us for settlent of the same but while going through the web-site of Employees Provident Fund orgnisation the status is that if we visit the KNOW YOUR CLAIM STATUS now a days if we enter the Establishment code no we get the mesage that the Establishment does not exists

I have submitted claims to my previous company M/S ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/06/2008. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 04/10/2007. When ever I contacted the Bandra PF Office they use to say in 15 days you will receive the money. I had seen more than 10 15 days like that. I had checked up the status till last week. It has the same message. Claims received on 04/10/2007. Please try again after 30 days of submission....

I was working in Silver software Pvt. Ltd as a Software Engineer. I left the job on August 3rd 2007. My Company had sent my PF form to the PF office after i left the job to credit the PF money to my HDFC bank account. But till now i have not received the money.

I had given complaint to the PF office many times. Also, i had sent a mail for which there was no reply.

My previous employer submitted my epf and the new ssn form to the delhi north office on march 25th. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the epf office in delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www. Epfindia. Nic.In many times. I never got any response from them.
