I am Kejal kishore pabari, i was working under i solution provider india pvt ltd for ICICI Bank i have been told that your PF will be Cridited befor end of aug/2008 but still not recived & conpany is close (pepol says). my P F NO IS MH/94095/345 EMP Code 10583, PAN NO APKPP8984M

They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting. Why do you have a number and not answer it. Its very furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the office and keep checking. All other offices answer the phone promtply but the Charkop office. Is someone listening

Hi,

I have resigned from Intercontinental The Grand Mumbai ( Presently its know as Intercontinental The Lalit, Mumbai ) in March 2008. Company have submitted my PF Form to Kandivali Office on 06 August, 2008 to refund my PF Money.
On enquiry at Kandivali Office, I have come to know that PF Office need few more documents which are not sent by the company. On re-checking with my previous company, they have not received any letter from PF Office. It is more than 9 months, no one is ready to update me on the same.
PF Office is not ready to provide me the list of documents they require from the company.

I have sent all the docs related to PF, like forms 10C nad 19 on 9th july through Prakash Air Freight Pvt Ltd courier here. And it reached ur office on10/7/2008. Mr. Anand in ur office has recieved the doc. Plz reply me, the process status of the docs.my emp id n other details :--- Employee code is J00835 and pf no is 33057.
So i got the reply from the company saying it takes 6 months to process but its already 6 months got over till today no updates on PF settlement.
Many times i ahve sent a mail asking about the status to Mr. Firoz in Human resource division...but no reply from him. Mr Firoz from HBL Global Pvt Ltd, Human Resource Division Mumbai, has promised for PF settlement in 6 months but no updates till today... My question is why it takes 6 months for settlement..????
But after 6 months also no updates...
I would like to know the status, Plz do the settlement ASAP...

your complaint is example of vagueness. It does not indicate the date and cheque No and the issuing office, your PF account No, amount etc.

Even if you were not in India yet the EPFO authorities send the cheques directly to banker. You are not able to explaint your complaint. With this type of attitude, I doubt despite sympathy with you, that you may perhaps not get any relief from any Govt agency. Atleast you should be able to spell your problem.

This is for your kind information and necessary action, we the Ex-employees of the above firm would like to furnish the flowing details in respect of settling PF amount due to us.

The contract with the above employer has been terminated in the month of June 2008, and as per the procedure after completing 45days we submitted the application for settlement of PF dues.

After completing a month we approached the concerned dealing assistant at your office to know the progress of the action taken to settle the PF amount, to our surprise it was informed that the form No.3A is not submitted along with the application. On verification it was found that the said form was with the dealing assistant who was in the ground floor, on request it has sent to the concerned dealing assistant who was having the application, after 10days we approached the dealing assistant to know the position, then the dealing assistant has informed us that a form No.3A has been misplaced and asked us to submit one more 3A form based on that, one more copy of form No.3A, 6A, along with CD has been submitted. Actually the employer should submit the above form details to your department, but since we are the beneficiaries we took keen interest and met the employer and got the copy form him. (Its heard from the employer that he has submitted all relevant papers at the time of submitting the claim).

It is almost four months have been completed still the file lying with the dealing assistant untouched with out any valid reason. We here by request you to look into the matter and settle our dues at the earliest.

Sir we are almost 100 members who have applied for refund of our PF amount due to us, many of them borrowed money from the moneylenders by paying hefty amount of interest, to pull on these hard days. Once again we request you to look into the matter, and settle our dues at the earliest.

I had submitted a request to transfer Provident Fund (along with EPS A/c) from WB/15443/2869 to MH/424/56979 (EPS A/C No. MH/424/EXEM/66569).

Actually the transfer will be from EPFO, Barrackpore to Larsen & Toubro Officers & Supervisory Staff Provident Fund (which is a trusty account).
(The request of transfer was submitted by Larsen & Toubro Limited to EPFO, Barrackpore, vide letter reference no. SSC/PF/TRANSFER/66569, dated 18/06/2007).

But this transfer is not yet completed.

Meanwhile, I had received a copy of a letter from EPFO, Barrackpore having reference number. A/015/WB/15443/SRO/BKP-II/48, dated 13/07/2007.
As I have understood, by that letter, EPFO, Barrackpore had asked the RPFC Office, Thana to verify signature, etc.

EPFO, Barrackpore has informed that, without clearance from RPFC Office, Thane my PF a/c transfer can not be done.

PF claim settlement
Sir/Madam,

I, Amarendra Patel, I have submitted my PF Withdrawal Claim in Gurgaon Office on 23rd December 2008. I was working with M/s Becton Dickinson India Pvt. Ltd. for almost 8 years 4 Month (Feb2000 to june2008) and my PF Account No. was HR/9715/86. I submitted the forms and I got received stamp on one small piece of paper. Now that more than 75 days have passed but still I can't view my status online. Whenever I type my details it is showing "Your claim not received by this office". I twice lodged complaint with Public Grievance site but with no effect. So I would like to know what might be the case that it is still not showing "Received" while checking online so please help.

Dear Sir,

On 16th Dec, 2010, I had deposited (Gurgaon) my P.F.withdrawal Form with P. F. account no. as HR/7991/1311. The refund of the same was to be credited in my Corporation Bank savings account no 1170/SB/01/100742 which till date has not been credited.


You are most humbly requested to pl. expedite the case if not done till now.

Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I used to work with CSMS Pvt. Ltd. I have applied for PF withdrawal form on 13 Nov 2006, which is returned to my service provider in 3 months. My PF no. is 3300. And my A/c no. is DL/8640/3300 which is mentioned on a slip. This slip has been given by (60 Skylark, Nehru Place, New Delhi.) PF office people.
Please help me out for this and give your response as soon as posible.

My PF withdrawal was submitted my Employer On - 1st December 2006, and till date I have not received any amount and have no clue when it would be credited. Please let me know the status by when I would be able to receive it. I have also rasied a query online with http://pgportal.gov.in/ website and my query ref no is CEPFO/E/2008/03908.

Please let me know how to proceed further and have my amount credited.

Dear Sir,
My name is satyen pathak and i reside at malad, Mumbai as mentioned above. I have been working in "PVAPS" located at Delhi(now transferred to Mumbai as "Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd."), an authorized recruiting organisation for "Reliance Comunications". I have resigned from this organisation on February' 08 and completed all the exit formalities including EPF submission at "Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd.", which has already been submitted at EPF Office, Delhi on 21 july 2008. Now its been almost 8 months and i have not received my provident fund amount.
And the biggest problem is that i stay at mumbai and my PF Account is opened in New Delhi. Because of which its not possible for me to contact the concerned dept. and to get the current status. I am in a great need of this money and i am too much upset and confused.
So please look into the matter and help me getting my PF amount as soon as possible.My PF Account No is "DL/31881/10533".
