[Resolved]  Provident Fund (Mumbai) — Pf Money Not Received

Sir/Mam,

I worked in IPM&SL, i resigned from the orginization on 10th sep 08 & my pf withdrawl copies were submitted to mumbai PF office on 13th Nov 08. still i havent recevied the payment. Kindly update the satus when i can expect my payment.

I had worked from 15th Feb. 2007 to 23rd July 2007 in I R Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. in their Noida (U.P.) Office and I had submitted my PF withdrawal form on Dec. 2007 and now I have received my PF amount on Jan. 2009 but I have not received my full settlement amount because my total PF contribution amount was Rs. 3145.00 (Employee Contribution) and I have received only Rs. 4659.00. The total withdrawal amount should be (3145.00+3145.00 Employer Contribution+interest) lumsum Rs. 7000.00 so please take a look in to this matter and advice me that how can I receive my full settlement amount.

My PF account MH/22504/5882. I have submitted my forms 5 motnhs back (aug 2008). and i`ve received letter from my HO (Zenith computers, Mumbai) stating that my PF application is submitted on 23 Sep 2008 with Stamp of that PF office. But main problem was still i have`nt got my money. I`m trying to call my HO and also PF office but no use, As i`m in Andhra pradesh i cant go to mumbai and talk. So, please help me with this.

My PF Account No. MH /BAN/47600/322 had worked with National Collateral Management Services Limited from Oct. 2006 to 20th nov. 2007. I had submitted my PF Form in july 2008. Still I did not recieve my PF settlement.National Collateral Management Services Limited is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account or I have not recieved either a cheque/dd/payorder. please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. Kindly do the needfull.

Dear all

i have a savings A/c with icici bank at BTM bangalore branch since 2007, initialy the minimum quaterly balance was Rs.5000, but on jan 2009 they suddenly change the minimum balance to Rs.10000 without informing me & debited Rs.980 from my A/c due to insuficient balance.

Is there any low for this or is it the bank's monopoly to earn money like this ?

My P F Account No.MH 94095/4121 had worked with i-solutionsindia (p)ltd. from 01 March.2005 to 31th March 2008 I had submitted my P F Form after month of my releaving I had subbmited it still havent recieved the same can i please know the status of my settelment. Last company is telling me that they have forwarded all the formailities to P F Commissioner office. yet the amount have not been credited to my account nor i have received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. please help me out in this regards

My application has been submitted on 27/8/2008 and I have still not received my contribution back from the Bandra PF office.Kindly help.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my PF amount, Account no-MH40575/274, in the month of August08, but have yet not received the amount till date. Have sent the required documents through my last employer, i.e Birla Sunlife AMC, Mumbai, but am yet to receive my amount.

Kindly look into the same and please confirm, how much time does it take to withdraw the PF amount, as usually I have experienced of getting my PF amount back within 2 months from the date of applying.

Please reply back on same.

I got my PF (MH/18451A/116) settlement letter from PF Office, Mumbai dated.31/01/2009, which was sent to the bank also. But still the amount is not credited in to the bank account. When I check with the bank, they are advising me to check with the PF office abt the despatch details. Please help me
