[Resolved]  Provident Fund (Mumbai) — Pf Money Not Received

I have left my previous company in March & joined new company it has been past 1 year but MY F i not getting transferred to IBM.

PF A/c.No. MH/BAN/45665/ GROUP No. 53 .

Am contacted Mumbai PF office they said they will do when i called 6 months before but still not done.

Please guide.

I had worked with Zodiac Clothing Co LTD. from Apr.2007 to May2008 I had submitted my P F Form after my releaving I had subbmited it still havent recieved the same can i please know the status of my settelment. Last company is telling me that they have forwarded all the formailities to P F Commissioner office. yet the amount have not been credited to my account nor i have received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. please help me out in this regards

My PF Account No. MH//210181/114 had worked with SUVIDHAA INFOSERVE PVT. LTD. from August 2007 to 30th oct. 2008. I had submitted my PF form. Now 4 months has gone and Still I did not recieve my PF settlement. Suvidhaa infoserve pvt. ltd. company is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account or I have not recieved either a cheque/dd/payorder. please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. Kindly do the needfull.

My PF Account No. MH/90966/628 had worked with Viraj forjings limited from April 2006 to Nov 2007 I had submitted my PF form in the Dec 2007. Still I did not recieve my PF settlement. VFL is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account No[protected] of ICICI Bank.please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. i krishna kishore babu worked in i-solutions provider india pvt ltd and i was resigned my services on may31st2008, though my provider has applied my pf on aug;2008, nearly it was around 8 months i didnt received my pf amount and i made several mails to my provider and i did several phone calls to the concerned mumbai pf office but as on now i still didnt received any sort of reply from any of them pls confirm wether my pf is applied or not if so then give me the details when it will be received and i am mentioning my pf number as well as my employee code, pf num;mh/94095/17277, and my employee code is 30546 pls confirm this with out any deviation and revert me to this through my mail id kindly do the need full.

EPF issue/Plz cofirm PF Status
Dear Sir, ,

I worked with I-Solutions in Kolkata, I left that company in May_2008 and couriered my form and documents to Mr. Sandeep Kumar, EPF office Newdelhi, Pushp Vihar, No-8, Local Shopping Complex, Madangir, New Delhi-110062 in Dec_08.

I was told that i would get my amount max in month of March, 15 th.But I did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone, Ph no-011-, Ph no 42002271, 42002299

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my PF withdrawl in themonth of March 2008. The dept has informed the associates who were dealing with the withdrawl (Haren Mehta Associates) that they have dispatched cheques to be paid to my account. In the due course of time my account got closed as there were no funds and was open only to get this amount in. The details are as below.

MH/BAN/40156/01162 is my PF account number. I was told that cheques dated 17th Feb '09 has been sent to be credited into my account, which apparently has been returned back to the dept as the account is closed. the cheque details are Chq dated 17th Feb Chq no 922021 and 679572, 16438/- and 6175/- respectively Total 22613/-

Can you please contact me so that I can inform you as to which account the payment needs to be credited.

I am also facing the similar problem. I had applied for withdrawel of my PF NO. MH / 43153 / 189 sometime in March, 2008, the concerned authorities do not even bother to reply or giva a prompt reason as to why my amount cannot be released???
This is unfair.

My name is Hilary B. DSouza, worked in Hotel Park View, 36/38 Lallubhai Park, Andheri (W) from March, 2002 to March, 2007, as Food & Beverage Manager.

I resigned in the month of March, 2007, and my Provident fund was deducted every month, very dilligently, from my salary and deposited in PF NO < MH / 43153 / 189.>

Management of Hotel Park View filled up necessary forms and forwarded the same to Provident fund Commissioner, Kandivili, for release of my payment, dated June, 2008, xerox copy of which was handed to me by Management of Hotel Park View, 36/38 Lallubhai park, Andheri West.Mumbai.

Further to this, a registered acknowledged letter dated 9th. December, 2008, was sent to The Regional Provident Fund Commissioners Office, for which I have received an acknowledgement dated 11th, December, 2008, that they have received my letter & documents.

But, till date I regret to state, that, I have not received any communication nor have I received any money.

Is this the way our Regional Provident Fund Office Functions????

My PF Account No. MH/43209/0906 had worked with Quinnox consultancy services limited from june 2007 to aug 2008 I had submitted my PF form in the Sept 2008. Still I did not recieve my PF settlement. Quinnox is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account or I have not recieved either a cheque/dd/payorder.please halp me out in recieving my PF settlements.

I had worked with IL & FS property management services. From June.2006 to Aug 2008, I had submitted my P F Form on the same day when I relived from IL&FS, but after 4 month of my reliving ie.on 01 December 2008 IL & FS property management services submitted my P F documents.
I haven't get any response from Mumbai P F department and I tried there Telephone Phone Numbers: (Code 022 for Mumbai STD Code[protected], 26470031, 26470008, 26470033, 26470032. Approx 100 times but its always busy. When I am contacting my previous company IL&FS they were telling me that they have forwarded all the formalities to P F Company Commissioner Office Bandra Mumbai
Yet the amounts have not been credited to my account nor have I received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. When I checked the status in online http://epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx it shows ( pl find below details)
