Barnwal Emp Id -23828.I am an x-employee of the HTMT global solutions in Durgapur branch named as HTMT..(Airtel inbound pocess).I have joined the company on 6th of Sep 2007 & i left the company on 13st of Aug -2008. (my PF number is KN/46294/11939 bcz of some presonal reasons, and i applied for my PF to 1 of my HR(Ananya) of the same department, and today on 17/10/2009 still now i have not receive any conformation or the Amount...not only me as there as so many friends of me are leaving the hopes on PF.Just beacuse of the company's HR dept is not working properly.So, plz have a look & do the need full.

How can I avail lone against my pf amount and how long it well tack .

Sir, I want know how an institution with more than 10 members of staff can run without deducting PF amount from their salary.Is it against the rule? If this was noticed by the government or the PF authority, will they take any action on this? Upto what extent the institution is safe? If the management of the institution is not willing to deduct PF amount from the staff salary, what the staff can do? Is quiting the job is only the solution or demand the management through the court with all the evidence such as staff register, Attendence register, apponitment order etc.
