My self Ashish Arya i was emplyee of Mphasis an EDS Company from indore then my employee ID No 2084270 I was resign job date 09/02/2009 and Job Joining Date is 02/04/2008. so i was submitted PF form dated 06/05/2009 but all ready 90 days is completed i could not contact Bangalore PF office then Bangalore PF office Land line not working this time & not response to me Bangalore PF office. i have not received PF amount in my account, just i request to you please give me PF Status,
My PF No is KN/25075/ 41817 and PF office on date July 28, 2009 (SL No 128)

I have already submited the withdrawl / surrender form to you on December 2007, and it was resubmitted to you on 18.06.2008 after fulfil the necessary correction through my past office. I have regularly trying to contract to you over phone but not able to get your line from kolkata.
So sir pl do the needful ASAP, also let me know the latest status.

I was X employee of one of Company Located at bangalore, they are not processing my PF forms they are saying that it takes 60 days just to process and then 90 days to credit in my account.

I was working with Helios and Mantheson IT PVT Ltd, company in Bangalore location. I would like to close my PF account . Hence for the reason I have completed all formalaties. My PF No is IKN/BN/23161/1063. But stiill now neither I have got any response from PF office nor I have recieved my Provident Fund.
Related to my PF I called up Banglore PF office on[protected], 22214901, 22214961, 22216596, 22238033 but no one attended me properly. My call travelled from section 7 then reception and last one was to PRO.
I spoke all of them, but they did not solve my queries. So please forward my problem to concern desk and let me know when I am going to get my Provident Fund.

dear sir i have bought dell laptop with jaadoo offer for mp & cg customer which is valid till 31st of decmber..as in form it was mentioned that i hve to send that fullyy filled form with copy of bill and dd of 275 in favour o[censored]r company payble at chandigahr..i sent all those necessary documents and also kept copy of original as proof on 9th of december which is delivered to your company on 12th of november and i hve made confirmation of that recieving report from courrier company that u have given on recieving..but today i made a call to your company and they told me that they havnt recieved any thing frm my side,though i hve delivery report of receiving of that frm ur side. so plz take care of that and plz do further steps to solve my problem...my contact number is [protected]..it was also sent as my number in form.... i want to know about the balance in my pf account
