Hi,

I am Deepak Kumar was working for Dell Company. My PF account number is KB/BN/24960/30321. I have received your letter which stated that two cheque (Amount 40,375/- & 11,544/-) has been settled on
20-Jan-2010.

The PF office has returned my PF withdrawal application stating that they have issued two cheques to my bank directly -
1. Rs 40375 dated 20 Jan 2010
2. Rs 11544 dated 20 Jan 2010

While Rs 11544 has been directly credited to my bank account on 26 Jan 2010 (reference number as 24022010 Bangalore Cheque Collection 899) but the other cheque of Rs 40375 has not been credited to my account yet. I have checked my account details & also enquired from my bank.

Thus the cheque of Rs 40375 is still untraceable. Please let me known the status of the other cheque & please provide me the cheque number so that I can take followup with my bank.

Dear Sir,

My Application No 90143 and the Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd Employee No : 204422 was submitted on 31/04/2009, I have received part amount of Rs.8, 201/-
only, Balance amount have not received.

Kindly process the PF refund at the earliest.

I am Ram Kumar. I have applied for my PF withdraw twice of my privious two company. Second time on 30th Oct 2009. Still i did not received my PF amount. Could you please look into this?

My PF account no is KN/NF/45220/22. I have got the acknowledgement receipt signed on 14 Oct 09. The amount has still not been credited in my account.
It is requested that the amount may kindly be credited in my account at the earliest. However, if there are any procedural formalities to be completed from my end I may kindly be directed and I would complete them at the earliest.

Hoping for a speedy reply.

I have applied for my withdrawl of PF in Dec2009. But unknowingly i have closed my bank acount
which i mentioned in the PF form.

Now How could i reclaim the same. I have received cheques returned by the bank

Kindly tell me how to approach to get the cheques to be changed.
