My EPF No. KN/BN/7820/345. I had submitted Form 31 along with required documents for PF withdrawal for purchase of a site on 16 Dec 2009 and got an acknowledgement. I did not get any reply from the PF office. After 2 months, I went to my section and contacted the official who was handling our section (Section No.15 of EPFO Office situated in Rajaram mohan roy road, Bangalore). The Official coolly said that my request will be rejected since I did not attest the signature of my Secretary on the photo copy of the Sale agreement attached to Form 31, but in the instructions sheet which we get along with the Form 31 does not even say that we have to attest the signature of the Secretary on the photo copy of the Sale agreement.

After pestering him, he did not oblige and said to get the signature of my signature on all the papers attached submitted for withdrawal.

I went to my Secretary and requested. My Secretary signed few papers. The next day I came to the PF office and submitted the papers. He said that in another 10 days I would be getting the cheque.

After few days, I did not get the cheque nor any call and hence I called over the phone. He said that he needed Rs.2, 000/- as bribe to carry out my work. I even paid him the bribe. He said in the next days that by 10th of march 2010, I will be getting the cheque.

But till now I did not receive the same. When I call him, he used to say that the cheque will be sent to me in a few days. It is already three months by now.

I would like to know why do these officials harass the public. I even complained the matter to the Accounts Officer, but he does not even care.

I request you to kindly look into my matter and get my cheque as I have to clear my debts which I had taken to purchase a site.

Please help me.Pl remember my case and take the needful necessary action asap because I am now in a acute financial condition.This is my earnest request to you to settle my claims because I know only yours office can able to make me happy arranging my PF dues.

I am actually struggling for getting my PF amount from last 1.5 yrs. My employer is TEAM LEASE Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.

I have applied through them and if i ask them, then they are saying that they have proceeded my form to PF office on 14th Oct. 2008. And we can not do anything furthermore and you have to contact to PF office directly.

And if i try to contact to PF office Bangalore, nobody picks up the phone. only busy or this no. is not in work currently like this messages are coming. If i tried to track it through website, then it is saying that your claim has not been received to us.

and my other experience of Pune, Maharashtra PF office is that if i m applying through employer and if any problem is there, then PF office contacts to that employer itself and if i am applying individually, then only PF office will contact to that concerned individual itself.

I lives in Pune & I can not go to Bangalore everytime to check the status. How i can trace the papers or details, i m not getting actually.

If anybody can help me???
