[Resolved] Rediff.com — Purchased Mobile and no battery shipped | |
Hi, I have purchased mobile at Rediff.com shopping and have found that the mobile has been shipped without batterry.I have called Many times the Shipper and spent atleast 30 to 100 INR. Shipper asked me to check with the courier and finally they have said that they are also checking the courier and came back saying that I need to contact Rediff and they will workout on the issue. Today Rediff has asked me to send the product back and they will ship that back with the battery. This issue has caused me mental pain and not having the expected phone in time.Please some one can help me Was this information helpful? | |
