Reebok India — mesh and damaged front side of the left shoe ,sole are coming out from the bottom,leather cracking from sides.purchase from csd canteen.

mesh and damaged in six month rebok oregnal shoe purcased from csd canteen air force.sole are coming out from the bottom.

We bought a hexmride technology shoe from reebok showroon located in crown interior mall faridabad haryana.. but the showroom is no more in this mall we visit several times in mall but i cant find any reebook showrrom my shoe soul pasting is braek of ... we purchase a shoe costing Rs. 4999/- but we are not satisfied .. please do the needful eraliest

MY NAME IS ANAND KR AND I AM A FRANCHISEE OF REEBOK OUTLET IN PATNA CITY I STARTED MY SHOWROOM ON 19TH JULY 2009 WITH ALL DEMANDS OF COMPANY BUT AS TIME PASSES I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON BEHIND THE COMPANY ARE FRAUD THE MAKE ME AN OFFER OF 1.5 LAKH AS M.G (minn garantee to run the shop) for a lockin period of 4 yrs AND FUTHER AGGREMENT IS FOR 9 YRS THEY KEEP SWITCHING MY DISTRIUBTER OF STOCK WHICH FAINALY I NEVER GET WHAT I DEMAND FOR AND NEVER MY ACCOUNTS HAD BEEN CLEARED THEY NEVER GAVE MY M.G AS PER MY OFFER LETTER THEY ALWAYS START SOME NEW SCEAMS TO GET SALE BUT AS THE SALE OCCUR NEVER BOTHER TO GIVE THAT SCEAM( as per my case bangkock trip none of the ticket is conformed) there are many thing which never seen i had a clame of about 22 lakhs and i had invested more than 70 lakhs and suffering from many desise these as per many reminders and mails nothing changes my sutation so i demand to stop this fraud company to do business in INDIA.

Reebok India — Reebok Double your Money Offer cheated by Jasmeet Sandhu

Last year I had two vouchers left of "Reebok Double your Money Offer" .
One of them(November no. 11) was being shown invalid by the systems in the dealers shop. I had tried in numerous shops across Noida and Gurgaon.
I was asked to contact Mr. Jasmeet Sandhu of Reebok ([protected]) and he was handling this issue. After numerous exchanges the last update that was given to me was that both coupons would be valid by January 5th till 31st January.

Since 6th Jan I have been trying to get in touch with Mr. Jasmeet to confirm if the needful has been done , but neither he has been picking up the calls or replying to my mails.
Last I had emailed him on March 15th without any reply. I have a loss of INR 2000.00 because of ignorance and case of cheating by Mr. Jasmeet Sandhu.

Its a harassment which I had faced for no fault of mine. I have al proofs of communication whether be it emails of phone call records.

Today i got the watch by post, when i opened the box ,i found that the watch is not working, there is some problem with its machinery.

This is really fee bad Since Reebok is my crush Product and for the very first Purchase of Reebok i have faced this type of a problem no i have no Choice coz Reebok India realy Dont care about Consumers at all this way Reebok Brand where stand i will suggest to all our Indian Personalityies Not to Campaine ADs Of product like this

(1) That on 30/06/11 my client namely Mr. Anil Sharma went in the showroom of reebok located at 2/1 Old Court House Corner Tobacco House Kolkata- 700001. Show Room Name (MAYUR) and purchased a shoe of reebok company paying Rs.3599/- as the cost of a shoe the above showroom issued a Invoice receipt bearing no. 2889 dtd. 05/02/11

(2) That it is pertinent to mention here that in the first week of february 2011 within One months of purchase a measure defect came in the shoe immediately my client went to showroom and made a complaint before the manager of the showroom about the same

(3) That my client Was asking for the Replacment but the manager in the showroom said that sir it will only can be Replaired Pasting will be done from our Delhi Factory i was surprised that Reebok has a factory here in india too any ways after words manager said if teh same problem will occered it will be replaced but again after three month Pasting will be out from teh Said Shoe My Client visitited the showroom and ask for the replacment but my clint was asked which manager said that it will be replaced he left the job and it can be only repaired but sorry to say that the manager of the said showroom did not agree even they were not ready to entertain my client and they refused my client aggressively and said that defect of Soule does not cover under warranty Under Discounted Product but my Client is not Purchased a Secounds Product Nor Repaired Product its Mean the Product it self has a Manufaturing Defect nor informed during the time of purchase.

(4) That the manager of the above said showroom is informed on through the legal notice dtd. 30/06/11 to take necessary action in this matter within two weeks from the date of receiving of this legal notice
if there is no action taken within the given time my client has no any option accept to take the shelter of Hon’ble court

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.2400.00, from Authorised Reebok store, vapi-gujarat but within 3 month the shoes developed torn & its sole gets detached. I handed over the shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoe will be inspected and then appropriate action will be taken. they ask me for courier charges so as to send my pairs to the factory to paste it up.After 2 weeks i received my shoes pasted in a way such as the Solution marks are all along the shoes uppers.To my surprises though i occassionaly wear my shoes & my activities are quite nominal again the pasting get detached & my sole hanging beneath it, putting me in great agony & pinched me how i wasted my money in trusting a leading brand and paid high, & the product is not even worth to wear again.

yes, i also purchased the reebok shoes at Malleshwaram Bangalore show room. after a week i found the damage in sole and i asked the shop they said they get it replaced, but still after 10 days no reply from them. whenever i call them they say still they need to get the confirmation.

really the product is not good and also the company is not responding the customers who had such issues.
i suggest the shoes lovers not to purchase from reebok

the reebok showroom at canaught place, dehradun is offering 40% discount on MRP...after striking off the original MRP by a marker they are writing the MRP (doubled one) by hand at the adjacent space and then offering 40% discount on the enhanced MRP..... so cheap...defaming the brand..

Reebok Gym Ball — purchase of gym ball

i have purchased a gym ball 75cm grey/RE-10017 on 6/7/2011 fro reebok showroom(Modern apparel's, 1206/B/9, JM road pune. 411 004.) the mrp prescribed on the box was 1499 whereas i have been given the product at rate of 1999 with the discount of 40%. i have paid rs 1199 vide bill no. 3393 dated 6/7/2011. it is not understood as to how the product is sold at a higher price compared to the printed mrp. same is not justified. you are requested to give clarification for the same.

I had bought a Reebok running shoe from Reebok store at calicut, Kerala ( Bill no MVR-333) on 06.07.2011. After wearing for two days the sole of the shoe has fallen off. When i contacted the store, i was asked to contact the Reebok customer service. please do the needful to get my problem rectified.

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1400.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in SHIV SHAKTI COLLECTION.NEAR PRITAM PALACE, HISSAR ROAD, SIRSA-125055, HARYANA having TIN NO . [protected] ON DATED 10/07/2011OF PGSC NO. 1-960812 WITH BILL NO. 619 but within 1 DAY the shoes developed crack and one get torn . I handed over the cracked shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and repaired the shoe but after two day they again torned with sole. Again they agreed &gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but till date nothing is happen . For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

i have been wearing reebok sport shoes for past 12 yrs.....i purchased a pair of shoes for Rs 6000 (from fun mall lucknow) which not even lastede for 6 months.....again i purchased another pair for Rs 6500 from the same shop on 1-1-2011 n nw d shoes r torn.....is dis a manufacturing defect or what????i gave my shoes for repairing wide c no 123 in same shop....d shoe according to the shop manager ws repaired bt the whole fitting of the shoe ws gone....what should i do eith my shoes....plz reply....my e mail id is

Sole of my Reebok shoes, R[protected] opened up and I got it pasted at Reebok outlet at Aangan, Thakur Village, Kandivali east,Mumbai, India and paid Rs.300/= as demanded, for which no receipt was given. The sole opened again in less than a week and I returned them at the outlet on 17.08.11 and the same were received by Mr. Dilip. Now I understand Mr. Dilip has left the job and NO ONE ELSE seems to be bothered about service or returning my shoes inspite of repeated attempts. Is this an official Outlet as desplayed on signboard ? Do they accept service on behalf of Reebok or they run private business in the name of Reebok and are cheating ?
