THE COMPANY ASKED TO GIVE 3 DATES BUT NO DATE WAS SELECTED AND NOW WE ARE ASKED TO GIVE NEW DATES !

WE DONT KNOW `TEAM PROOTIONS PVT. LTD.` WE GAVE THE MONEY TO REEBOK BUT REEBOK COMPANY CHEATED EVERYBODY.

Reebok India — not repairing /replacing bag

I have bought reebok bag in sale 2 months ago from hisar from an authorized dealer and now it has teared off from 3 sides. i went to the dealer and they said that they can't do anything and said me to get it repaired own my own from other shop. i bought reebok bag because of its brand name and its service and now i am not getting any help .

I hereby request the company to replace the bag or refund my money .

Reebok India — not complying with the business obligation of supplying the shoe size 7

I had purchased a Whirlpool 1.5 ton split AC which carried a free offer of Reebok shoes. The voycher no.is 165841 valid till 31st october, 2010. Inspite of repeated reminders and complaining to customer care Reebok, no action has been taken as yet. The Reebok India Ltd. may be advised to provide size 7 shoes well before the expiry date of the voucher.

I had bought two in number pairs of reebok shoes during the sale in year 2009.
one pair of shoe could not be put to use because there have been a few more pairs of shoes in use.
on wearing the shoe last week, i was astonished to find that the sole strips had started coming out.
on requesting the Colaba, mumbai showroom to attend to the problem of the virtually new unused shoe, they flatly refused to attend to the problem complimentarily.
on pursuing the matter the shoe was accepted on charging the services fee of Rs 250 (rupees two hundred and fifty only)
i fail to understand as to what kind of after sale services are being provided by the company of international repute.

Reebok — not received the consignment

I had booked for Reeboke shoes and paid Rs.2999 +Rs.200 as shipping charges on 10th Oct.2010 at 5.40PM by ICICI credit card and my booking No.is[protected] and they informed me that I will get my consignment within 7 working days and later i called on 17th oct.2010 on telephone number[protected] and the person on the other end said that I will be receving the consignment within 6 working days but till the writing of this I have not received any consignment.Please therefore help me in getting my consignment.

Respected Sir,
I had bought Reebok shoes worth Rs 2999/- on 4th Nov' 10 (Bill number 3735). I bought the shoes from a Factory Outlet of Reebok. There I was told that if I pay Rs 750/- more I can get another pair of shoes. I agreed to that and paid the amount. But I could not get the shoes since my size was unavalaible. The shopkeeper promised that I would get the shoes within few days.
25 days passed and I did not get the shoes. Such a poor service level ws never expected from a company of Reebok's stature. On top of that when my mother contacted the Area Sales Manager, Mr. Manish, he not only refused to help but was rude too.
I am surprised that Reebok has recruited such incompetent people to deal with complaints. Sir, my sincere request is that I may be given the new pair of shoes or my money should be returned.

Reebok Kit From Bag It Today. — order not supplied

I ordered rebook track suit, shoes and other things vide my order number[protected] on 15th december, 2010, till date supplies have not been made. Customer care center number [protected] give standard reply that goods will be supplied in next 7 to 10 days.

I have advised that goods are being dispatched as per my order, i ordered for track suit of XXL size and they are able to supply XL size.

Can some one help me. I will suggest my fellow customers not to make purchased on line. It may be a fraught.
