[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Connection — Asking Me To Pay Bill For Disconnected Service

Hi,

My reference Id. I was using reliance broadband for almost 6 months. on 01/07/2010 my connection was not working so filed a complaint, no one responded from their side and after some days, one of their exquisite came and took their instrument. On 05/06/2013 I received a call saying that, they have filed a case against us in delhi court for not paying 4000 +, I contact reliance support often to explain everything clearly, but their only reply is please pay your bill.

To prove I raised a question.

1. My complaint was not resolved.
2. Usually if we dont pay a bill for a month, it would be automatically disconnected, but they said they activated my account for 6 months.
3. We have a proof in their system, those billed days. no browser used and no MB DATA USED.

No one was there in [protected]@relianceada.com to solve my issue, only keep sending please pay the bill with no reason,

I guess, they have closed our complaint and not received any call to pay bill again. thanks to consumercomplaints, as soon as I filed a complaint reliance customer care replied, but only problem is in my thread many people post their complaint, it could be avaided.

My name is swarna latha and (old) customer id [protected], On (27/06/2013) I received a call to pay 6200 as due, I am really worried, On 02/04/2011, I filed a complaint in your customer care that My internet connection not working, so they have weivered my payment and paid mininimum payment of 147. after that I keep getting problem on my connection. on 1/07/2011, I filed a complaint and the complaint id is[protected], regarding my internet not working. No one solved the problem and after some time, Mr. Anish (relieance support offer) came and took my modam.

After 2 years now getting a call to pay, 6200. I am really disappointed with this, I have not used the service and properly informed to customer care, no actiion taken from your end, now asking to pay the payment, it is really unfavour.

I hope you would help me in this regard.

compensation for misconvinience

Not being to call Karnataka airtel numbers from5 days. When enquired company asking to wait until 19th. No alternative solution provided. No compensation for the misconvinience provided.

Rs.801 unlimited pack is fake. I was given 8gb only

Sir, I recharged my reliance netconnect modem no. [protected] with rs.801 unlimited pack on 26 may 2014 but i was given only 8gb. Is this fake to fool the users. Plz stop this non-senses.

Unable to send sms

I am unable to send sms from my reliance gsm prepaid connection([protected]). Every time When i tried to send sms the message says send failed.complaint lodged with the call centre few days back but till today no response from reliance.
