[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

I am Pravin Joshi, mobile connection user of RELIANCE (ADAG) from last seven years.

From last few days I am facing the problem o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction from prepaid account ([protected]).

I have been promised by the service provider to have the facility of having roaming free all over India but, as I cross border of my district the tariff for SMSs and voice calls increases to re.1 per voices call and SMS which more than thrice for my voice calls and for SMSs the normal price is re.1/100 SMS. And today I was in surprise to know that sum of INR 40 is been deducted from my prepaid account which is normally supposed to last for a month and a half.

I tried numerous times to connect to the customer care but failed each time. Although after many attempts when finally I was able to get to one of the costumer care executive that gentleman kept my call on HOLD and I think he forgot to get back to me or was it deliberately that ‘kind’ man only knows that.

I hope you will understand my situation and pay valuable but keen attention on it.

I am fed up with USSD VAS Service from your side from last 4 days. This pack automatically activated and deduct the balance of this pack from my balance even I don’t know the service of this pack so why I want to activate this pack. Last month again you deduct my balance; even I have never tried to activate this pack. now again you deduct my balance recently
We specially inform you as 198 costumer complete number.

PLS NOTE I NEED MY MONEY ON MY CELL . KINDLY UPDATE IMMEDIATELY

In my mobile caller tone is activated without my permission & cut 30 rupees and also my balance has been detected last night 10 rupees for what i don't know still i am trying to took to customer care no one is pick my call so kindly get back my balance 40 rupees.

MY NAME IS PARTH JOSHI AND RECENTLY I PORTING MY NO. TO RELIANCE. AS RELIANCE FORTUNE COMPANY, I SWITCHED TO RELIANCE.
BUT UNNECESSARY RS. 160 DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE ALSO DEDUCTED 400MB IN 2G. AS I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, THERE WERE NO ANSWER FOR THIS.

This is very pathetic that reliance communication response is very bad and customer care center is very bad. they deduct unnecessary amount from my account when i call them ask for reason they telling that there is some technical problem. when i call to customer care center they tell same thing always. this is very irritating language. if system is not working then why you running customer care center. And when i ask for reason, they put the phone on side and then after there is no response and disconnect my phone.

1. your tellecaller is least intrested in listining the complain.

2. they dont know the detail of my balance detail or any balance deduction from last 6 months.

3. whenever i call them they reply rudely & unnecessarly transfer my call to another department.

4. i had complain number of times, but all my words go unheard.

5. if same thing will practise in your (RDAG) group, then one day all the customer will going to port their network.

6. this is the serious matter, if you will not look into the matter, then i will definately port my network.

i am harish pandey.I am reliance customer.My number is [protected].my problem is several times my balance has deducted unnecessary (deducting the money sms send by your side is 'amount charged for vas shemaroo vp rs:-5.00 date[protected] and 3 rs dated is[protected]') regarding this matter many time i have talked to reliance customer and two times money refunded by reliance side but my problem have not solved properly and my money is deducting regularly and much money lost talked with reliance customer. pls rectify my problem urgent basis other wise i am not able to continued the reliance user.i will complain in telecom regulatory authority of india.

I am a user of relianceGSM "SMART"from 2002 to till date without any gap or anything.
Now there is a big issuecomes in the services that you people are sending me the GPRS Msgs manytimes in a day. No matter what the time is, where the person is, You just drop a msg in every 15-20 mins.
What the company wants???? Don't they want to oblige the customers.


Your customer cares are now became customer teasers. If i opt to complaint your CROs' just say this is a regular practice and will not be stopped. I[censored] want to use reliance u have to bear this nonsense. What should i do?? Should i go to some other service provider??? Is this your Customer Satisfaction??
Even they don't let me talk their senior authorities.


I am a domicile of Indore and using the number [protected] from last 10-11 years and every time there something new comes but i never complaint but this is a limit now.. at 2'O clock in the morning, at 12'O clock night, early mornings, any time in working hours they just use to drop a msg. Where is someones personal life??? U people are spoiling our comfort area. Pl give me a suggestion or simply tell me the way out.


if your most of the customers are illiterate and they don't know where their main account balance gone then you should give thema seperate GPRS carehelp line for the same on which they can call and ask for their solutions. Why to tease each and every one by takingothers side????

Sir/ Ma'am, who ever you are pl solve this genuine problem or i quit using reliance as it is not SMART any more its on a track of damn..


Pl look into the matter seriously and give us a proper valid solution. from last one months its a big big problem for us.

Regarding this i have spoke to web world but my complaint has not been solved yet. so i request you to look in the matter urgently as my important calls are not received by me.

Whenever a customer calls customer care service number, you have to answer it ok. I have been trying to speak to customer care executive since 2 days. The outgoing service from my sim is restricted automatically. I want this problem solved as soon as possible. My reliance prepaid number is [protected]

I didnt recived any call from reliance customer care for my complaint.

I am unable to deactivate all VAS and Caller tune etc from my MDN [protected], also I am unable to get any help from customer care as most of the time its busy.

Kindly deactivate all VAS and any other such related services from my MDN, also apply for DND. Kindly give a call of confirmation after it is done.

Reliance Communications is liable to do anything for some quick money.
Ethics come last in their list of priority.

I had activated the roaming plan of Rs. 5 on my mobile No. [protected] at 12:50 am on 27 September 2013. The plan assures free incoming calls and a call rate of 1.5 paise per second. However, my outgoing calls were being charged at Rs. 1.50 for STD calls and Rs. 1.00 for Local calls. I reported this to the customer care of Reliance CDMA. The customer care executive agreed that the deduction was wrong and lodged my complaint ensuring my money would be refunded within 48 hours. The complaint number was[protected]. However, after 48 hours when the amount was not credited, I contacted the customer care cell again only to be told that the disputed amount of Rs. 12 shall not be refunded. I have been communicating ever since through mail only to be replied that they will hold back my Rs.12. I am feeling cheated. TRAI is sleeping, for reasons best known to them. Where do I put up my grieviance.

Every day reliance detect 3rs, 5rs to 10rs for VAS download .What the hell is this and when i call customer care not responding clearly and my call charges is getting low every day. Reliance is not a good company. Request you all to stop using reliance sim card . Its a biggest fraud company who detect balance for no reason. I have to cake on it. Till now more than 100rs every month detect for VAS Download.
Network problem from last one month - Reliance Communications

I am not getting any tower in my Area that is Kondli.I have complaint so many times but didnot get any proper response . whenever I have complaint regarding network they told that ur complaint is under processed.
