Inspite of repeated request and emails, phone calls, complains ( 1. 75285738,[protected], 3. 87480333, 4.[protected] the voice mail recording service is not working in my mobile phone([protected]) for last 4 months. The mobile phone is of Reliance Mobile.
Being fed up with them I have also given information, until they resolve the problem, I will not make any further bill payments .
This was the attached mail I send them on 1st Octobor, 2008 and today is 20th April and the problem still stays where it is.

Dear Madam,
I had made a Complaint ( No[protected] a month back that the announcement is not happening in my voice mail and people could not record voice mail in my Mobile No [protected].
In the meantime, I have called several times to resolve the issue in Customer service Number *333.
I have repeatedly mentioned there was no problem on my accessing the voice mail, the problem is in the other side, where somebody could not record a voice mail, if my phone is not reachable, or busy.
Lately, I have also visited the R-World in Burdwan to resolve the issue, . There, I also connected with the customer support and make them talk with the professionals of R-World Burdwan, that they could co-ordinate and resolve the issue . However the statements were very contradictory as there they said that the complain which was lodged to the customer support was regarding my inability to access the voice mail. This was never the case, as I have repeatedly told the customer support, that I am able to access the voice mail, but others could not record the voice mail.
There statements even added to more confusion as they mentioned that some software called 'clarify' says that there has to be some call divert to the voice mail which is not functioning.They ask to me lodge another seperate complaint.
I am professional and I have worth of time, as you have also . It makes me very disastisfied on your customer service, that the problem could not be resolved within one month, and now your professionals from R-World is asking to lodge a seperate complaint .
What kind of customer support it is ? And why should I waste so much time on doing these small configuration issue. Even if I lodge a complaint, it takes 5 mins to get hold of an customer support executive, in your customer support lines. Even once I get the line, I always encounter with person, who very low in communication skills, and it is very hard to communicate any problems which I am facing that point of time.
What is the gurantee, that if I make another complaint, it would not waste another month of time?
That's why I would request an urgent action and urgent response from you on these complaint only, otherwise I have no options, but to move onto appleate authority and other related higher authorities.

Pls.note the above compliants reg.the above tele.no.. I paid duble amount against yr bill period 18/2/2009
to 17/03 for Rs.1180/- and yre recpt no.KER/RCIL/F/649714 AND KER/RCIL/F/654652 DUBLE
ie. 1180 + 1180 = total amont paid 2360/- . yr bill amont 1180/- adjustble amont 1180. bill paid yr Edappally office.
kindly adjust the above payment 1180 for the present bill it is 18/4/2009 to 17/05/2009 .
yr co-operation want at this matter.
