Dear Madam/ Sir,

This is regarding my prepaid number [protected]. From yesterday onwards, I am not able to call and is also unable to receive call. I have spoken to the customer care of Reliance communication and the concerning person want me to go again to reliance webworld along with the document.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SAME WORK IS ALREADY BEEN DONE BY ME SOME 15-20 DAYS BACK AND HAD DEPOSITED THE DOCS AT MANSAROVER BRANCH, JAIPUR. AFTERWARDS RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION CALL FROM RELIANCE ALSO. FROM THAT DAY ONWARDS MY CELL WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

Now again the same problem arose. I just wanted to know how many times reliance communication equires customer documents. Do they require these documents twice in a month.

This is really disturbing. I am having long mail trail of the last communication in my mail box.

Please help me in this matter

kindly adjust the above payment 1180 for the present bill it is 18/4/2009 to 17/05/2009 .

    I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

    Reliance Money — account validity has been made to 2 months instead of 1 year as promised.

    I had opened a demat account with reliance money. I had paid Rs 750 for this account which was suppose to have a validity of 1year, but instead of that i have been given an account which has validity of only 2 months.This has happened to two other friends of mine who had opened the account at the same time.

    I have applied for internet connection from Reliance. I had given them cheque on 22nd Feb. The same was cleared by 26th Feb. But Still till 26th March, I had not received my internet connection.

    Reliance Communication — We have Complain may times to shifting the Phone

    no body is avialbale in relaice communication to listen us.
    I am also facing the same kind of problem. I have also mailed the customer service for that. In reply they told that the same has been activated for 1 yr as promised but actually nothing happend. I want to escalate this matter to senior level but i don't have the escalation matrix. Can any one help...

    Reliance Commununication Ltd, — Outgoing barred

    I have 6 postpaid mobile connection of Reliance Mobile. Outgoing facility barred from my mobile on 5.7.2008 due to non-payment. I have paid the bills by cash on the same day at Reliance webworld. Outgoing facility will be started within 24 hours from the bill payment. It is not yet started till date i.e. on 27.7.2008. So I called customer care for the same. They told me to visit nearest Reliance webworld. Then I went to webworld and asked about the outgoing calls removal. They told me to pay current month bill. Since due date for the current month bill is not over, you can not stop the services like deactivate the services for outgoing & incoming calls. I asked them when my outgoing calls barring will be removed. They have committed again for next 24 hrs.
    I had taken postpaid plan of Rs. 199/- per month(NJ SOHO 199) . In this plan I am getting Rs.150/- as free talk time & free CUG between my 6 mobile nos. Since I have not used outgoing calls & cug between my 6 postpaid connections, I want waiver on current month bill for my all postpaid connections.

    Smart Cellular Service — Disconnection of outgoing services without any intimation and reason since last 2 months

    Hello Sir,

    I am a subscriber vof Smart GSM Services and I have got my prepaid connection about 2 years ago. Since last two months, all of my outgoing services have been suspended without any reason and prior intimation. When contacted, their response is just misguiding, non-fruitful and not more than a political promise.

    Sir, kindly look in this matter as this is very important number for my business usages and it is next to impossible to talk to its customer care([protected], 58200) because you will always find these lines busy busy and busy.

    dear Sir,
    in my reliance mobile and day a massage recd that you have successfuly activated Indialedu pack and Rs.30 deducted from my account. i tried many time to deactivate this service but still this is not deactivate. please advise what we will do.

    Reliance Communication Mobile telephone — Non response to my complaint

    1.I hav been receiving nuisence SMS since 11-09-08.I registered for Do Not Disturb fecility on 11-09-08. ref [protected]The service provider informed that the services will be effactive after 45 days.
    2.On 30-10-08 I lodged a formal complaint since SMS continued to come, ref no 79087152.&thereafter regularly write to service provider giving all the details like-origin of SMS[no 57474000XXXX.b] time of reciving the callc] date

    4 After numerous e mails from my side it was CONFIRMED that action has been taken &No SMS will be received by meon 13/11/08.
    5 SMS continues till date &fresh complaint has been generatedby the service provider no 80525949&everyday I get a maileveryday that within 15 days complaint will be solvedfrom 17-11-08by deducting one day from the date of origin.SMS continues,
    All my mails have been copied to nodal office maharashtra which is returned, Second copy to Apellatte Authority -but they too are non responsive.
    Nodal Officer is NEVER available on telepho no[protected]or is reachable on E mail since mail is returned.
    I do Not See how this organisation has no system of Customer Complaint Resolution process.
    Ther franchise on Linking Road Bandra Mumbai does not contribute in anyway&asked me to get in touch with non existent Nodal Officer Vinit Sharma

    I had taken the scheme of Rs.496 in wich all R 2 R calls wer free all over India. I ws told dat it wil b valid as long as i gt it rechargd every mnth without fail...but now i m being told dat it is nt valid from next mnth...I took it in Manipal bt now Lucknow people are not givng it...Please help in clearing this...

    Reliance Communications — not getting Rs.10 according to the company scheme

    I bought a Reliance GSM connection whose phone no. is [protected] from the nearest dealer for Rs.55 (Rs. 25 for connection and Rs. 30 for recharge). According to dealer/company, they promise me to give Rs.10 everyday for calling for the first 90 days and with a 6 months validity but the company didn't give me Rs.10 and everytime when I ask from the Reliance customer care service they make a different statements. When I ask from Reliance WebWorld Sec. 35-C, Chandigarh on dt. 19/01/2009 they didn't reply me and using an abbusive language and saying we can't help u. When I call customer care on dt. 20/01/2009 at 10:36 AM standing infront of Reliance WebWorld Sec.- 35 and they say for Recharge for Rs. 50 to activate that scheme and at the same time I will Recharge my phone of Rs. 50 but then also the scheme is not activated.
    I am tired by calling customer care and going to Reliance WebWorld. So please help me out from this trouble.

    Reliance — handset dead since the day i bought it..no sign of exchange

    this is reagrding a classic handset which i bought from sangeetha vijayanagar bangalore for rs 899/- iinclusive of lifetime offer. the handset never woirked even for 3 days properly.i had to go to the customer service center 3 times again and agin to get it reaparied stilll it doesnt work. after almost 6 months i got a doa certificate. on giving this the store tells that they dont have a handset of the same type and i will have to pay sumting extra and buy another handset. i am no more interested in going ahead with reliance agin ...please help me regarding this at [protected]@gmail.com,

    Reliance Telecommunication — Not Receiving Refund Since two Years

    I had purchased land line phone from Reliance with 600 Rs monthly rental and some deposit of 2200 Rs in Pune ( Bharat Jyoti, Bibwewadi, Pune). I used that for around six-eight months and after that because of my job transfer, I moved from Pune To mu Home Town Surat, Gujarat. Now As that phone is no longer required, I return that phone to Reliance's Parle-Point Webworld, at Surat. We do have receipt/acknowledgment for instrument submission. But After there is no any sign of DEPOSIT RETURN from RELIANCE despite of several telephonic as well as personal conversation/requests to that "web world" as well as reliance customer support.

    IS THERE ANY ONE SITTING AT RELIANCE TELE. WHO CARES ABOUT PEOPLE'S MONEY ??

    Reliance India Mobile — complaint against its handset and poor response from the dealer.

    Dear SIr, i purchased a mobile from a reliance outlet- Reliance communication, 77b, block e, new alipore, vrindavan building taratalla, kolkata-53 my mobile was in warranty when it stopped working, i went to this outlet to ask for a service center address, they gave me a wrong address(somewhere near hazra in kolkata) after so much of pain i went to the service center there i came to know that this servie centre is not taking reliance phone since last 4 months, i dont know why your people gave me a wrong address. i went back to the reliance shop n told them about it, they told me to visit reliance webworld, i asked for a number of reliance webworld as calling web world to know a address is much more convinient than going there, but they didnt give me the number. i went to the wbeworld from there i got address of 2 service centers. i visited the 1st n from there i got a negative feedbak as they were not taking classic phones anymore. then i went to the 2nd service center which was my last hope. for the first time i got a positive result for all my inconvinience, that service center checked the mobile n gave me a JOB SHEET with DOA and asked me to go to the outlet from where i have purchased this mobile along with the box n get a new handset from there. i went to the reliance shop at taratalla, they told me to collect my new handset after 4-5 days or hardly a week, since i was not a resident of kolkata i thought to wait for 4-5 days than to come again for collecting this mobile. days passed on n afetr 8 days they said it will take a week more, the expenses which i spent for staying in kolkata was much more than the price of the mobile n even after that the mobile wasnt in mt hand, then i thought o return back to ranchi as staying in kolkata was very expensive. now its more than a month but stil when i call them they ask for 1 more week. now you tell me what should i do? i spent about double of the mobile price, suffered so much of inconvenience but finaly m standing at the place from where i started n the scenario is worse, as they r not giving me a tentative date, just asking for 1 week, thn again a week after that n so on.. kindly look into the mater n do the appropriate mobile details- classic-703 s/n- RLOHSCOO3076756 mob no- [protected] date-10/05/2008 Reliance communication, 77b, block E, new alipore, vrindavan building taratalla, kolkata-53 phn[protected] cash memo number-863
    my frnd had a similar problem with same phone in bangalore,
    but there he was given a new handset on the very same day, reliance is not hiring classic phones anymore so he was given a LG handset of about same range.

    Deduction of Balance without any information from your call center. i.e. very poor service

    I am not getting any tower in my Area that is Dilshad Garden A pocket.i have complaint so many times but didnot get any proper response . whenever i have complaint regarding network they told that ur complaint is under processed...how much time taken they didnot tell me...
    Yes Shankar I am fully agrred with.Getting RIM means having troubles.Even I had one RIM CDMA handset in my home town in WB.There the situation was like that every time I had to make a call I had to go to th roof.Even the situation got worse day by day & even in the roof also I used to get half network.
    And regarding to the customer care, better not to say.They will promise you like ministers before the votes, and simply give you a complaint no, of no use.From there side you would find the issue to be always resolved, but practically they do nothing.

    Reliance Telecom — No proper response by shop Manager

    My name is Mathews Mathew, Employee of 3M India, chennai.I applied for a post paid reliance connection from reliance web world, adayar, chennai. The shop manager was very much co-operative till he collected the advance security amount and activation charge of Rs.500. Then he never give up a good follow up and still i did't get my connection activated.Our team of 15 persons had a plan to take up reliance post paid connection and due to the irresponsible service being provided by the store manager we have now plugged into vodafone, My humble request to the authorites is to make up a quick arrangement to return my 500Rs.

    clinic — stagnant sewer water

    I m a resident of new janki puri, budh bazaar road, uttam nagar- 59., would like to inform you that there is clogging of sewer water on the main budh bazaar road. The sewer water is coming from the opposite street as there is no connection made by few houses with the sewer line ...the sewer is also overflowing and whole water gets collected on the road side. everyday the sewer line of opposite street is blocked and the water is spilling and collected in our street.a bad smell is spreading everywhere and there is also a risk of malaria in the vicinity.

    if immediate action is not taken it will cause a serious problem in our area .sir i request you to please do the needfulat the earliest as it is difficult to do our daily work.

    Sir, Inspite of my mobile no. [protected] is registered under NDNC and DNC, and several request to the company still I am getting marketing sms regularly from Barclay card and Easemytrip. Please help how to stop such sms. I had wrote to Reliance custmer care, Barclay cards and easemytrip also but no body had taken any action to stop such sms.

    RELIANCE(CDMA) — FOR CLAIM

    reliance CDMA mobile service don't give me 100 Rs. topup, which i won in contest and not giving appropriate answer about my problem. i have won the contest on[protected] and after wining contest i have got a message from reliance CDMA mobile service the message is "congrats you have won the contest TOP UP 100 will be done with in 24 hr '' and i have complain to reliance customer care in[protected]. and after complain i am not satisfied. i am contacting customer care many times and my complain number is[protected] . i hope you will solve my problem immediately.

    Reliance tata handset — no reply from customer care

    I m Akshay from Surat.My reliance landline(wireless)handset's charger is not working.So i lodged a complain to the reliance customer care on 30/7/09.They said the engineer will come and replace the charger.But today till 9/8/09 none of their engineer has come and given us the charger.M facing so many problems because my landline is not working since 9 days.This is a very careless thing and a very very poor service.Am not at all satisfies with reliance.

    RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS/ POST PAID SERVICE — RELIANCE EMPLOYEES WORK AGAINST THE COMPANY IN CHENNAI

    Recently I introduced 15 Reliance mobile phones, numbers [protected] – 60, and other 5 numbers to contact the parents from school and vice versa. This was given to us by rELIANCE staff Mr Freddy [protected] and he has taken Rs 600 per phone and gave this serial numbers, showing that he is an high influential officer in reliance communications.



    One month we enjoyed THE service. But from the 11th instant the services were cut and there was a message sent from reliance, SUCCESULLY SUSPENDED. What for we do not know and our efforts to resume the service from 30336363 do not bear fruit. We are not able to reach this number from BSNL, Tata Indicom and Airtel.



    Kindly instruct us what to do and do the needful to resume the service.



    While Tata indicom and even the Government services try to keep the customers with them by sending reminders why yor staff in CHENNAI CIRCLE work to reduce the number of customers for Reliance? Are they working against the company taking an amount from other companies? Be cautious.



    Help me to restore the connections.

    I have got reliance WLL (walky) connection. As per the procedure I visited to service centre and that service centre provided the job sheet to replace the existing instrument at Reliance Web World from where I have bought the same.
    However the Web world is do not know the procedure. I am Continuously following up with those people, But not got any response for the same.

    Airtel and reliance — Without informing starting caller tune and other services

    This is not big issue but starts caller tune and other service without any information

    I recharged my above mobile with Rs.48/ today and same was confirmed by 52811 at 11.25.
    I found to my shock and dismay later on my early package was erased by the co. and new package was in force .Soon my all the money got exhausted . I am now left with nothing. I called their customer complaint no *333 twice, but was rudely turned away without any redresal.
    You will find from the promtional SMS that no conditions were attached nor any information was given to me.

    Reliance prepaid(customer care) — Not responding to complaint calls

    Hi ,

    I got my cell(cell no [protected],Pune ) recharged with 100 rs on Friday.

    Now, our service provider(Reliance) came to know that this customer has got a balance of Rs 100, why don't we(Reliance) help customer(Ashish Ranjan) to utilize the balance money.

    With this intention, they deduct my 30+30 (total 60 rs) by sending a message that some XYZ services has been renewed, which I had never subscribed.

    After this incident I decided to consult their customer care. I will describe the whole experience with CC.
    1> I got connected after calling about 45 times.
    2> I waited for 30 minutes to get a response from customer care representatives. But they were just centered on advertising their products.
    3> Our honorable service provider(Reliance) was just waiting for me to disconnect the call indirectly.
    Again I tried at night and same procedure happened again.

    Now I am bound to loose my 60 rs without my permission.
    No one is here to help us. We are just born to pay forcefully.

    Adding to my above concern ,I also get unwanted calls and messages which I had never subscribed.
    Can any one help me please and look into the issue.

    I have a reliance pre-paid connection since last 3 year, On 5th December,2009 when I message to a friend my balance were cut as a message charge but I have a SMS scheme of 500 SMS daily for Rs. 25/month. I call in customer care center on that day but there were same reply that server is on up-load process so we can not give you any information, then on 11:00 P.M. they told me that due to company fault you balance cut down and it will be refunded to you within 72 hours i.e. 8th December,2009. But Still the date I can not receive my Balance. I also call today but they answer me that balance will be refunded on 10th December,2009.

    Then I also try to call Nodal Officer of Reliance Communication-Gujarat Region but all phones are engaged.

    So Sir, I request you to do needful in this regard as early as possible.

    Reliance mobile have deducted 30 rupees balance from my GSM Reliance account number [protected]. I called your customer care number regarding this . They told that balance has been deducted for "Meri Gaana Vala". They are telling that it has been activated from my end. But actually I did not activate any offer by calling or messaging Reliance.This happened on 27th December 2009. Your customer care people told me that it has been activated around 3 O'clock in the morning of 27th December 2009. I was sleeping at that time. How come it has been activated with out my involvement and from my end.I have not received any confirmation messages regarding this.

    If you are telling that I activated,then provide me the following details.

    What is the number I dialled from my mobile?

    What is the time of call?

    When it is activated?

    If activated,why confirmation message was not sent to my mobile ?(Till now I have not received any confirmation message regarding this activation)

    What is the duration of the call?

    What are all options or entries I made to that IVR?

    Earlier also I asked this information. But till now You did not provide.If I activate from my end provide me the above details soon.

    I have been receiving SMS such as :
    1. Your Health Pack has been auto-renewed valid till 15.01.2010. Charges Rs. 30 for 30 days.
    2. Your subscription to style service has been renewed on 30.11.2009 for Rs.10/-

    I have been receiving these type of SMS in my cell for more than an year. I used to contact their Customer Care Centre, who used to promise me that this will not happen again, but they deduct my money as usual.

    When this happened in the last year I CLEARLY TOLD THEM NOT TO DEDUCT FOR ANY SERVICE FROM MY CELL UNLESS THERE IS WRITTEN REQEUST FROM MY SIDE, WHICH THEY CONVENIENTLY IGNORE. Today also there was such SMS and I immediately contacted and repeated the same old story that THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

    I spoke to their Senior Supervisor Mr. Sanjiv Singh, whom I contacted earlier also and he promised to look into the matter. When I requested for the refund of the money deducted from my account he straight away refused for no fault of mine. Last week only I spoke to Madam IRISH in this matter who also promised to look into the matter.

    This not the only once but many times my money is being deducted like this. My request not to deduct isi falling on their deaf EARS. Due to this unlawful/unethical continuous deductions I am frustrated. When I informed them if it continues Mr. Sanjiv Singh told me that "Do whatever you want".

    I therefore earnestly that the matter may be taken up with concerned Company to iniate suitable action against my complaint for refund of the amount so deducted.

    I wish to bring to your notice a case where i have been a victim of fraud and forgery at one of your RELIANCE Mobile Strores details of which details are mentioned below.
    On 26th Feb, 2010 I bought a Coolpad S100 CDMA set from this store after being assured that I could connect to the internet using this set. After I bought the set and was unable to get connected, i brought it to the notice of the dealer at this store.
    However to my shocking surprise, they did not seem much interested to help me out. Instead the behavior was such that it was my problem since I had bought the set. After a heated argument, they took the set and promised me to refund my money once the set was sold to someone else. They still gave assurances that they could get me connected using this set.
    Two days later, I inquired about my refund, again a shocking surprise they did not seem too keen with my issue. Neither did they resolve my problem of getting connected to the internet, nor did they refund my money. Ultimately, after a big heated exchange, I had to go back with the set with me empty handed.

    Now that i feel being a victim of fraud, I am planning for a FIR against the dealer. However I hope to get a positive response from your side so that such extreme measures can be avoided.

    Reliance Communication — activate some services in my GSM connection

    I have a reliance GSM connection on my friends ID ([protected]). i am use this number in utter pradesh because i live in NCR and there i uses another connection. They detect 45 rupees from my balance, but when i call customer care they says me you activate two services charges (30+15) rupees and we don't refund those rupees, when you want to deactivate we do it. At that time i did not say for that and i call to customer care in 25th march for deactivate these services and they says me within 24 hours your services deactivate. after two days they detect 30 rupees from my balance. again i call customer care and they says you activate caller tune yesterday 3 pm and deactivate in 5pm.

    Both time they says you activate services but i were not activate those services
    i want complaint this complaint in consumer complaints forum.

    This is to inform that i have been complaining about my hanset since 6th of may,2010.The Nodal Officer wanted 48 hours time for replacement of my phone.Receiving no cooperation from their side i again complained to the Appellate Department.It has been almost 1 month my phone is dead n whenever i call they either reject my call or ask for more time.And yet no engineer from reliance company has come to check my phone.MY COMPLAIN NO.IS[protected].

    I have to warn everybody other against taking up a reliance land line connection.

    Its over a week now and my wireless landline account is yet to be activated. The hit-me-on-the head part of this whole episode is there isnt a single proper customer care to contact. The reliance world at bunts hostel seems to be the only ppl in this whole we world who are " on a duty and running out of time to do things"

    The other multistoreyed offic, god himself doesnt know what ppl r doing in there, is another place you bette rnot be at. Yes, you are received politely and courteously. thats the only things u get. Dont think of asking for a refund. the following is what I have received so far:

    - wait sir, I will call u back

    - there is server problem

    When I try to register on line my request for 'DO NOT DISTURB / CALL" services in respect of my prepaid gsm reliance No. [protected], a message is displayed "give correct number".

    Now this is my correct cell prepaid reliance number which I am using for more than 3/4 months but I am tortured by innumerable marketing sms and calls.

    And now instead of registering my request for DND or Do not Call services they are just displaying the messsage "GIVE CORRECT NUMBER"

    I have a Reliance Netconnect data card which I bought to use internet. But I do not get any coverage in my house. I complained to Reliance and they said they will send their network engineer who will fix it. The network engineer called never visited my place just called me sitting 20 kms away from my place and told me that my data card has a problem. My datacard is working fine everywhere in the world except my house which itself means that datacard is fine. Had my datacard had a problem it wont have worked anywhere which is not the case.

    Since then I am constantly calling them up and following up. Now it has been 2 MONTHS and still no solution. I have already wasted a lot of money on this. No one is ready to solve the problem.

    It has shame on such a brand do to like this. On top of it they have a quality policy which says resolution in 3 days. Did I make a mistake buying reliance.?? Doesnt the company has any responsibility.

    My humble request to you please help to me., Here not just money matter it's cause of totally fraud / cheating with user.

    I had got a call from Reliance Comm. tele caller about the new scheme mix maja, at that time i am Refused that scheme offer immediate to him. but today's i am very surprised after the checking of my cell balance , i hav got deduct 49/-. then i am contact to Reliance Complaint help desk on No.198 , and coordinate with Mr. Nitin CSE he is not given satisfactory reason to me about this cheating then i said to him please tranfer my to your team leader. then after he is transfer my call to Mr. Rajeev Kumar Supervisor of CSE team, i explained everything to Mr. Rajeev about this cheating.
    But Mr. Rajeev totally denied my complaint and give unavoidable excuse to like it's not complaint reason and i am not logged a complaint.

    I have purchased a Reliance SIM card (Mobile No.[protected]) from the outlet near Ulhasnagar Railway Station and after two days the mobile got activated. After 3 days outgoing and incoming call has been barred. On complaining several times to the guy at the outlet from where I have purchased the SIM Card against the mobile got activated for 3 days and after that again it is barred all calls. I made several complaints to the person at the outlet from where the sim card has been purchased and also at the Toll Free number but in vain.

    I request the concerned person at Reliance Mobile to take stern action against the outlet guy near rickshaw stand Ulhasnagar 4. Since these documents are misusing by the persons who will get my documents I have not other alternative but to make police complaint in this regard.
    Reliance mobile have deducted 30 rupees balance from my GSM Reliance account number [protected]. I called your customer care number regarding this . They told that balance has been deducted for "Bollywood pack". They are telling that it has been activated from my end. But actually I did not activate any offer by calling or messaging Reliance.This happened on 24th November 2010.     Reliance PrePaid GSM — SMS recharge done, not reflecting

    I recharged my mobile with Rs 19 SMS pack on 9/12/2010 night.I got the message also that it has been activated. But I saw the amount being deducted for every message was 50 paise in place of 1 paisa.

    I called Customer care several times.They are not properly responding and just saying .. there is no SMS pack activated .

    It sould be taken care of if amount has been deducted from dealer also and confirmation message has come then why those people are saying its not activated.

    clinic — legal advice needed

    i work for an private clinic which deals with health and beauty care services. we had to sign an agreement/bond for a period of 24M and submit originals while joining and the role that was offered is different from what i am doing now. the management is consistently critisizing and using abusive language. there is no paid leave or extra benefits such as esi pf etc as an employee there is no sick leave also. if we take leave then gone for a toss. they treating like paid slaves. we should not consider family anything. we have our weekly off on week day but for taking that leave we have to beg them. i have completed half the agreed period but wanna get relieved from this place because they torturing these days.

    i need suggestions as in how i can proceed further pls advice and i have just given an outline of what is happeneing it is still more worser in detail
    pls advice/we have submitted all documents from 10th till post graduation our life is on a stake

    Reliance Communications — Waiver request for service unavailability not taken

    Hello,

    I had experienced downtime for 24 hrs in reliance broadband services. I call customer service to provide me a waiver for the downtime. They told me that they cannot register waiver request until next bill is generated. When, I asked what date should I call back to register the request, they said they dont know. So, on one side they say they cannot process request till next bill generation date. On other hand they say they dont know when they can take my request. Now if I call back later and ask for waiver they will say that the bill is already generated for that period and they cannot take any request. They are purely fooling cutomers.

    In email also I got similar reply:

    Same reply I got 3 times, when I asked them to call me up or let me know when I can call to register complaint.

    Firstly, they should take my complaint at the very moment. But if due to some reason they cannot, atleast I should be told when I should call up to have the complaint registered!!
    We Excel Enterprises gave complaint No[protected] for our land line n 32542229 located at Laxmi, Bunglo No. 12, Progressive Model Colny, Waduwadi, Hadapsar, Pune 411 013, that while dialing any no. the phone is disconnecting and at the time of talking on any incomming call that time also phone is disconnecting. So your enginer attanded the complaint and changed the battery . After 4-5 days again we faced the same problem again we made complaint no.[protected] and same engineer attended the complaint and changed the receiver but the problem was not resolved and the engineer has closed complaint without our confirmation and spoke rudely that whether your complaint will solve or not that is not my problem I will get my salary so I have no problem that is very bad for such reputed company like Reliance. Again on 31st December we made compalint no 14439599 for the same reason and mentioned that reliance should give us another instrument as we are paying fr the same every month but till today i.e. 8th Janaury nobody has attended the complaint. If Reliance don't want to attend the compaint prperly we will stop this land line and find some ther option for our office.

    They have deducted Rs 30 two times witout infoming me or subscription. When asked they told me the amount will not get back. She informed me this booking is done through telecoler.

    Modus operandy o cheating : One dy a lady called me and told me to read a message which will send after two days. After that they send me two or three sms of Some share- which i don't asked for and useless to me. They have started deducted the money rs 30/month.

    2. Docomo number -[protected]

    They have send me a message saying - your subsription of subpw is renewed- and deducted rs.10. But we have not asked for any service. then I called their customer care- They also don't know what is pw service. If they are providing any service they should know what it is.

    This not the story of me. This service providers are earning crores of rs by cheating like this. Except MTNL all other service providers are doing this in various modes.

    Who will save us from this telephone maphia.

    Some rule should be there to stop this. Without writen or sms request - they should not start any paid service.

    Reliance Communications — Complain about network problem from one year & more

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Amit Kumar Sharma from Patna, Bihar & I am a authorized IRCTC agent too. My mb no. is [protected]. I am suffering from network related problem in Shastri Nagar area from one year & more. Its actually network fluctuation, some times I get 1 network, some times 2 & some times full. Due to network fluctuation I have problem in Incoming Calls, all of my friends, relative & customers complains me that your number is mostly not reachable. Sir, without incoming calls is a mobile no is important?

    I have contacted Reliance Customer Care & his senior officers from starting of this problem, they all gave me all time a new Complain No. every time & also contacted Nodal officer of Bihar last time but still my problem continues. I am harassed from this problem & I have huge loss in my business due to this problem.

    Please check this issue from your end because its shame for Reliance Communication that says no. 1 network to yourself & it cannot solve a network related problem from one year and more.

    on dated 8th Jan, 2011 i purchased a new GSM reliance connection no. [protected] from Mr. Vinit (Phagwara road, Hoshairpur, punjab). But till now he is not going to activate the sim (not submitting my proofs to Reliance). When i make call to him (His no. [protected]) he disconnects my phone or put my phone on hold. Now a days i am out of punjab so i am unable to make visit to him, he knows that, that's why he is doing so.       Reliance Data Card — connectivity problem

      I bought the Reliance data card in mid-March 2009. It was working fine for the first one month but after that the speed gradually started to slow down & now whenever I connect, the sites stop opening after 3-4 min, so practically I cannot do any work on the net. When I complained about it by email, nobody wants to reply & when I called up on phone they say we will look into it when we will get time.
      These Reliance people are cheating us. When you buy a new connection, they will promise everything, ready to attend to all sorts of problem but once you buy their product then they are not bothered.
      Can we return the data card & get our money back?

      Dear Management,

      I am a broadband + data card holder no.-[protected]. My connection was suspended without any notice on 18th October 09. i faced a lots of difficulties during tour and still facing. I talk to Customer care officer many times, I visited Reliance Wold three times my problem is still not solved. Finally I came to because of address negativity my connection is suspended. I submitted the required documents on 6th of Nov. 09 to my nearest franchise, enquiry has been done. I got the bill at my home and I handed over the cheque…
      But why my connection is being still suspended I WANT A CLARIFICATION & JUSTIFICATION. What kind service you people are providing. Its call a service or HARASSMENT. I requested please activate the connection only for two days I am in out of city I need it very urgently. Nobody bothered about it..

        My name is Ashish Sharma and i am from Panipat (Haryana).

        My Reliance GSM Prepaid No. is = [protected].

        Actually i have been lost my very first original SIM before approx. 6 months, so at that moment i have been got a Duplicate SIM from Reliance Web World, Panipat.

        But from last 1-2 month this Duplicate SIM is showing 'Emergency' on my cell phone screen. Regarding this i discussed with an employee of Reliance Web World, then he told me that i should use that Duplicate SIM into Nokia cell phone, beside Karbonn cell phone.
        And if SIM shows again 'Emergenty', then that employee/Reliance Web World would change my that Duplicate SIM with another New Duplicate Sim by 100 rs. charges.

        So, now regarding this my complaint/request is, that if that particular Duplicate SIM has been provided by Reliance Web World, then Reliance should change it WITHOUT ANY KIND OF CHARGES.

        That's it.

        I hope my matter would be attend by you quickly, to support me to take my decision to keep stay with Reliance GSM Prepaid Service, or i should move to another Service Provider threw MNP.

          I had deposited the amount 799 on 20 April 2009 to the Sec 37 Chandigarh Reliance centre, Agency Code 3267.But that person told that server is down, so it would get activated in few hours.But after it did not get recharge even till 23 April.I am still waiting for it to get recharged.I talked to customer care people, but according to them there is no balance in my account.I again talked to person to whom I had deposited the amount, but according to him transaction has been done from his end.
          I dont know whom to talk in this regard.
          This attitude is really not acceptable.

            I went for the reliance wi-max broadband connection (A/C- [protected]) sometime back in June 2008. On 8th September, 2008 the connectivity went down. And after making numerous calls - I was fortunate to get a technicial at my home after 10 days. BTW, when I was offered the service I was communicated that, Reliance have some so-called 24X7 support service in place.

            Anyway the technian could not fix the issue and I switched to some other provider in September-2008.

            What really surprises me is, though Reliance does not care about providing the promised service to customer, they do not forget to make 10 calls in a month for payments.

            With all due respect, I feel that I have been grossly cheated by Reliance when I was offered the connection. Also Reliance's negligence has caused serious issues in delivering my official work.

            I paid back full and final settlement amount in December-2008 to get rid of this worthless provider. They received the money but did not close the connection. To my surprise again in this month I received a service bill. This is EXTORTION.

            I fully Agree.I had taken Reliance wimax in Dec2008 and diconnected in february end.but to my surprice i was getting legal notice to pay amount for another 3 months.I called cusomer care and gave the request id which was raised for cancellateion.Then they said sorry and reverted the bill.

              hello sir i`rubesh kumar requesting you regarding my reliance india calling card which i recharged on my brother(shamsher) no.([protected]) on 9th or 10th march which validity was till 9th may(60days), is stopped by the company on 19th april.when i contacted customer care the people(satbir singh) said that your account balance has deducted by the company for FM service which i never asked, and many times before they already deducted but at that time account was suffecient so we could not mind but this time the company deducted from main account and promo account too and main account goes to(-17Rs) and promo STD calling account goes to zero, and now no calls are going since 19th april.

                  I have the honour to invite your kind attension that since the last six month the balance amount from my abve mobile number is accidently offing without any authentic reason. Though I am not availing any additional amenties or schem envisaged by your establishment.

                      I have launched complain to Reliance about ban on advertisement call and SMS but they said to send sms DNC DACT TO 53733
                      I did it 10 times got negative replay.
                      Then i sent e-mail to customer care they said to wait for 72 working hour but still i am getting advertisement calls and sms .
                      Finally i sent e-main to ajesh.[protected]@relianceada.com ( Head Of MP Reliance communication) Already 15 days have been finished but he haven't replay to my mail.
                      So i and my family members(total 5 reliance customer ) have changed service provider .
                      Finally i come to know about reliances poor coordination with customers
                      I FEEL SHAME FOR THIS IGNORANCE OF CUSTOMERS

                        i am a smart connection user with the mobile no ([protected])as, on 18 apr 09 i have recharged my a/c with easy reacharged of rs 450/-. after that i asked your retailer about the easy reacharged of rs 59.he advise me nothing will happen so i had recharged with easy recharged of rs 59. but after that when i started calling in reliance smart user no but my balance started deducting .so i was very embarrased that, after being recharged with rs 450 how the balance is deducting.so i went to retailer but he refuses so i called your call centre after being trying for almost 45 mins my call was picked by call centre and i told her all details.but as, per her my rs 450 recharged has been lapsed after i had recharged with the voucher of rs 59. so, i requested her to do something for me as, it was misguidance and it was mistakenly happen but she told she can't do anything in this matter.but my question is that if i had recharged by mistakenly but your system should not activate the second recharged voucher.after being recharged with 1st voucher.
                        so, kindly advice where should i go .

I want to get the past 1 month call details or at the worst atleast if any call has been made from the cell since 01 April 2009.                             Inspite of repeated request and emails, phone calls, complains ( 1. 75285738,[protected], 3. 87480333, 4.[protected] the voice mail recording service is not working in my mobile phone([protected]) for last 4 months. The mobile phone is of Reliance Mobile.

                            Being fed up with them I have also given information, until they resolve the problem, I will not make any further bill payments .

                            I had made a Complaint ( No[protected] a month back that the announcement is not happening in my voice mail and people could not record voice mail in my Mobile No [protected].

                            In the meantime, I have called several times to resolve the issue in Customer service Number *333.

                            I have repeatedly mentioned there was no problem on my accessing the voice mail, the problem is in the other side, where somebody could not record a voice mail, if my phone is not reachable, or busy.

                            Lately, I have also visited the R-World in Burdwan to resolve the issue, . There, I also connected with the customer support and make them talk with the professionals of R-World Burdwan, that they could co-ordinate and resolve the issue . However the statements were very contradictory as there they said that the complain which was lodged to the customer support was regarding my inability to access the voice mail. This was never the case, as I have repeatedly told the customer support, that I am able to access the voice mail, but others could not record the voice mail.

                            There statements even added to more confusion as they mentioned that some software called 'clarify' says that there has to be some call divert to the voice mail which is not functioning.They ask to me lodge another seperate complaint.

                            I am professional and I have worth of time, as you have also . It makes me very disastisfied on your customer service, that the problem could not be resolved within one month, and now your professionals from R-World is asking to lodge a seperate complaint .

                            What kind of customer support it is ? And why should I waste so much time on doing these small configuration issue. Even if I lodge a complaint, it takes 5 mins to get hold of an customer support executive, in your customer support lines. Even once I get the line, I always encounter with person, who very low in communication skills, and it is very hard to communicate any problems which I am facing that point of time.

                            What is the gurantee, that if I make another complaint, it would not waste another month of time?

                            That's why I would request an urgent action and urgent response from you on these complaint only, otherwise I have no options, but to move onto appleate authority and other related higher authorities.

                              Ref: Complaint on defective landline telephone set and network problem (0251 – 3233341 – Vikesh Agrawal)


                              Please consider that this E-Mail is written after acute harassment by Reliance outlet at Kalyan Shivaji Chowk.


                              I took the Reliance Landline connection from Kalyan branch of Reliance somewhere in November 2008. Since then I am facing problem with respect to network, the telephone instrument and connectivity in the premises. There is persisting problem of connectivity, many a time while placing an outgoing it says “To resume service contact reliance customer care”. The family and friends are always complaining about not availability of the landline phone. We have missed many important calls, all by the grace of Reliance Land line phone. We faced a miserable situation once in emergency when the landline phone was not working (as usual).


                              There is no proper response received from the Reliance Branch (Kalyan). On contacting and asking for the surrender the branch personnel says I can surrender at any time and take my deposit amount back. Why should I take only the deposit amount back? The defective telephone set was intentionally sold to me. I want to surrender the phone. I want full refund of the telephone connection, the cost of petrol spent on visiting the Kalyan Branch for almost 15 times, the cost of harassment, the cost of missing the calls due to non connectivity.


                              After harassment of 2-3- months, the Reliance technician visited our home and confirmed that the handset is defective and there is network issue in the building. He confirmed that we can get replacement of the defective handset and for connectivity they will place some boosters in the premises. The Reliance outlet is still not ready to replace the phone instrument.


                              The Reliance Kalyan branch is just neglecting the matter. After repetitive follow up, the branch personnel says that we need to again check the lines and the connectivity. Please understand that after all these harassments, I will not entertain any person from Reliance to enter my Home now, if required they will have to come with their seniors who have authority to take decisions.


                              I asked (Reliance branch Kalyan) about the guarantee of proper working conditions after replacement. The branch personnel says ‘we can’t say anything’, and the cost o[censored]p-gradation of the telephone has to be paid by the customer.


                              This is really pathetic. I want to know what my mistake is, its that I took Reliance connection? I lodged the complain within a month from the date I took the connection. Why should I bear the cost of new handset? I really want to surrender the phone.


                              TRAI – Please look at the matter seriously.

                                  I have visited to pay the telephone bill charges ( mobile No. [protected]) on 27-5-08, the due date was 4-6-08 at reliance communications customer care centre at Kolhapur. The bill clerk did not give the receipt instead he told me to put the cheque in the drop box, i done accordingly. On 5th I received the call from reliance communication for bill payment, i told that i have paid the bill on 27th of may. When I visited the costumer care centre at Kolhapur for confiration of bill payment. But it s seen that the cheque was still in the drop box. The company has charged me delay payment charges for earlier month. I have requested them number of times to cancel the delay payment charges but till todate they have not cancelled the charges.Also the company changing the payment due date ofenly. When I requested to keep my bill dau date 10 th, the representative from customer care assured me to change but now the people from customer care told me that the date can not be changed.

                                    I own a LG handset that support only reliance SIM. recently I recharged with 650 plan that offers 589 talk time and free R2R during night(11pm to 6am) for two months in a single recharge. From 18 march I am using this scheme, Now from yesterday they have unilaterally stopped this scheme(I came to know today when my account balance showed 0.69 rupee). To ask about this I tried to contact customer care for more then 10 times in 1 Hr. But they seems to always busy. Only automated answer machine is there to give recorded answers. Its so irritating.                                     Ive recieved a msg frm RMSSCH on 4th june which says your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at rs 30/- for a period of 30 days. To unsubscribe send unsub 1003 to 155223. It is not getting unsubscribed too.. plz do somehting abt it and oblige

                                      Sir,
                                      I am a customer of reliance mobile prepaid plan no. ([protected]) Science near about .9 year. In this period I have Submitted my ID at two Times in Reliance Web Word (Noida-Sec-18) and after submitted my document verification is completed by your verification department. Then before a day a msg is send by you "plz submit your document" and you stop my outgoing calls.

                                      Plz resolve my problem. Because I am tired to submit my document. Otherwise I will try to change my communication service provider for uninterrupted Services.

                                      Reliance Mobile — Outgoing calls are deactivated

                                      I Have the Reliance Mobile Connection since year 2000. the Number is [protected]



                                      My out going calls are deactived from[protected]

                                      I have received the bill for the February 2008 on 5th and after receiving the bill I made the payment of Rs. 1519/- same date and there was an SMS from the company side on 7th feb 2008 regarding the payment received and it was cleared from my bank on 7th itself but till date inspite of several correspondence with the call centre my out going calls are still deactivated

                                      I am not understanding that after clearing the latest bill than also the out going calls are deactivated than what is the use of the post paid service

                                      As an old customer of good standing of yours I have been paying your bill regularly.

                                      This attitude is extremely surprising and insulting which is not expected by any customer from a renowned company like yours.

                                      Pl help me in this matter and tell me how to proceed ahead.

                                      Reliance India mobaile — Out going De activated

                                      The Monthly Payment of March 09 has been Paid by me in cash to Reliance at authorised collection Agencies "Abhishek Communications Daund".

                                      But "Abhishek Communications Daund". forward these payment through Cheque .

                                      Its not my mistake but reliance stops my outgoing service an account of check bounced .
                                      MY payment receipt is cash.

                                        I am J. Vijaya Rama Raju, I have paid 1000/- for Reliance Broadband Connection(wireless), on 27-08-08, the people who came to set up the connection said there is signal problem, so it is not possible to give the service. I asked the people when will my money return back to me... they said it will take 10days for the process. So I called the concern person, they said the process will take 1 month. I called after month, they again said that it will take 45days. after 45days they are not lifting the phone. So I contacted the customer care(telephone), he replied that the process will take 60 days. Then no response. I kept many mails regarding this. They are giving stupid replies, but no use.

                                        iam using cdma1x data card from one year on wards at starting time this data card working good but last two months onwards it is not working properly they are giving 115kbps but showing 5 kbps speed
                                        but the monthly bill is speeder then data card speed .iam not undrestanding why this company is doing like this .if we will go to costamer care centre they will not reponse properly .

                                        I am vimalraj. I have problem in your service. 1-5-2011 i was give cheque rs500 for broadband connection to Ranjith agent. He said to me we will install boadband connection within three days. After three days i call to Ranjth agent he was not attend my call. Then i complaint customer care also three time, no response. Then i will planned to complaint Nungapakkam head office that office also does not take any action. I am totally disappointed in your service. Last i try to Ranjth team leader Vijay also. He also do not take any action. i belive you will respond me.
