[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

My mobile no. is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs.199 on 10/03/2013 but received Rs.0.01 and nothing else. Usually I use to get 100Hours Reliance to Reliance Free but when I asked to customer care they are saying that we wont be able to do any things for it u wont get refund any more, your money is waste and we will not be able to help u. Rs.199 matter me a lot if there is no offer it should not take recharge and if taken then then some thing I should have got.
Hi i am Naresh, I Purchased Reliance Netconnect dongle from my

company ICICI Bank in the month of November, My MDN Dongle no

is [protected]. I Purchased Reliance Netconnect from Shoiab(Mob

No:[protected]). It was an corporate plan of 199 of 3g 1 gb usage

free usage, but however my plan not got activated at that time, So I

approached Shoiab that why i plan not got activated, So he replied

me that you approach to ashu agarwal his mob no is ([protected])

for the activation of 3G 1GB plan, So i contacted Mr Ashu Agarwal to

activate my corporate plan so he adrressed me to mark an mail to his

email id: ashu.[protected]@relianceada.net, So i marked an mail stating

for the so he sent an confirmation mail also that your plan has

migerated to special corporate 199 1 GB Plan, Between that i used

netconnect services but the connectivity is very poor, but my plan

sucessfully got migerated to Special PPM Plan in the month of

january so its really pathetic service from them. I used only 25 MB

plan from my end but the bill amount is reflecting as more than Rs

2000, But according to the plan i have corporate( RG SPECIAL PPM

199 PLAN). So I contacted to Mr Ashu Agarwal and told me to contact

Miss Nupur Sirsat (Account Manager) her mob no is: [protected],

her email id is: (nupur.[protected]@relianace ada.net), So I approched

Nupur for the waiver of bill in the month of december, she promised

to she will make an waiver of bill against which i have not used any

VAS Services, I only consumed 25.24 MB usage, but without my

knowledge they charged me more than rental of 2000, So I

contacted Miss Nupur for my waiver of bill, so she promised me that i

will be getting the waiver of bill within 20 days, and also my issue will

be fixed with in the next billing cycle. But however i want to lodge

an complaint against Nupur & Ashu Agarwal because they are

unable to provide me waiver of bill as per the commitment given by

them, I am following the case the case from more than 60 days but

till now i haven't got any resolution from their end. Also Nupur is not

responding my call also after following the case more than 3 months

she is claimed that she wont be able to help me because she has

put down his papers so she told me to follow up with ashu agarwal,

So i am really frustrated and irated such worst service i am getiing

from their end, Also I have escilated this issue to their senior

management, but there is no response from their end. I am not

getting help from Cust Care too
I hereby want to lodge an official against Nupur & Ashu as they

really harassed me a lot and wasted lot of time in resolving my

issue, but till now i have been following for the waiver of bill from

more than 3 months but there is no satisfactory answer by them.
Kindly note down as an serious issue, i am looking forward for the

waiver of bill. I will not pay bill

i am using reliance from one week but the network is too poor at my house i have given 4 times compliant to the customercare but up to now they have not responded and my network problem is not yet solved up to now

they told me that they will solve my problem with in 3 days bt this is sixth day but there is no clear response up to now

I am the customer for Reliance Network from past 7 years and i have 3 connections 2 of Tamilnadu & One in karnataka which is CDMA so i had decide to make this also GSM so that i need not to carry 3 Handsets @ a time.
i visited reliance Outlet Kodambakkam in Chennai & Rajajinagar Outlet in Bangalore they said their is no option to change from CDMA to GSM finally i had decided to change CDMA connection to GSM by porting to Airtel.

My MNP num is RX461783 dated 9-3-2013 valid up to[protected].
the same i submitted in Airtel Outlet on[protected] with all documents.

but till today Airtel people or saying that Reliance is not giving clearence.

i have a gooD opinion on Reliance Group but your customer care response is too bad it will effect to company profile itself.

even tho i am open to stay on the same network if you can change my sim from CDMA to GSM.

But at Tuticorin reliance office (near DSF PALZA) we have applied ( required document submitted ) for a post paid connection last 10 days back till it was not processed. On Daily basis we have follow “what they said it is under processs at chennai”

Kindly look into this and do the needful.

I never seen this type worst service in other net work and very careless for customers service. Every one is looking to escape from problems.

my native is chiplun taaluka, vilage name is waghiware. we face "NO NETWORK" problem regularly after every week or two. there will be no network for days. and this time its been FIVE days and still there is no network. that tower is in WADAD village which comes in guhagar taaluka
I would like to raise the issue here. Reliance has activated CBRT Services without my consent. I Received a message saying the CRBT has been activated and Rs. 30 wad dudceted my prepaid account.

Reliance telecom's network in vaishali ghaziabad is pathetic. Get it rectified fast. Else I will complain the higher-ups in mumbai.
From 3rd May 2013 morning i am not able to connect my Internet through my Reliance 3G Modem, although i am having data usages of 14 MB and validity also, I discussed the problem with customer care, they have given me a complaint no.Then after sometime i received a message that your complaint no has been processed.But after that also my problem was not resolved. When i called again then they told me to get a recharge of minimum 10 Rs as there should be minimum balance of 10 paisa.Then i get a recharge of 20 rs.After that also problem remain same.And i lost the balance of that 20 Rs recharge.Then after calling again i got answer that minimum balance is not there in your account then i told him about my last recharge then he locked a complaint of balance lost.Then today i.e. on 6th May i got problem resolution message again.But same problem was still there.Then i called again to customer care and i received another complaint no. regarding balance lost again.Plz Help.

dear sir/mam,
i recharged of rupees 79 for making r to r 11pm to 6am free 500min call at 16/5/2013 and till now this service is not started on my mobile and many time without using any service they charged vas ussd service amount 5 or 3 rupees when i was talking to Customer care they was talked with me with a very rude behavior even they used abusing words with me it happens again n again in Delhi so i wish to make complaint to Reliance communication main office. to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have a broad band service from reliance and I am resides in chinchwad station pune from 2 months there is a problem of DNS server which arise constantly after 5 to 10minutes and network disconnected .
I have registered complaint from toll free no. every time they says it will solved after 3 to five day s recently they says that it will be came over at midnight of 22th may 2013 but stlill problem is there .

They just passed the time saying this from two months can any one look into the matter? when I say I am going to purchase another co, service they says you can its your problem.

I had a connection of Reliance Communications. From the last six months they deducted my balance from my prepaid mobile without any prior notice and send message 3 rs charged for VAS USSD service. They activated the services from their end and charged me for the same. I contacted Reliance Communications Customer Care, and requested them to look into the matter, but the results were same. Again and again I called them but they did not take any action. I was very upset with all of this.
At My Number [protected] in every 3-7 days it deducts 3 to 5 Rupees and when i call care not responding clearly and my call charges is also Very High 1 rs/min so i am very angry about is help...

we are dismayed to bring this to your notice that you have dug up at few places in our coloony for laying of some cables. People enguaged by you for digging work didnot keep any touch with us. the digging has not been made good some pits are still uncovered which may cause accident any time. the dugup places are full of mud dbecause of rain.

the negligence is viewed as a serious and unbecoming act. you have failed to do any justice and without any compansation.
