[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Reliance Communication — Charged highly without using that much service

My plan for internet was 500 Rs for 30 hours, But I havent used that limited hours also still I got more than 2000 Rs bill for that month. After asking the reasons for the same to customer care they are saying that we have details of your usage and you have to pay for that. But I havent used the service due poor service, slow connections.

I am using a reliance[sim] [protected]. I have registered my number with Donot disturb service as well. But now a days i am receiving lot of messages and calls from Banks, Training, reliance calls centres etc.

RELIANCE/TRUST — UNNECESSARY RS 500 DEDUCTED EVERY MONTH

Dear Sir,
kindly be noted that there are unneccesary deduction of Rs. 500/ from my bank of india account
i.e account no.- [protected].i had not signed any ducument neither recieved confirming
the above deduction.
Kindly reimburse my amount with interest. after going to reliance office no body has even botered
& doesnot given any clarification regrding deduction.

Reliance Telecom — deduction of balance without activation of schemes

it has been the 5th or 6th time that this reliance sim network providers are deducting my balance without me activating any schemes. A number of schemes get activated on its own. i have lost atleast 80rs like this and then on i used to call the customer care and they used to deactivate the scheme which got activated on its own and would refund my balance when i request them. But again many scheme gets activated and i have been so very irritated with this. call the customer care a 100 times and then tell them what my problem is. it doesnt seem to stop at all. they deactivate it and again it gets activated and my balance gets deducted. after calling them a 100 times they attend your call. this is giving me a mental trauma and has happened 6 times now. i request you to please take some action and give me justice thank you
Dear sir,
I have been using prepaid reliance cdma connection(number-[protected]) from last 7 months.i have not activated any of the services but last month caller tune got activated without my knowledge and they have deducted rs.30 from my main balance.And the most important thing is that even in this month they have deducted money from my account, even i unsubscribed the caller tune services(unsub 1003 to 155223).This way they have deducted twice in two month.now i do not want any kind of services in my no.[protected].Kindly deactivate all these services as soon as possible.
I appreciate if i will get all deducted amount(Rs.30+30).

My mobile number is [protected]. i have received a couple of SMS from reliance about activation of caller tune and some plan and chages arroud Rs. 45 has been deducted from my balace. but i am deadly sure that i have not submit any request for activate of any plan. its totally mistake of reliance indian mobile. so, i expected that my case may be taken seriously and refund my amount for same and de-activate such plan immediately.

This is aravinth from Milestonnez Hotel in Sunguvarchatram. My Broadband line outgoing and incoming call is not working. My Broadband no is[protected]. Please find the problem immediately.
In 2nd June 2012 I recharge my reliance No. [protected] by 42 Rupees. But any talk time or service was not provided.
When I call customer care 198, then they said that "Reliance provide no service for 42".

If no service provided against 42 so how did the recharge done successfully? How !

Dear Sir,

I recharged Rs 55 in my reliance smart connection (Ph no :[protected]) on 31st of May 2012. But next day Rs 20 is deducted from my account balance due to Music subscription. But I have not registered any such subscription. they automatically registered. Now i called the customer care. They told me that i can't get back my balance as i had registered, but which is not true. Can you please ook into this. Same thing happens many time also with this reliance connection.

I am fed up from your side from last 5 months. This pack automatically activated and deduct the balance of this pack from my balance even I don’t know the service of this pack so why I want to activate this pack. Last 5 month you deduct my balance; even I have never tried to activate any pack.
