I had given a mnp request for my mob.no.[protected] from cdma to gsm as on 14th feb.I was told that your reqest will processed in 7to10days .Almost one month has been passed but nothing has been done,even my incoming was stopped from 20th feb.No action is taken from their side.Reliance Communications — 3g speed is down
Sir, i am using reliance 2g sim in my micromax 3g data card for surfing internet, previous month i am getting speed near about 2 mbps, now this month sudden fall in speed to 100kbps, the speed is too slow that i can't able to surf internet or open my mail etc. sir, please resolve the problem as soon as possible. my reliance gsm no. is [protected]thank you.

Reliance Communications — LandLine phone Dead
I had requested for disconnection of my LandLine Phone Connection because of nn number of complaints to repair my dead phone,finally i had requested customer care for disconnection,
i had got a phone call from mumbai she requested not to disconnect we will wave of bill and repair your phone,
still no improvement,
received another bill with previous dues ,
no waver and nor any repairing done
Reliance Communications — Non- refund of deposit
Dear Sir,I have taken a Reliance landline connection during 2005 and my number was[protected]. During Jan'10, I have surrendered the instrument and taken a receipt for the same. I have been following with Reliance Telecom for refund of deposit. However, very surprisingly, till date they have not refunded in spiet of assurance that it will settled soon.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband. — MISSELLING
i bought two data cards,card no is [protected] & [protected]the salesman assured me the high speedwhich i never recieved after that i complaint with him about the speed for which an engineer from your company also visited me and he also was unable to resolve the problem. ( this whole story was within 3 days of buying the data cards) i was being promised by the salesperson that i will get the full refund of the charges i.e Rs 2800/- now when i have requested to disconnect the connections and refund the payment now no one is attending me.

I too had the same experience with Reliance 3g initially offering excellent speeds and now too slow for practical use and this happened to me in both Kolkata and Mumbai
Reliance Communications — balance deduction without any notification
my RelianceMobile number[protected].without any prior notification or messages they started deducting some amount( approx rs.10 each time) from balance.while contacting(which itself is a story!),they said it's due to value added service which i had never asked for.upon requesting, they said they will deactivate this VAS.after few days i found my balance in negative again & upon checking i found they have activated one more VAS and needless to say with out prior notice.i found so many similar cases & complaints like this not only for this subscriber but with others also.
i just want to know is govt. is doing anything to curb this type activity from these subscribers?
also i want to know how to held them(subscribers) accoutable & make them punish for this kind of activity?has anybody got any answer?
Reliance Communications — value added service without my consent
I have a reliance CDMA connection no. [protected]. Every day they deduct Rs 30 from my balance and send a message thankyou for subscribing the service. I am facing this problem for 5 months in between I did't recharge my no. due to this problem but now as I recharged my no. again they started this nonsense.I want to know is this company's policy to activate such things on the mobile and keep charging the customer?
I have registered a complaint so many times but no action was taken and every time they dont return the balance.
After every 3-4 days I get sms from the company saying this is actived-that is activated!
Reliance Communications — Additional Rental Changed 25000 (Not Reversing the same
Dear Consumaer Forum,I had requested for the plan change (1250 - 10Gb plan) but executive from the relaince had changed the plan as 1250 advance rental for 12 month and added 25000 on my bill for 2 data cards
Now I am chasing them since 15 days but no solution, and they saying that they will not reverse the rental due to this my all 5 data cards are suspended.

Reliance Communications — Not reject/cancel my SIM
Dear Sir,I have request for port out of my Reliance SIM through SMS "PORT [protected]" TO 1900 ON DT.04.02.2011 AT 09.50PM. But the Company has not cancel my sim. I have also called their customer care more than ten times. They asked me why you change such service and it will take time. But as far as my knowledge such formality will take maximum 7 days. Reliance service provider intentionally harrashing me.
Therefore I request you kindly take action against Reliance Mobile Service Provider by which they will reject my sim at the earliest.

Reliance Communications — Unwarranted charges and service cancellation
The telephone bill is not being delivered on time since May, 2010. The bill, the due date of which was 29th October, 2010 was received by us on 10th Nov. 2010. Similarly, the bill dated 11th Sept. 2010, due date of payment of which was 29th Sept. 2010 was received in our office on 7th October 2010. All these bills have been delivered late and contain delay payment charges. As the bills have not been delivered, no late payment charges can be levied. We have also paid the said late payment charges even after not receiving the bill on time for the bill dated May 2010.Even after intimating the company and its nodal officer no reply has been received of various mails and the service is terminated.

Reliance is taking undue advantage of a loophole where the unpaid amount will naturally lead to rejection of MNP. After the first rejection, realizing this, I had paid in advance and generated a second code. Reliance delayed the porting until the due date. I monitored my usage on a hourly basis on their website to ensure that I had a credit balance. However, their trick was not to bill on the due date [7th] but two days later and again, one minute the website showed credit and the next minute showed a debit balance, and I got a rejection note again for MNP. It looks like Reliance is the biggest loser to MNP and is trying to keep customers, even if they are totally disgruntled with the service, by resorting to unfair means to prevent porting. TRAI should close this loophole by initiating a clause where if MNP has been applied for and a debit balance is due, a period of 7 days to be given to the customer to pay the balance and complete the MNP process instead of re-generating the MNP code and process all over again.
Reliance Communications — harassment of the customer
dear sir ,i m manoj gautam a official in indian defense services. i had a data card from relience number--[protected]. in 2007, which was closed in 2008. the dongle was returned to the relience office with no dues. but after 3 year i have received a correspondence, demanding some Rs1886/- as a outstanding amount.
sir this is shameful for me to evade such a small amount, however i don't intent to just give up and pay, but rather i would like to fight it out. may i have your kind attention i this matter. why this is happening in such a reputed company. the saharanpur branch as it is had a very bad customer service with managers and employees changing every now and then.... i was dealing with a manger named Mr pradeep.....
hope of early resolving of this matter.
sir kindly advice me on the matter as i m posted out of saharanpur now. how can i fight back this matter with the company.
because if i don't fight, this may continue with other costumers also.

Reliance Communications — Wrong updation of identity for registration
Sir,I have a prepaid Reliance mobile connection for mobile no [protected] since 2006 ,I was posted as RBI Currency chest officer at Allahabad Bank Lakhimpur (U.P.).After , retirement I had been residing at Dehradun , Uttrakhand.I had got this connectioned transferred to Dehradun residence address and got i the new sim card and new lg handset for the same phone no .Unfortunately ,I dropped my phone in the drain .When I complained about it to reliance outlet , they informed me that the connection is not in my name although, I had,few days before, submitted my id and residential proof along with my photograph once again at Reliance office , Dehradun.I had complained about it through emails as well to Reliance communication , but still have got no revert.
Sir, I had been using this phone no since a very long time and its been updated with my insurance , bank, pension a/c etc and all near and dear ones .

this is bad experiance, and now again same problems happen.

i had bought an ipad cool phone from reliance the day i bought the phone it had problems i was assured by relianve they will refund my amount in 7 working days i have it writtingbut its been 4 months reliance has my phone havent used it for even one day and havent got any refund tired of running after reliance getting my refund please advice

Reliance Communications — barring of incoming service
sub... complaint regarding barring of incoming services,harrasment,non service and non redressal of grievance.that,i,Gourav soni,custmer of reliance,CDMA,bearing number [protected] for the last 8 years.
that,i,subscribed for MNP from reliance CDMA to reliance GSM on 5 feb,2011 and since then my nbr has been barred from non incoming services.
that,i,lodged a complaint on feb 15,19 and then 22,feb,2011y with respective complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],enquired regularly on 17,19,21,22,23,24,25 feb to march 5,2011 but of no use and no response.they are not ready to even hear.
that,i,incurred a financial and image loss besides harrasment at the hands of reliance communication for poor services,intentional barring of incoming services,harrasment,professional loss,causal n non caring attitude and even threatening of lodging complaint to any authority.
that,it is humbly requested to protect the interest of a ordinary but a genuine customer by taking up my case.
