Reliance Communications — Unwanted additional service charge

I am using reliance mobile[protected] for the las two years. But for the last two months, i am getting charged for some absurd services. And customer exe. saying that they are activated by me. Inspite of pleading so many times, even the supervisor are not ready to refund my money. I talked with the zonal officer, even e mailed her but of no use.
Now reliance has millions of customers.If even a lakh were getting cheated by Rs30 every month. Rs30lakhs a month and you can imagine how much money,they are making by this day light theft.

This is a very serios issue. I cannot imagine how much money this companies are making by looting customers. Please publish this story and i am very sure that there are thousands who has faced the same kind of problems.

my name is Mohd Qasim , i am using Reliance GSM prepaid mobile connection (+91-[protected]) and from the time i am using this service these people are deducting money from my account without any information or confirmation even twice or three times in a month and when i talk to Customer Care these people say that i have requested this service every time while i have never use R world they make excuses. i am fed up with Reliance Communication it SUCKS this time i dont want my money back but i want some strict action against them i will change my number with Airtel.

please help me :(

i am kuldeep gupta my reliance cell number is [protected] in last febraury 2011 i had been activated with love guru service without my request and i complian in reliance customer care to deactivate this service but no action take till febraury and still today my number has been activated with DND SERVICE SO I COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM PLEASE PERFORM SOME SPECIFIC ACTION ON IT.

Reliance Comm., unauthorizelly cutting balance starting the different services on my number & customer-care is giving weird answers.. So what do we do ? Don't keep our balanace greater than 30Rs.? reliance is going on disgusting .Force me to choice for another telecom.company.

Yesterday i have recharged my mobile by 55 Rs and today my balance
shows 1 rs and some paisa . I have not activated any balance deducted
scheme . But when talking to *333 , they are telling that some scheme
has been activated .


Please tell me when and by which mode i have activated this pack
because this mobile is used by only myself and i am dead sure that i
have not activated this .

Also with kind request please never cut my
balance to such services (i am declaring this today and this mail will
be used as reference to any other deduction for future.).

WE HAVE SEND THE ABOVE MAIL TO RELIANCE FIVE TIMES BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL . I WANT TO UNREGISTERED THE SCHEMES BUT THEY ARE FORCEFULLY ACTIVATED THESE TO THE ABOVE PHONE . I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO TACKLE WITH THIS FRAUDIAL RELIANCE COMMUNICATION COMPANY WHO ARE NOW COME UP TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL TO EARN MONEY LIKE THIS .

I M sayin From Last 30 Days to change mt plan But the compnay is able to change tha plan and they are charging me every day same plan..
i went to Rcom Web Word in Bikaner but they told u call to custmer care but they also nt provided services.

sir/madam,
very big & cheap act they have done, sales person came with verious offer with 3G sim(free for three month) i have choose rs. 174 per month offer & they have given me CAF / receipt copy no. [protected]. all related document i have given him & xerox copy of all paper i kept with me on 28/02/2011 even i have gave him a a/c payee cheque with out name rs.499/. but company had gave me other offer with out my knowladge i have filled my offer amount in format i.e. 174/-. salesperson had geven me contact number for any help i.e. [protected],[protected],[protected] all these nos are not reply or not receiving since that time.sales person had signed on cheque receiving if you will ask them to show all original paper i am sure that they have done some correction in the papers. till today i have not received any responce from that side. i am enclosing the copy of that document for the justice. i have alredy complained to ril they have given me complain no.[protected]. but as usual no response from that side. you can think what type they are.

Subject to my yesterday complaint, again a deduction of rs .30 has been made from my account today, while calling to customer care no. it is asking me to stay online, can reliance tell what level of patience am i expected to have, and how down they can go by aqcuiring these cheap measures of balance deduction,......................... they are corrupt, will hav to face hard times after Jan Lokpal bill....................

I have applied for a reliance prepaid data card in SEP 2009. At the time of delivery reliance agent brought Postpaid data card so that i refuse to accept the device. By that time an online payment of 3500/- was made to reliance. they told me that the amount will be refund to me within 1 week. after that i have waited 6 months and i have complaint to several reliance offices personally but nothing happen. finally before 3 months (Feb 2011) i register an online complaint. Due to that reliance people woke up and at the end my refund cheque was prepared. They told me it will be dispatch to bangalore reliance office as the transaction was made from bangalore. And from there it will be delivered to me. they also gave me courier tracking no[protected]Trackon Courier). according to that the cheque is already been delivered to reliance office on 31st march. After that there is no information abt refund cheque. i also went to nearest reliance web world but they don't have any information abt it. Now i am planning to file a case in consumer court regarding this.

I would like to request that my mobile no. is [protected].and some amount has been deducted automatically without my concent from my balance account.I am very surprised to know it.and also I annoid from this type of activity. is being done several time.
so solve my problem.

Reliance GSM — invalid deduction

There has a deduction of Rs30 from my main balance twice i.e. a total deduction of Rs.60 from my main balance. When I call customer care, they say that this a proper deduction for I have used the sevice 2 times on 11th april and 12th April and taht they cannot help in this case. My phone does not support any JAVA games and also that I have not gone throught the R-world service in between these dates. The only time that I went to R-world was on 9th april when I was to activate Missed Call Alerts.

Also I did not recieve any messages for the deduction or for any service activation. Deduction were made without any prior concern both the times.

I have already forwarded 2 mails to service assuarance cell with "invalid deduction " as subject line but there is no reply from them yet.

This is an unjust deduction.
Refund my balance.
