Reliance Communications — Balance deduction for unused and unactivated services and features

Hello,
I am Hemshri Lakhapati From Pune. I am using Reliance GSM card in my mobile. From last few months I am facing problem of balance deduction for not activated services. My mobile dont supports any other functionality other than messaging and calling . I called for details to customer care but they said that i downloaded some ringtone and started some other services, though i hadnt done any of them. lost my RS 50 balance that time. then Two weeks ago again there was RS30 deduction from my balance, I tried customer care several times but It always comes busy. Also Many times I observed that if there is 9 to 12 RS balance available in my card then at next call I received Insufficient balance ,when I checked my balance it Directly indicated negative balance. As usual customer care busy and if reachable gives same answers.. Several of reliance users around me are facing same problem.. Please help me I am fed up of this...

Reliance Communications — Pathetic customer service

I am a reliance gsm user and for one of my query i am trying to reach customer care from past 1 month ,multiple time i spoke with customer care on *333 and on 198 as well but always i experienced pathetic customer service of my life and no proper resolution of my query .Now even speaking with customer care officer is also chargable so customer will expect better service but in reliance customer care i experience worst service.Always when i called their officers told me server is down and on 198 even they were not able to register complain as well.
Now atleast i expect from reliance as i am a loyal customer from first day when reliance launch gsm service in karnatka atleast someone should bother to understand customer problem and try to help accordingly

Now it is 50 days from my requset to RELIANCE for this conversion. I have complained this matter both in the webworld and the cuctomer care authorities. I have told that my mobile is facing the problem of call drops, and this number is too a post paid connection. I am paying the monthly rent with out using the connections


2-3 times the customer care executives have contacted me and told me that "sorry for the inconvenience". Your query will be solved soon. But still no executives have taken any step to solve my complaint.

Reliance Communications — MNP FROM CDMA TO GSM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given request for MNP for my number from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM on 22nd january 2011. The Reliance web world officials here in Kollam told me that the GSM SIM will get activated within 7 days time. On 25th January 2011, i received an SMS that my mobile will be enrolled in reliance network shortly. But nothing has happened still now. So i contacted the Reliance Customer care, 2-3 times. But no one has given a proper response to me. I too contacted the reliance web world here. But no one there cannot properly convey me what the reason is.

My CDMA mobile is facing a problem of call drops from last 5-6 months. Thats why i have decided to change to a GSM Connection of reliance itself. But the result now i am getting is of poor customer service.

If this Query is not solved i have an option either to cancel the connection or to transfer to any other mobile networks. Still now i have not cancelled the connection by hearing the scheme of mobile number portability last year. But now the Reliance is forcing me to quit my connection.( EVEN I REQUEST FOR TRANSFER WITHIN THE RELIANCE NETWORK)

The officials please kindly take necessary steps to solve this problem before 06.02.11 as the port request code is valid only up to 06.02.11.

The about said complaint is posted by me on feb 3, 2011. Now it is march 13, 2011. Still now the reliance has not taken any step to find a solution in my complaint. The only thing they did was, a customer care executive will call me every week and ask me that whether i have posted a complaint in consumer complaints and tell me that "the inconvenience is regretted and my complaint will be solved soon". Now it is 50 days since i have requested for an MNP transfer within Reliance network (CDMA to GSM). Still the conversion has not taken place. I was using reliance network from the year 2004. As the years passes on, the customer care of reliance is offering a very poor quality in service.
last night my balance was Rs.464 and then i talked at 8.14pm for Rs. 11 bt my main account balance showed balance of Rs.404
how can it be possible n if so den send me call details on [protected]@rediffmail.com

Reliance CDMA — Reliance prepaid balance deducted around 300rs

Deduction of balance without my permission
Hi,
My maharastra /pune reliance mobile CDMA no. is [protected] from last 2 months Continuously my prepaid balance is dedected with out informing me or without my permission . my call charges around 200 - 250 were deducted from my balance. And again the same thing happened on 12 /03/2011 ..20/- rs were deducted from my balance. On contacting the customer service about the sudden decrease in balance. i myself don’t know that I have took any plan for my mobile service. If any plan is activated on my mobile number please deactivate it. And refund my deducted balance because i hadn't even heard of the pack before. I didn't even receive a confirmation message on my cell regarding the activation of that pack.
It seems this has become a new harassment scheme to fleece out money from the customers through blatant and shamefully corrupt practices or through sheer incompetence and faulty bug-ridden systems.

I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of Reliance GSM.

And they are charging when we call to customer care .50 ps for 3 mins .they are not even reponding properly .and it is difficult to connect first of all..

Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction & Misbehavior of Customer care Executives

My self is harpreet singh from punjab and MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] . i am existing customer of reliance gsm. there is regular problem of balance deduction without any information. it is happening due to activation of services that is done from company side and after complaint sometimes they are replying its too late so cant return or service has activated by massage. I m very upset due to bad service of Reliance. I m customer of Reliance with near about 3 years and two times caller tune activated from Reliance side in last 1 and half months. I had already compliant to Reliance, but answer is same 'Caller Tune is activated from your side'. i m very disturbed how can Reliance activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs 60 from my A/C .Why i will pay this amount . So please deactivated this pack and refund my deducted approximated Rs from last some days...this is not a first time, i face this problem many times . I complaint to company and even gave feedback to headquarter but nothing is happening. they are just playing with customer. kindly try to fix this problem.reliance customer executive deaf and deal . So please help me, i m very obliged.

Reliance Communications — Abusive Calls from 9694324276 ( Mahendra Singh Rathore)

Got a Abusive & Threatning Call from [protected], So Called - Mr.Mahinder Singh Rathore S.I Police Station Shastri Nagar Jaipur, Regarding logging a complaint against me for non payment of Rs- 3100/- for Reliance broadband connection , for which we already have a NOC from Reliance & still we get abusive Calls.

Would like to take appropriate steps to avoid future calls.

poor service and frequent broadband failure vide ref No.[protected] dt 18.6.2010 followed by letter dt.19.6.2010 addressed to Mr Hariharan, Manager Rel Commns Bangalore 57 .

The initial deposit of Rs.1,000/- has not been refunded even after nine months.

Reliance Communications — wrong recharge because of same amount

i have recharged with rs 99 ( on this number [protected]) from a retailer on 11 march 11 which was not done correctly because reliance communication has two recharge of 99 rs

i have got rs 00.01 when recharged with 99rs

actually it was a gprs pack of 99rs

so reliance communication says that " aapke 99 rs paani main chale gaye hain .."


i think there is no mistake of retailer but mistake of reliance communication

Reliance Communications — Unfair charge for service not used

I would like to file a complaint against Reliance Communication (Karnataka, Bangalore).

I had 2 post paid connection from Reliance mobile and have been a honest customer in paying my dues and usages on time for almost close to about four years since[protected]

In May 2010 i had visited the Reliance world store at New thippasandra in Bangalore and asked them to cancel my connection since i did not have much use, however the representative who spoke to me asked me to retain the connection as i was their old time customer and promised to improve service. I told them the phones were being used by my parents and since they were travelling abroad i did not have much use.

Immediately the representative offered me an option putting my mobile on hold for six months free of cost, since i was their old customer he said it will be done free of charge. However he mentioned i needed to settle my existing bill which I did immediately and both my connections were put on hold for six month from June 2010 - November 2010.

In november 2010 when i asked them to reactivate my connection they said i had a charge of 900 rupees pending on one of my connections but did not explain to me how the charge had occurred. Also they gave me a reply that it might be for putting my phone on hold. I told them what was offered to me during the time of deactivation.

Also the charge was only on 1 phone connection and not both. After making several tries to activate they promised to open the connection but never really opened the connection for both my phones.

Sometime in December 2010 i gave the letter asking them to disconnect both my connections.

Now Mr yuvraj from Reliance communication is sending me petition from Lok adalat asking me to pay up Rs 1700.

I would like to raise this with you to make sure that organisation such as this are more professional in their approach rather than cheat innocent public.

Not once have they given me a valid reason for the dues and are simply harassing me for payment

Reliance Communications — Wrongfully charged

Hi i am regular customer of reliance for the last 8 years. I had taken this reliance connection under DAPO scheme. lately i am experiencing some difficulties with reliance and until last month was ready to port my number to other operator,but changed my mind because somebody from reliance company assured me that your services will get better and there will be no problem caused to me.
But i think those were all false promises and i should port my number

Anyways the problem i am facing right now is that

1. I had made a payment of Rs. 500 against my dues of Rs 488 on 8th March 2011
2. I recived a message on 16-03-11 that my usage is high and i should make a part payment.Upon inquiring from *222 i was told that unbilled amount is Rs 1890. I was shocked sinced i had no recollection of so much usage.
3. I repeatedly(4 times) called *222 in the gap of one hour to inquire about my high usage and every time i was told that "our system is upgraded,so call back after some time" or "we cant help you because we can tell you about your high usage only after bill generation"
4. today morning i recieved a message that unbilled amount has risen to 2225. at noon my std services has been barred.
5. i again called *222 and was shocked to hear that if i dont make a payment my outgoing facility would be barred. the person on line was also very rude.


1. Do reliance company treat all its loyal customer this way by harrasing them?
2. if i had made a payment on 8-03-11 and on 17-03-11 reliance tells me that unbilled amount is 2225,i.e i had high usage, then it isnt the right of the customer to know for what services he has been charged?
3. leaving all this behind if i call on *222 to inquire about anything then is it customary of all CC representatives to speak rudely with all their customers?
4. For no fault of mine i am being harrased by reliance, in this case should i leave reliance company and port my number?

Do not join Wirkle Technologies situated in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is run by 3 fraud people who have malicious intention to corrupt the future of young people. They will take you as trainee and will change you for the offer letter and will tell that you have stolen company's property like laptop and mobile devices. They do not give the salary promised and then make excuses by saying that customer is not happy so why should company pay.

Reliance — Unwanted services and charges

As you all people know that RELIANCE communication is a top quality for its unwanted services and unauthorized charges.

Who the hell has given the right to RELIANCE to start any CRBT or such type of other service in their customers mobile without any request from customer. This is such a CHEAP way of making profit which RELIANCE COMM. is EXPERT at. When you unsubscribe them even though you have not in any way started them, by sending messages, these RELIANCE people start it again.

I don't even know what is this MITTI KE RANG service and its always activated on my number. There are many such futile reliance services. I don't know who would like such idiotic things. How SICK is RELIANCE. They prove it again and again

When you are luckily successful to contact the customer care after so many attempts, they tell you that no such service is activated. I do not know how to deal with these kind of silly people. I don't know how many times i have been charged illegally.

DHIRUBHAI AMBANI would have never thought even in his dreams that his company would degrade to such a low level in the future.

i owner of mobile service no is [protected] is really irritated from service as reliance deducting unnecessarily charges from my account and when i call on customer care they tell me that i hav activated my caller tune service of some other service. jst nw 10 mins back i come to knw that u hav activated some service on my no of 59 rs n when i said customer care person that i want to make complain against this then he said it is done by my side.. bt i havent done anything. this is not 1st time i m facing this problem earlier several times they have activate my caller tone n next day wn i receive msg i use to call n then i hav to discontinue it.. bt this is really not done. around 300 rs of mine is gone in last 6 mounts. u can check it because of all their stupid service just like that. i want u 2 refund all that n ensure me that next time this doesn't happen. i m really frustrated from reliance cant trust on reliance now. please take action as soon as possible
