Reliance Communications — Not received T.Y.Bcom Certificate

I have passed imy TYBCOM in 2001. I lost my receipt for the Convocation Certificate due to which i was not able to collect my TYBOC certificate from unversity. in Feb 2002 again i applied for the certificate. As per the instruction received from unversity i had submitted application with Fees to the Bank of Maharashtra Bank. but till date i have not recived the Certifcate which is most imnportanrt. again i vist to the mumbai unversity for same. but they guided my to dfill up the application form and submit to the Bank of Maharashtra bank. Kindly guide me what to do. what is procedure for the same

Reliance Communications — USB Data Card

On 14 December, 2008, I took my USB Data Card to Reliance Communications to be tested - as it continuously disconnects, but says it is still connected - therefore I have to close the laptop approximately 25 times a day, sometimes more, sometimes a little less.

After turning on my laptop and surfing the Internet for ten minutes, I was told there was no problem. I insisted there was. Seven weeks later, a service engineer came to my house - in between that time when I visited the RC office I had 38 telephone calls - each asking what the problem was. I also made 27 telephone calls during that time, to try finding out when exactly this was going to be solved. The service engineer fiddled around, called someone, surfed around a bit and then sat to watch me for a while, while I used the laptop. He saw what was happening many times. He went away with the promise of a new modem - and then subsequently refused to answer his cell phone when I called and ignored text messages too. He answered the phone once, and said he would call back in an hour. Of course he did not. The second service engineer, along with his side-kick, called to my home last Thursday. They messed around telling me it was the network - not so, and promised they would send software to my email address which I should install and which would rectify the problem. Of course the software has never got to me. Why 'of course'? because this is the irresponsibility that I have come to understand that is the Reliance Company.

So now I still do not have a connected that works - or rather they say it could be the software - who knows, and I am still paying 1600 rupees a month for this despicable service and attitude of RELIANCE Communications and it's staff members.

Reliance Communications — Not resolving the customer complaint

Hi,
This mail is in reply to the Demand Notice send by SA Associates dated 10.02.2009.

In reply, 1st I would like to request the concerned department to look into the issue again. I have raised more than 20 complaints to the customer care, but inspite of responding to my complaints, I receive this demand notice, which is rediculous and absurd. I would again request you all to have a fresh look into the matter, do the back ground verification and send a apology mail to me.
