Reliance Mobile — reliance cut my account balance without any reason

reliance co. deducted my a/c balance by 10 rs. without any reason.I have contacted reliance customer care they give me a complain no and told me that my complaint will solve in next two days.After 4 days i called to customer care again thenone of their employee told that your last complain was wrong our employee make a mistake that's why we cannot solve your complain and they give me another complain number and gave me again period of two days.
I think is a big titanic and if it does same foolish and badly mistakes and frauds with his customers than i am sure that it will drowned as soon.

I AM USING RELIANCE FROM ALMOST 3 TO 4 YEARS IN AHMEDABAD (GUJARAT) I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER GIVING SO MANY TIMES COMPLAINS FOR NETWORK MOST OF THE TIMES AND AFTER THAT MANY TIMES FOR WRONGLY CHARGED IN BILL MAIN POINT IS CUSTOMER CARE PERSON DO AGREE ALSO WITH ME FOR WRONG CHARGES BUT REPLY ME WE CAN NOT DO ANY THING FOR THIS DUE TO POLICY I WANTED TO ASK COMPANY WHICH **** POLICY YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT SERVICES NOT TO BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER AFTER PAYING SO MUCH MONEY OR NETWORK SHOULD NOT BE THERE AFTER BUYING YOUR SERVICE I THINK RELIANCE POLICY IS THERE NOTHING ELSE.
