i am from gujarat studing in nashik maharastra.when i purchased card they take only my i card as document. No other docu. Such as Guj. Elect. Card.they told me that only i card they accept document. When i inquired in CC due to not reciving 4 rupies daily they told me to give your propar document.i again go there give my hostel bona fide but they not accept it. They told that you must give your maharastra residency prove.i m frm gujarat n i told them that i hv gujarat document still they recive my i card n gv me gsm card.now my card is not working.what shoud i do now? Reliance Big TV — Mismanagement

I had taken a plan for one year and paid Rs.2190/- whereas the entry was made for three months subscription only ie. Rs.1490/- and the services were stopped after three-four months. While checking with Call centre for about 10 times, every body accept their mistake and ask for 48 hours for resolution. I am tired now to make calls to the call centre. The call centre personnel have been trained what to say only ie. "Sorry sir, it is our mistake and will take 48 hours to resolve the issue." I make calls every day from morning to evening, day to night and I get only the above answer.

THE NAME IS BIG TV BUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ZERO. WHAT IS BIG IS ONLY THE NAME AND ACCEPTANCE OF MISTAKE BUT NOT DOING ANYTHING.
